    @virginmedia It is from a few weeks. Only while in the same room as the hub is show no issue. Happend lately that light start flash bit self on hub and WiFi is lost for some time

    @virginmedia Issue is still ongoing. I have called the helpline twice and after dialling my password and getting a dial tone, I have been cut off both times before speaking to anyone. Are your phone lines broken?

    @virginmedia Hi please send an engineer to my house to sort out the useless Hub 4 box that replaced my reliable and efficient Hub 3. I have asked the community for a solution and they say get engineer out to separate the 2 and 5 GEXT. Fed up of paying good £ for a crap service!

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

    @virginmedia I have never known such incompetence in a company! Four times I’ve been told we’re going to get a refund after an hour on the phone. Wrong amount taken again! You just seem to treat your customers with contempt!

    @virginmedia It’s happening periodically on a wired connection (not wifi related). When it happens upstream drops to 150-300Kbps and downstream drops massively too. No known issues reported in my area, but it’s been happening for a few days now.

    @virginmedia One replacement 'hub 3' later and all OK now. A little disturbed that this was in part due to the practice of using referbished equipment even for first time installation? It has taken a few years to end up faulty and has been replaced by a refer. Maybe time to issue hub 4's

    @virginmedia 4/4 - Dongle team man said he’d check with another team about the first credit check and call us back. - I asked about call back time scale and he said 2 hours. That was yesterday (16th) at 7:20pm. Please advise. We would like to arrange the temporary dongle solution ASAP. Ta

    @virginmedia Yes . An engineer has been out 3 times and he cannot fix it because he doesn’t know what’s wrong. Two neighbours having same problem which must give a clue. Could be a network problem and says he will report it but nothing happens. This is such bad service
