@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

TalkTalk update: We found a problem between the exchange and your home, and booked an Openreach engineer to fix the fault within the next 2-3 working days. There is no charge to you and you do not need to be at home. We'll update you when it's resolved. 🤯🤬

How do I talk to an actual person @TalkTalk? No point in the automated help if it won’t allow more than yes or no answers and they want to reply by text which I won’t get as no mobile reception at home! Phone keeps disconnecting from WiFi & access websites on laptop either!
