    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    @TalkTalk My 92 year old mother who lives alone has had no landline or internet or medic emergency line for 48 hours. You’ve cheerfully acknowledged the logged outage in an email that she (obvs) can’t access. When are you going to fix it?

    @TalkTalk I've already DM'd. First you sent me a broken link. Then you sent me a link to a form. I've already had 2 live chats and a Talktalk person on the community look at this. Is there an actual UK phone number I can call? @Ofcom any advice here???

    @TalkTalk so I decide to leave you due to your poor service and go to @bt_uk. However, switching day is 6th April. Bang on midnight, I lose connection and my router for BT isn't here. Why isit Internet companies can get away with atrocious service? Both of you are making issues..
