    July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

    @SkyHelpTeam Please I have done all this before, I’ve had broadband guy out and a TV woman out and there’s still issues. For 4 months now and still £100 you take from me with no resolution.

    @SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

    Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

    Bloody hell @SkyUK your broadband is ****! I’ve had intermittent connection since April, a broadband and tv visit and it’s still crap... quick enough to take my £100 a month though huh!! Can’t call or contact you either #pissedoff @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @66zimbo @SkyHelpTeam @becky170394 Same here. Mine is also down, also LS25, has been for ages, and now showing "no known issues" (although also saying you can't comment on all local issues - so pointless!). It's not my issues, it's Sky's. What's the timeframe please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have, but there hasn’t been an update since 00:36, and my mobile network which is also with Sky, is incredibly slow at the minute. So much so that I can’t even check the status or run tests on my line. Please can you provide an ETA for when you expect this fixed.

    Sky broadband is helpfully completely out in Wimbledon and other parts of SW London this morning. @SkyHelpTeam it would be really helpful if you could give us an update of when Sky expects it to be fixed - obviously a major problem with so many of us working from home.
