@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

So 76 year old isolating parents only have access to family via internet cant upgrade their poor package - bought them a portal and it’s connection is poor due to @TalkTalk lack of service and care.

Wow. Reported internet issues to @TalkTalk at 10am, had an @OpenreachHelp engineer turn up at 4pm to fix the problem. Same day!! Luke, my engineer, was a real delight and tried everything he could to help. 🤞 seems to be fixed now 🤞 you've saved me a lot of stress, thank you!

@TalkTalk Yes all that was checked and after talking to someone via live chat it seems that the server deleted them and there’s nothing that can be done talk talk is the server so that’s pretty bad considering I pay £5 per month
