@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

@Lgb89 @virginmedia We had the same situation about a year ago and they replaced both our boxes with the new ones 😩 it’s just our whole WIFI that’s useless, never not had issues with them and there’s always a “technical fault” being fixed somewhere 🙃

@leemallon @virginmedia Have you got a hub2 or hub3? We had the former and service was dreadful, did lots of reading 🤪 and found that we could request a hub3 and now the service is so much better

@virginmedia had a engineer come out to fit our virgin media today. Was on hold for 3 hours to get our internet connected and instead of doing it they put phone down and now your lines are closed. Worst costumer service I’ve ever received, should be ashamed of your staff.
