@TalkTalk The engineer who came was meant to have escalated the matter didn’t. The issue is to do with a faulty cable outside. It’s now going to take another 2 days for the matter to be escalated. Your customer service beggars belief!

@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

Just putting it out there talk talk Siri is the worst WiFi in the world. So slow and the connection is slower than my Nan and she is dead. Sometimes it is so bad I prefer to use up my data AT HOME. @TalkTalk please improve your WiFi
