@virginmedia The bitter irony is they don’t make calls, it is an emergency lifeline for them. We call them, for example check the account and look for the number ending 4101; that is me dialling in every day at 6pm. Yet Virgin sting them with 66% increase. As I said piracy - but again 👍

@virginmedia Of course. I can't call on 150 because I'm not at the old address and I held for 15mins from mobile with no end in sight. I am still waiting for customer services via WhatsApp. Now 3 hours. I need this sorted.
