@virginmedia Thanks, John. No they didn’t confirm. All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.

@virginmedia Last time, our wifi was down for over a week. I spoke to an agent on the phone who was utterly useless. You never offer any solutions. I’m starting to think that the only way for you to take any action is if I cancel my DD.

@virginmedia Bunch of frauds. My mum cancelled her contract and issued 30 days notice. She doesn't speak English, had to struggle through security questions before allowing me to speak. Instead VM didn't cancel and are still charging her. Despite no broadband at the property.

@virginmedia Get sent on a perpetual loop of resets and different numbers to ring in foreign call centres that never get answered and are about as much help as you have been. Ie ZERO. I am making the arrangements for them to move to sky & cancel Virgin.
