    @vmbusiness suspended our mobile as we sent too many texts in March. Fact that we are a charity and there is a global pandemic carries no waight with their customer support team apparently as ‘fair usage policy applies on all unlimited plans.

    So this is what @vmbusiness does to support charities in this time of need. Nothing. #COVIDー19 is now a pandemic and they suspend phones for charities which scramble around to try to support people remotely. While other businesses donate to charities #VMBusinesss cuts us off.

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness By ‘protecting network’ you mean protecting profit margins let’s be honest here. Thankfully we are being released from the contract and moving to a more reasonable provider that supports customers through the pandemic and not makes them inaccessible.

    @virginmedia shocking customer service and really poor internet that cuts out and when it does decide to work, it is the slowest broadband ever. Don’t waste your money getting connected with them, I would of already cancelled only I’ve been waiting for 3WEEKS to speak to someone!

    @virginmedia Hello. The number is as following 012 602 8100 or +966 12 602 8100. It is just that the customer is trying to figure out what is the right extension to dial, and the song is causing frustration since extensions are not clear

    @JonoMoulds We’ve got a problem with Virgin media, too. We cancelled his mobile phone contract when it ended, but they kept on charging him. I cancelled his DD, now they are threatening to send the bailiffs round. Absolute ***** the lot of them. I’m ****** fuming butt!
