    @virginmedia I used your on line option of raising a complaint as the previous call took 30mins. Could handle another long call. Nothing has happened so chased it up yesterday. 45min call and nothing resolved. Agent just said someone will call me today. So far no call.

    @virginmedia No COM number. Email from resolution team saying sorry got a complaint. The guy I spoke to yesterday chasing up the complaint was dreadful. Put me on hold for 30mins of a 45min call. Ended up by saying the person handling this will call me. Clearly wanted to get rid of me.

    @virginmedia So basically your as pointless and useless as the agent I spoke to yesterday. You've listened to my complaint and not moved it on or helped. You've asked me to contact them AGAIN. why did u bother asking me for all the info. Total pointless exercise. Very disappointing.

    @mac1882thfc @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Been with @virginmedia in the past & had loads of issues with them in my area unfortunately & the hiking up on charges was not helpful despite being a loyal customer of 16 years & poor customer services attitude.

    @virginmedia We just have a Fibre m50 broadband package, no TV. We’ve rebooted several times and this does nothing. Nothing unusual with modem lights, just a very slow connection, 4mbps. Only one device maximum works on the WiFi at a time which isn’t right.

    @virginmedia how stupid are you, said I would leave 5 months ago, so retentions offered me a new deal until May 2020, so agreed £82 a month, 5 Months later still paying over £100 and every month I call and get told we will sort it, think I should just go to @sky #hopeless

    Predictably depressing experience calling @virginmedia to cancel contract this afternoon. *On hold for several mins. * Offered £2 off contract monthly by automated answer phone message when I navigate through phone menus saying I want to leave. Say no on touchpad.

    @virginmedia My new price would be cheaper. All brilliant. I then rec'd an email to say thanks for the changes to the package and I've had things removed. I asked on 3 occasions that was anything changing, agent said 100% no! Totally lied too. Very poor. Please explain how this is acceptable

    @virginmedia Hey not tried wireless as that would be unstable for streaming needs anyway, my PC is wired to the router. I have a number of other devices both wired and wireless and all works fine except when the instability for my stream (even when other devices disconnected).

    @virginmedia Had an appalling experience today. All I wanted to do was upgrade to Gig1, but the app and the website just seemed to keep me in a loop that never allowed me to select the one thing I was trying to do. I then tried webchat, but after waiting for 40 mins I got no help

    @virginmedia First I was told that because you've changed from copper wire to fiber optic that mum would need to be reconnected as if she was a new customer. I was put on hold, I was lied to & called a liar. I spoke to Sophie yesterday & she eventually sorted it she was the only good one.

    Told an engineer was coming before 7pm to then receive a call from a broadband advisor to replace my hub ….and that there was never an eng booked in the first place? Horrendous customer service from you @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Tried again and apparently your faults team are the team responsible for deciding if any compensation is due. That is despite my service working today but historically they are responsible. Multi talented in virgin media, I can.prove otherwise!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia Your firm are a joke. 6 hours after being off line. 5.30pm today. We ring 150 15 minutes after being on the phone we get told your systems are down and to ring back in next 24 hours the phone line has then gone dead.

    @virginmedia Saturday 7 days later, an engineer turns up and says its not his department the install team have not installed the fibre to my property correctly.......FAIL AGAIN,so they will get the install team out on priority between 1-6 ..... guess what?? NO SHOW
