@virginmedia when your marketing team ring you and tell you that you have internet issues, advised I didn’t have any issues and the rude call handler just hung up. Rang from 01484313420. Not the best reflection for the company is it.

@virginmedia Hi. Have reported to you here that independent engineer confirmed my connection is OK but hub 3 is faulty & needs replacing. You advised phone 150 again to book engineer. Your system does not enable that just offers fault trouble shoot txt message.

@virginmedia I was advised everytime that the original agreement was correct in the notes and the bill would be amended. Each time it comes through on email it is wrong. And the credit has not been authorised. I'm paying £38 excess in first month as no credit applied. Help.

@virginmedia Yes that’s fine - we have had our speeds upgraded but still have WiFi problems. At least one room in the house shows as a black spot on the app, and we do get points when the WiFi is slow. Have re-booted hub and followed instructions. Would a booster solve this?

@virginmedia No @virginmedia, it doesn't show up on your 'service page'. Given that this issue has been going on intermittently for months, and constantly for the last 9 days (affecting not just me, but neighbours as well), I'm not sure your 'service page' is fit for purpose.
