So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk I complained that the Eero router was covering 1 room hardly any signal in the rest of the house, I switched on my previous TalkTalk router which covered most of the house but not every where, for the 1st month Eero covered all of the house, then it stopped.

@TalkTalk So for record: DM'd @talktalk conversation falters cos Ican't provide all details remotely. Manage to remote access relative's computer - log in and use chat function. Takes 90 mins to get agent to understand problem +20 min for them to book @openreach eng. Astonishingly poor
