    @SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky! We had problems with our SkyQ box and had it replaced last month This new one keeps crashing and restarting itself and has just done it mid England game! help!! I’ve followed all help steps online more than once to restart and it keeps happening

    Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

    . @SkyHelpTeam I have an issue with rain water running inside the connection box from my sky dish and the water is running inside the cable on the outside of my house and dripping inside my house - how do I get a sky engineer out ASAP? It’s dangerous

    @SkyHelpTeam cancellation is already booked for next month due to price, but why is it even with platinum VIP (9 years) the best deal CS could offer me would be £4 cheaper than my 'current' contract, still more than I had been paying, but a new customer deal is £10-15 cheaper? 🤨

    @SimonDover @SkySports Spot on! However, I think it's down to poor set up. With Matic as DM, I'd go with 2 AM in Pogba and Bruno to create the tempo upfront. That would give Matic room to dictate and switch his play which is what he does best.
