But she's in her 70s and has been allowed to have her bills increase to between 130-160 per month for over 2 years... Surely Safeguarding volunerable customers should stop that happening!?

Their tech expert agreed & said on 27 08 20 she'd send us a broadband booster in recognition of poor service. The booster never arrived. Sky now deny ever promising to send us a booster!

It is noisy and needs regular re booting.Also the connection with the mini box is unreliable. I would like an engineer to call but don’t want that to happen during the Covid pandemic.
