@YodelOnline OK have sent DM with details of the *Three* shipments @virginmedia have now sent due to their faulty software or equipment none of which shipments have been provided with a two hour delivery window by the carrier @YodelOnline as promised. Truly awful customer service.

@virginmedia Callback should have happened days ago. Now the person on 150 says that you failed to complete a process. They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.

Missing @Hyperoptic broadband. 3yrs of faultless service. Moved home, not available here, @virginmedia was the only option. Made me realise how I never had to think about my internet connection in 3yrs. Now every week I have dropouts or outages. Embarrassing for home working.

@virginmedia new virgin customer, no power cable, the installation engineer cheekily used my old sky q box power cable. Poor show and now I need to return my sky equipment! Virgin help and support is no use whatsoever ! May as well talk to the wall. Still waiting.....
