@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

@aaliaaaliya If you can't see cricket in your hotel it means you are not staying in a four or five-star hotel who have @SkySports Secondly @ECB_cricket &local Cricket counties provide support at the grass root level to promote cricket.Locals do take an interest in their team but are not crazy

Sky broadband has been down for Hammersmith and Fulham since 10:20 yet no update since 12:00 and no eta on repair fix. Utterly pathetic @SkyHelpTeam - Will be moving suppliers on Monday. Had enough.

@SkyUK really disappointed with the service. Took Friday off work & waited all day to get sky installed.We had to call sky to find out they couldn’t make it to us Friday. Today I take a half day holiday as I was told I’d be first call out and it’s nearly 3pm and still no sky!!

@SkyHelpTeam You’ve twice sent the wrong engineer (MDU engineer is required) to put in Sky TV & then instead of doing everything you can to get someone there straight away (after being let down for the 2nd time) u give an appointment for 2 weeks time. Terrible CS Sky!! #skyfail

@SkyUK Shocking service by Sky. My dad’s had to waste 2 days off work waiting in. First they sent the wrong engineer, (DTH I/o MDU), profuse apologies. The next week they again sent the wrong engineer!!!!. We’re sorry but we can’t come for 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever!!!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve done that. The automated system asks what the problem is and so I say talk shield isn’t working - response was you can’t have it as you done have sky talk and sky broadband. I do. And I’ve had talk shield since it started. The only change was this year to fibre BB.

@SkyUK apologies but I can’t get any reply by your help line. Sky Talk Shield isn’t working. Dialling 1780 as advised suggests it is, but I’m still getting unknown and ****** calls. 1780 tells me I’ve had “no calls for thirty days”, but that’s not true. Help please!

@RojParody @SkyHelpTeam If you've got a booster 3 ft away and it still keeps dropping off (I'm assuming you get full signal str?) then I'd be taking a look at the PC (I assume your phones are fine?). Start by reinstalling the wireless driver
