Hi @TalkTalk So @ruskin147 has been on a call to your ATROCIOUS customer service number for 1hr on behalf of an elderly relative - seems like she has been mis-sold a new package - & they absolutely refuse to accept there’s an issue.

@TalkTalk I am about to cancel the DD I have for my mother’s broadband. Despite being reassured you would dew with this case you are still fobbing us off with “we can’t talk to you- because you aren’t the account holder”. She has dementia and has no idea her account details!

@fourhourtarget Even if those tests have been obtained in quantity and are now being sold for profit? Her failure at stock control is as poor as her TalkTalk customer data security. While I agree it isn't lost PCR test results any more, it is still publicly funded kit that has "gone missing".
