    @100Climbs @ibiza74pete1 Brilliant! Snag is, though I threaten to do this, the kids know I need to keep it on in order to run my business! Does anyone know if it's possible to divide the wifi signal so I can keep one channel on (password protected) but switch off the other? I use Sky. @SkyHelpTeam

    @EE - Absolute nightmare trying to get through to cancel my broadband due to price increase of nearly £20 due to end of promotional contract coming to an end. No way am I paying that extra increase off to @SkyHelpTeam I go for my broadband

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

    @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I just want to register a problem with my Sky Q box. It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

    @SkyHelpTeam @WeAreOpenreach Somebody is lying again 2nd visit today & fibre still won’t be fitted until another visit. So that will be 3 visit 3 appointments. Getting pissed off now was told it will be sorted today🤬will definitely be looking for a refund as service is 💩

    @SkyHelpTeam Help needed please, Sky customer is shocking! I was promised a call from Sky technical support tonight at 7pm - no call! Very disappointed! Still no Broadband since installation of new Ultrafast 1. Just disgraceful!

    @SkyHelpTeam it is not even 14 days since I joined Sky and my Q box has to be replaced. Do you think this is acceptable? I look forward to hearing how you intend to compensate me for the inconvenience and poor ‘service’.

    @woody2235554 @jammierooroo @SkyUK My point was that they seemed more amenable to deal with than some bodies. British Gas I won't go near again: BT mis-sold me a package then because I was just outside the 14 day cooling off period said £2000k to cancel!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK It's not usually Sky calling but one of their affiliates. They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them
