@virginmedia The webchat has been unavailable last night and today. I told them about this and they acknowledged it did not work. Yodel are useless. I am desperate for my router to enable my WiFi. Really poor service all round.

@virginmedia you contacted me to replace my TiVo box... you did this on Thursday,it didn’t work, I called up, no resolution, I waited 48 hours... called again, still no resolution.... was told I had to wait 5 business days... manager going to call in 30 mins...90 mins🙄 #service

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia My aim is to take you to small claims court as you DO NOT respond except on Twitter to them tell me - oh you need to do this on line and some responses take longer than 28days. You are just a poor company with contempt for customers even when we ‘follow’ your requests

@virginmedia I have raised this with the online helpdesk too and ran diagnostics on the line. Basically, the signal fluctuates & breaks periodically throughout the day. The indicator is that I use a private server for work & when the link break, even for a few seconds, it ejects my log in

@paullewismoney Has anyone every found the "new content and features" these companies tell us they're giving us in return for the price increases? Asking for someone whose Virginmedia broadband has gone up quite a lot over the last several years with this excuse but for no additional service.
