    Apparently @virginmedia is making improvements to the network in my area. So, they say everything will be back to normal by 4pm today. On a MONDAY. You know, when people need WIFI to wfh. During a pandemic.

    @virginmedia No it is straight from the smart TV but we ruled out that the problem is lnly when on Virgin broadband not on G4 or any other broadband when at friends for instance. Please help

    @virginmedia Yes, it says that there are issues. Info isn’t clear, though. This morning it said you were doing planned improvements whereas now it talks about actual issues. It wont let me register for compensation either

    @notasborednow @virginmedia Obviously you checked and got a no but do you know why others arn't available? I'm assuming at this point you have a land line connection which should get you everyone, if its just disconnected, open reach should be able to re-add Look at mobile as well (if you have signal)

    Virgin media clearly has monopoly / dominant position in hi speed cable provision of bdband. It's unhealthy & deleterious to consumers & UK productivity given consistently poor service. UK needs "world beating" broadband NOT 2nd rate + anti competitive @ofcomCH @UKLabour @RupaHuq

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    @virginmedia 2nd time this week that the broadband has been completely down! Fed up with being sent in circles by your telephone system. Your fault reporting seems to flip between acknowledging there is a fault and proclaiming no fault.

    @virginmedia 1. I already have this app. 2. It didn’t work with hub 4 3. The problem is NOT Wi-Fi dead spots as the Wi-Fi will drop when I’m only a couple of feet away from the router.

    @virginmedia We have been with virgin for over 4 years and have never had new hardware. I looked at booking and engineer but nothing available until 4th December. It's too long to wait with work situation.

    @BlueRoseCode @virginmedia I have actually found the service from VirginMedia to be excellent. Fast response to problem and engineers visiting, within the appointed slot, within 24 hours. Sorry to hear that you are having a bad time of it Ross, I hope that you get sorted soon.

    @virginmedia I’d really just like good customer service - an assistant who calls back when the line cuts off - after holding on for 57 minutes and an engineer who arrives and fixes the fault So basically the service I’m paying for !

    @virginmedia We had an issue in our area & neighbours were having similar problems, they sent out a technician to sort the issue Wednesday at 6pm then it said it was fixed now it says it working but my router is sat on a yellow light.

    @virginmedia Things are just really poor as normal. We are paying for 100MB and the service over the last few months has not been anywhere near consistent. We've called and been through 5 hours of waiting. An engineer came for TV but we are still having issues with that.
