    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

    @virginmedia Bloody useless customer service. No humans. Sent internet link solution that without the broadband can’t work. Sent an App, that also can’t work. And because the phone is now broadband having to shell out a fortune to phone the machines. Overpriced lack of service.

    @virginmedia It’s literally been dogshit. I pay £60 a month for just business wifi and should be getting 800mbps, they told me I’d never go below 400 yet I always dip to 30 for 20-30 minutes at a time. They said if this happens often enough I’m owed compensation
