    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with using the SkyGo app on iPhone? Iโ€™ve been unable to use it for a few weeks now. Doesnโ€™t do anything when I try to watch something, just black screen with loading cog.

    @SkySports You just donโ€™t get it at all, do you? You constantly spout the same rubbish about how Steve Bruce was badly treated by the fan base! Incorrect!!!! Sure some people said some horrid stuff but that is the minority. He was never one of us, his record was shocking! Simples

    @SkyHelpTeam Having issues regarding my account, we have re-joined sky but as I used my email address from previous account before we left im not being shown anything on the account,just had confirmation emails and text messages so can't see anything regarding reschedule

    Thanks @skyuk! Been waiting 12 days for an engineer and then this morning he doesnโ€™t turn up. Next available appointment now is the 5th January which if I miss, cancel or reschedule may cost me ยฃ25 ๐Ÿคฌ Netflix it is for Christmas then. Merry Christmas @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you theyโ€™re upgraded?

    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach say I has fttp. Your system says no. Why? I want to pay you more!!! Several emails and calls and not resolved. Last one to my wife was rude + condescending. Not happy. Due for renewal soon. If you want my business get it sorted.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky have outsourced customer care and wherever it goes to now is, bluntly, criminal. When speaking to them they brazenly told me they wouldnโ€™t follow their own terms and conditions and refused to escalate the call or let me speak to a manager.
