You have multiple communication channels yet it’s all pointless as the only way you will do anything is on the phone and I can never get through.

They've had a horrible history of hijacking servfail, nxdomain and the like. Chose something else (8.8.8.8,1.1.1.1,9.9.9.9 etc)
