@inrickmansworth @UKPowerNetworks @OpenreachHelp @Observer_Owl Apparently it’s an Openreach thing. We’ve had intermittent internet for over 2 weeks now. We have phoned or emailed @SkyHelpTeam every day sometimes even 2 or 3 times. Absolutely no help, no follow up. Going to go to Virgin!!!

Had #skyq for 4 months now , it has frozen everyday 2-3 times a day, ive rebooted it updated the software and taken it back to factory settings @SkyUK this shit is costing me £140 per month I’m going to cancel my subscription and throw the box out the window unless you help me

@SkyHelpTeam The outage has been ongoing since Monday with no information, it is impacted a whole area not me as a customer so specific account access is not necessary. I am sure you understand my frustration at being unable to work, make phone calls, access TV, internet etc.

@SkySports I appreciate he’s picked extra to be able to monitor those with injury, but those who didn’t finish the season should not have been picked, it’s not picking for form, it’s picking for the name! Some haven’t played competitively in months & some finished season in very poor form
