    @PeterMilligan #Virginmedia are being terrible during #covid lockdown. Our business premises are temporarily closed. Water & electricity suppliers have reduced our bills, but Virginmedia still charging full amount for internet & phone we can’t use. Said min 90 days before they’d do anything!

    With all the no’s I don’t think you need a website check to tell you there’s a problem. It’s the whole of the uk. Since lockdown started I new Virgin Media would let us down I’ve been grateful they lasted this long....

    @virginmedia Thank you for answering so promptly. I have had the same package for 4 years. 2 boxes with BT sport. Nothing fancy. £85.50 is extremely steep and I therefore need to cancel. No TV contract should cost this much. Please direct me to the cancellations team. Thank you.

    @virginmedia #virginbroadband like so many other customers I have had a week of constant disconnections & router restarts but still have no connection. #virginmedia web help is even down so I can only connect via my mobile phone making my range of parish & school work difficult!

    @virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

    Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

    @virginmedia absolute joke of a phone network, switch from using ee to o2 half way thru my contract. I left o2 as I don't get a signal at home, what was the solution of your sales staff? Use WiFi calling, I can use that without a sim, whilst trying to get me to upgrade. Cowboys

    By the way @virginmedia, I think I figured out a way you can reduce your customer service agent wait... Just do what the customer asks for, rather than spend an hour trying to upsell them.
