Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me £25 🤬 Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam
