@virginmedia can you tell me why we had internet issues for the last three days which are now solved, but I still cannot get Netflix, iPlayer, Amazon prime video or Now Tv. I am sick of paying for extra tv services I cannot access. Would you like to refund me for these days?

@virginmedia But it's meant to be in modem mode. I have it plugged into my own wi-fi mesh so I can access internet across the flat. I've plugged things directly into the eth port on it and still get choppy internet. Also the TV problem is still a problem

@virginmedia hi is there a problem in TW10? I've checked the status page but it says no problems (tho it never says there are problems unless it's a national outage). TV has interference and broadband keeps dropping. I've done all the reboot procedures as usual.

@PoeticJustice23 I gave up.on Virgin media bc their broadband never stopped going off and the way the modem was always put in the worse place ever(on back of settee in living room) bc I don't think they're allowed to use too much cable or something which is a pain a bungalow wit a long hall

@PoeticJustice23 I had to spend £250 on an @ASUS router before I got decent @virginmedia broadband. Constantly cut out with the routers they supply as a standard.

@AntonisAnthony @virginmedia The likelihood of them reading and actually comprehending that are zero. All they had to do was read the thread and know that I’m not a customer. Even if you do ask for their help they direct you to their website with tips like: have you tried turning it off and on again...

@O2 @virginmedia This is awful news. How long until my pay as you go tariff is take away? It's already no longer available to new customers. I've been on this network since it was called Cellnet, and have happily avoided Virgin in that time.

@virginmedia - disgusted by your customer service turning off my internet and then not turning it back on and still missing TV services a week later. Then seemingly forgetting a new contract that I agreed. Maybe I’ll forget it too and join Vodafone #CustomerService #virginmedia
