    @TalkTalk What a surprise.. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

    @TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

    @TalkTalk Yes but they haven’t actually helped us because you don’t have a policy to help relatives of vulnerable people so we are still stuck. Your staff just asking for account details again which we can’t get because Mum is a dementia sufferer

    @TalkTalk @legolover42 What's app he point, Rose? All you say in response is some patronising dribble that tries to shift the blame for a rubbish service onto the customer. You are unreliable, your infrastructure is junk and your 'service' is an affront to the dictionary definition.

    @TalkTalk Just joined but the kit you sent won’t connect to broadband. Your online chat facility has been hopeless and I’ve tried calling but haven’t been able to speak to a real person. Not great first impressions! Grateful if you could DM me to tell me how I can get some help.

    @TelBabe Having problems with TalkTalk since 23rd July, received a router I hadn't ordered (trying to force me to upgrade), since then been harassed via email, text & phone, accents so thick I couldn't understand a word & had to end the calls. Strong complaint sent, awaiting response.

    @TalkTalk No thanks, got offered an engineer visit sometime next week but I’ll have Virgin Broadband by then, absolutely sick of the awful service from TalkTalk, a DM isn’t going to do anything
