@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@plusnethelp That there is the very issue Adam. I have been a customer for 4 years. However, that price increase and the lack of fixed contract pricing has removed any advantage you had. I will be migrating to TalkTalk on a fixed price contract, for less, getting exactly the same service.

I'm sure I'm not the only one today that is complaining about #TalkTalk breaching their fixed term contracts with the April price hikes. They are an utter joke, and even more unhelpful via phone. We fix our terms for a reason, to keep costs down. How is this even legal?!
