@virginmedia @virginhelp #internet. This hasn’t been resolved Virgin. Virgin Media told The Sun some of its 8.7million customers experienced a brief issue with their TV service this morning but says this has now been resolved.

@lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

@virginmedia Error message every single time we try to watch. It’s bt sports 2&3 I wrote wrong ones first time. Also have to reboot TiVo box multiple times a day as it jumps frequently, and hub as it drops wifi signal about 4-5 times a day. Maybe need new equipment?

@rosstmiller @virginmedia Yes! I get it with Prime on PS4. Once a night it freezes and I get a spinning buffer wheel. I wasn't sure exactly if it was Virgin, Prime or PSN causing the issue. WiFi works elsewhere, but the only way I can get Prime working is to restart the PS4.
