@virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

@virginmedia It’s literally been dogshit. I pay £60 a month for just business wifi and should be getting 800mbps, they told me I’d never go below 400 yet I always dip to 30 for 20-30 minutes at a time. They said if this happens often enough I’m owed compensation
