    @SilentMugger @virginmedia Richard. don't bother. I've had various Internet providers and virgin is the worst. I've been without Internet for 23 hours and counting now and still can't get hold of anyone to help. I can't do my job and they appear to have issues all over the UK.

    @virginmedia recently joined virgin for broadband and it isn't cheap its amazing when it works but every night recently it has gone down and when you check the app it says engineers are working on resolving an issue is there a update with this please as its so frustrating

    @virginmedia my BB has been rubbish for sometime, status page keeps saying it’s fine so tried resetting many times, disconnected devises, etc. Only to find out when I called there has been an issue in my area for a while now. Not allowed to cancel contract! Worst of the worst!
