@SkyHelpTeam Openreach say I has fttp. Your system says no. Why? I want to pay you more!!! Several emails and calls and not resolved. Last one to my wife was rude + condescending. Not happy. Due for renewal soon. If you want my business get it sorted.

@SkyHelpTeam shockingly bad service on the phone trying to upgrade to skyQ but found out you’ve been upgrading our service with sports channels & kids channels and we’ve never agreed to these. need to cancel & get refunded as well as move to skyQ.

In this instance, Lewis got greedy and in trying to ruin a family run business for his own gain has given those a chance to do so
