@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@TalkTalk my internet has gone down and has been really unstable for the past 24 hours. Is there any way to fix this problem? We’re all working from home and I had to cancel and reschedule my tutoring job because of the lack of WiFi. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

.@TalkTalk after my elderly dad cancelled his broadband with you due to poor service, you also took his mobile number - which he has had for 30 years - which need needs for his work and safety. WHAT THE HELL? Pls sort this immediately
