    @TalkTalk part 5. I repeat... DO NOT get your internet from this company as they can not fix your problems and cause so much stress when trying to ring them and being on hold for half an hour at a time!

    @TalkTalk The same. This seems to happen ever night and before you say have you reset the router that’s a yes and the light is white on the router so it’s not mine end where the issue is coming from.

    @caspvr yh i know thats why I put the ( ) but I'll be getting my own line so I wont have a problem of other people being on it pretty sure aswell only BT have the Netflix problem never heard any1 on talktalk sky etc moan about it

    @TalkTalk your customer service is shocking. I’ve spent the past 5 hours trying to resolve connection issues and spoken to 9 different people. Please can you get someone to call me either resolving my issue or cancelling my contract.

    @TalkTalk are literally the worst. No internet since Tuesday- called them everyday to sort it out. Made us wait all week the tonight us they will send an engineer on MONDAY! 👍🏼 10/10 shite company with 10/10 shite customer service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    @TalkTalk Hi Zach, as per my previous tweet no Internet since yesterday. Orange light only on a modem. We called you twice and second time we were told there was an outage. Please check other tweets and messages as people are commenting on it quite a lot.

    @TalkTalk part 2 they have sent me several routers, engineers and I have spent HOURS and I mean HOURS on the phone to them with no solution offered!

    @TalkTalk how long does it take for you to carry out checks? Complained ages ago phone line still not sorted Internet slow still! Said you'd email you findings yet nothing. Still taking the DD and tried doubling our bill.... when I asked why? Answer they can, wow. #unless.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkSupp0rt For over 16 months our Internet has been slow, no phone line. You were meant to send an email to say you will sort this! Yet nothing . Double our bill when i questioned why call handler said because we can!! What? Sort it out 0.4 mph wow. #Unless
