    @virginmedia Nope but your call centre and engineers told me that a ‘laser part’ needs replacing in Earl’s Court square sw5. They also said 500 homes are affected. Can’t tell me when it will be fixed. Problem ongoing for 3 weeks @ofcom

    @edward_baran @virginmedia I am really horrified at their service..... I just can’t believe the way they speak to customers. I spoke to 3 different individuals who were so righteous. I understand you work for a big brand however that does not mean you can have a big ego....you are not @richardbranson

    @virginmedia No, the customer service team did not give me one. The complaint is on the system though and was confirmed today before the phone was put down on my face. The speed test was conducted with one device only.

I pay them 70 quid a month to be Spoken to like dirt by someone who has no knowledge of all the problems and can’t construct a sentence . The most appalling service I have ever experienced . The problems in sw5 have gone on for weeks @ofcom

    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @virginmedia note...... it is not good customer service to disconnect the call simply because you are unable to answer some legitimate questions relating to your poor service. I made a move to you last month and have to say it is one of the worst decisions that I have made!

    @Joe__Hora__ @bt_uk @virginmedia we had a bit of luck after a similar issue but best we could get was a 4g modem with few terrabites of data untill we got it on (provided by bt) we also managed to get the wait time down to 8days from the normal 12 or so , so just keep on there ***'s :)

    Day 15 with no internet with @virginmedia, had an engineer booked for today and they just cancelled due to "The sickness in my area" Kicked off again on the phone and they are sending an engineer tomorrow because "sickness" doesn't work weekends it seems. Jokers
