    @virginmedia holding on so long to talk to customer services that my home phone is out of charge! No wonder I want to leave them. Would not recommend at all.

    @virginmedia Interesting how quickly a response is given once placed on Twitter. Being told you will be called back and this does not happen only after chasing and then ridiculous question about compensation and stupid language such as deadlock.

    @virginmedia Oh yes, full outage since around 10:00am. All services. Registered the fault, with the resolution estimate just back from 13:35 to 00:00 tomorrow.

    Another day, another business-damaging fault from @vmbusiness. You are not providing me with a service guys, this is unacceptable. Someone needs to jump on this. I would consider going to another provider, even taking a speed reduction, for the sake of consistency

    @virginmedia I want to cancel my broadband. I cannot contact you. I've been kept waiting so long my phone is out of charge. The password you sent me is not accepted. You are the most incompetent company I've dealt with in years.

    @virginmedia I followed the instructions and called Your customer services team yesterday. The rebooted and reconfigured router remotely but still no improvement. I would like you to send an engineer out to my home.

    @virginmedia Service is “good”, the Virgin Connect app is saying I have “great” coverage around the flat but every speed test I do it is so poor. Wireless connections, as I don’t have the luxury of cat 6 Ethernet cabling infrastructure throughout my flat. Please can you help.

    @virginmedia my Internet is working but my tv service is down and has been since this morning. I've been told it should be back by midnight...pathetic So I got to sit in pure silence tonight whilst this is fixed! Merry f**king Christmas

    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    @virginmedia spoke to your rep today by phone. Offered me a deal at £20pm, then tried to tell me that I'd agreed to £28 pm. I did have a contract with you. My phone line never worked. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Thanks for your polite reply but a day later, like every day for a week, the broadband stopped working again. It’s back again now. But same pattern: status page said no problems. Tested the system: “Something went wrong with the test”. No idea what I’m paying such vast sums for.

    @virginmedia Hi, I’m getting no signal from my Virgin TV box, I’ve rung up and followed the steps given to me and it’s still not working. Broadband is fine and the box is connected to the TV because it has the welcome screen and the Starting up screen, then says no signal.

    @virginmedia Servixe status says No known issues. The whole street knows its down tho. Pity you changed the design of the service status page to stop it accepting arbitrary postcodes or you could check it yourself. Guess you aren't keen on people the transparency that would create.
