    @virginmedia you contacted me to replace my TiVo box... you did this on Thursday,it didn’t work, I called up, no resolution, I waited 48 hours... called again, still no resolution.... was told I had to wait 5 business days... manager going to call in 30 mins...90 mins🙄 #service

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia it’s happened again our internet is down and it’s not your router. You are working in the area of RH68GD please send engineer as before to sort out exchange box. Yes I have rang customer services and they are still useless.

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia Ok nobody told me I had to apply, I had called and expected to hear about the compensation rather than have to instigate it myself, Thank you. But still no idea how long the issues will carry on and the biggest outage was in June and the service still keeps going up and down

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve checked. It tells me nothing. According to my laptop there’s no problem either, I’m connected. Only I’m not because nothing is working online. This happens most afternoons.

    @virginmedia so when we went to renew a contract which cost £45 a month your customer service would only offer anything between £63-£79 a month with stuff we didn’t even want. Then were quick enough to let us go and cancel.Appalling customer service @skytv see you soon
