    Hi Sky. How do I order an engineer to fit a broadband boost in my house? I pay for the service but can’t see anyway of ordering it online or on the app. I don’t want to call a number and be on hold for 50 minutes. Thanks @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband #skyboost

    @SkyUK another awful phone call experience from sky for my parents who are elderly trying to set up sky since March yesterday’s call consisted of a two way conversation in a foreign language with a translator???? An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

    @SkyHelpTeam how come you can only offer me a basic broadband but BT can offer me two speeds over fibre? Am I missing something or are they slow in telling you they’re upgraded?

    @SkyHelpTeam can someone help me out please? I am speaking to someone called Aaron who is insisting on not helping me! Paying £42 a month for 2.5mbs broadband. He admits there’s a fault but won’t do anything about it.

    With the dish on it thats mine. I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! I am disgusted and disappointed in @SkyUK

    @skyhelpteam I have had poor WiFi coverage at my home for months, I have tried calling but as I am not vulnerable or Over 70 I can not get help. I have tried all the tips on website, It needs a booster. Can you please help?

    Been with @SkyUK almost 9yrs and this is the first time that an engineer has spoken to me so rudely. He knocks my door and TELLS me that he's cutting me off because I'm stealing from another customer. I EXPLAIED to him I have my own account and dish. He then points to the side

    @SkyUK When I realised our broadband speed from Sky was below the minimum guaranteed, I complained. Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

    @SkyHelpTeam Last update was on Friday. No wider issue at that point. Had ultrafast installed on Thursday, which completely died on Friday & I spent hours in the phone. Tracker just says ongoing issue and engineer visit TBC. No broadband, no phone, no box sets, no Netflix, no Disney+, no UHD

    @SkyHelpTeam I already did get in touch and they couldn't find the issue. We ran tests from 4 different devices and all showing the same results. Tested Wired and Wireless connections, all showing 37Mbps capped speed.

    @virginmedia No outage, engineer may have created a new problem, he was sent as a last ditch to resolve our multiple issues. He hasn't so now we can leave fee free and thankfully return to the excellent @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve had internet problems since yesterday. All showing as connected and some web pages will load while others won’t. Resetting the router fixes the problem only for it to return later. Are there any issues in YO18 or anything else you could recommend thank you
