    @virginmedia my WiFi and tv down since 6.45am y’day won’t be fixed until Monday apparently, will I get a refund and will u pay for addition data on my phone as having to tether as needed to work this weekend! Select for txt updates not had one!!! Had to phone to find out Mon!!!

    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia I have just talked with your support team and it was a failure. In my personal opinion your returning router service is a * fraud. No worries at all, forget the router.

    @virginmedia The account has my email on it but I never receive any email nor can I log in as I don’t know the account number or passwords. I’m don’t know the account holder personally I just brought the house from him and the contracted was to be swapped to my details when it runs out

    @virginmedia I wasn’t given any resolution option despite raising same complaint 4 times. I can’t escalate to #CISAS as complaint not open over 8 weeks. No way of tracking complaint as account closed. Promised callbacks, no one does. Put on hold forever, 35mins today, until I give up
