@Erudite4Unity @TalkTalk Nope. I had a similar problem with Sky. After a month( yes! ) we switched to Virgin and got a refund. Since moved house and now with BT- - hint. Openreach has a far better relationship with BT than anyone else. You are more likely to get a positive result if you switch to BT.

@TalkTalk tried on several occasions to report a fault on my grandmothers phone line. She lives alone age 95 and uses an emergency safe and sound system. Your staff will not help us because we are not the account holders. This is how you treat vulnerable people…
