am no totally fed up with @SkyUK beginning to think I should cancel the idea of moving & stay with VM. Having set up my Sky id at the end of Jan, I have never received a verification email & of all the sky agents I have asked, not one can tell me how to set up an e mail address!

Sick to the death of @SkyUK I have been a customer for nearly 20 years! Since I’ve taken Sky Q have had nothing but issues! New customers get TV’s and I get price increases. 🤬

@SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

@SkyUK genuinely have no idea why I even bother having broadband with you. Twice in the past 12 hours my broadband has gone down. Tried running the troubleshooter, which is unavailable right now. Absolute joke. Time to start looking for a new provider I think.
