    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia The internet has been cutting off everyday the past week. 1st engineer came 2 days ago. He didn't fix it. 2nd engineer came yesterday and said he will come back today with new router. He didn't come... On the phone we are put on hold forever. Here as last resort now.

    @MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia We had exactly this experience with Virgin. We missed some kind of major TV event (can’t remember what it was now) because we had no service from them for days on end. We cancelled our contract and went to BT who aren’t perfect but infinitely better

    @virginmedia My 80 yr old, disabled father is paying £105 a month for a service that is defunct. He's wheelchair bound and unable to book an engineer. I am desperate to do this for him so he can have a Xmas TV experience he deserves but I am getting an hour wait on call. 🆘

    @virginmedia Due to a house move we asked for a temporary rolling contract as we knew new property not Eligible for Virgin.told that Due to Covid there would be no disconnection fees apply when moved. Now being told an extortionate fee awaits. No one listening or willing to help.

    @pineappletree50 @virginmedia Yes Wayne, I supported some Eastern European Big issue sellers for years in my hometown, then realised i was being played and they were part of a large gang, they actually told me it was easy money, taken in turns, six months here, then home, then came back to the UK🤓
