@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TCalpin1 I find it proper weird how I had 3-5mbps Internet on talktalk back in 2008 on halo 3 and I rarely ever had big connection issues unless it was big team battle. Even then it wasn't usually that bad. Now it's host servers in different countries and its a ******* killer
