An hour later still no sky can someone please advise

I don't get a sorry just a "oh I see" my nephew rang customer services for me as I was still shaking and upset. All they told me to do was fill out a feedback form and that would be the end of it!! Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

Had ultrafast installed on Thursday, which completely died on Friday & I spent hours in the phone. Tracker just says ongoing issue and engineer visit TBC. No broadband, no phone, no box sets, no Netflix, no Disney+, no UHD

Sveatoslav Persianov (@s_persianov) reported@SkyHelpTeam I already did get in touch and they couldn't find the issue. We ran tests from 4 different devices and all showing the same results. Tested Wired and Wireless connections, all showing 37Mbps capped speed.

Resetting the router fixes the problem only for it to return later. Are there any issues in YO18 or anything else you could recommend thank you
