You’re totally right about the chances being slim. But the whole point is they’re even more slim for black people.

@SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

If you have inequality in terms of what black people earn in a “normal job”, or even their opportunities to get one, then they don’t have the resource to try karting (and other sports of course) and get involved and noticed.

@SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

@SkyUK I’ve had the worst customer experience your staff today. No internet since y’day morning, engineer missed the appointment today & it’s taken 4 hours to get through. Been advised you cannot re-book an engineer until late next week. Maybe the Twitter admins can be more help?
