    @SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam Already done all these multiple times, hence why the Sky advisor confirmed OpenReach need to visit my property. It was booked in. If it needs rebooking (it does, as they didn't turn up), surely you should phone the customer, not keep sending messages to tell me to call again?

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband It’s been 10 hours since this latest outage began! Truly unacceptable in this day and age when most people are working from home with some actually trying to run their businesses from home. Unreliable services and even worse customer service! 👎🏻

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep I did and nothing showed. They assured me on the phone that it’ll automatically disconnect and cancel itself on Monday as soon as my new connection is live
