So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

So unimpressed with @SkyHelpTeam. I’ve been without signal for nearly a week, have to wait another week and a half fir an engineer to come out. Wish I had never gone with sky for my TV & broadband. Signal strength is also crap.

@SkyUK are now charging me £80 a month for a basic @skytv and broadband package. I’ve tried to cancel on their website which is almost impossible. I’ve called the phone number they suggested and there is at least a 15 minute wait! I’m being mugged by #Murdoch!

Have now called up @SkyUK three times to cancel. Each time I end up being on hold for over 30 minutes whilst the agent fights with his system and fails to cancel our account. It’s now been 3 weeks and we’re still paying for a package we can’t use.

@KrystleMcNeill @SkyHelpTeam Me neither. Was down only a week or 2 ago as well. You can get discounts for poor speed but have to use their rigged speed checker. They should be refunding when there's national outages though. No excuse for that.

VAR let Newcastle down as far as I'm concerned. Where was the check on Billy Sharps challenge on Schar. Also Schar being pulled down to the ground on the last corner of the game. Full time whistle without a VAR check. Obviously not Man Utd #SkySports
