It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but donโt want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Just had to put complaint into @skytv as an engineer came to fix a SkyQ issue in 2024 & signed my widowed 80yr old mother up for @SkySports package without consent so he could get commission. Only just found out. Sheโs now terrified of having an engineer visit again.
