    @virginmedia We just have a Fibre m50 broadband package, no TV. We’ve rebooted several times and this does nothing. Nothing unusual with modem lights, just a very slow connection, 4mbps. Only one device maximum works on the WiFi at a time which isn’t right.

    @virginmedia I spent literally 42 min on the phone, speaking with four different people to "find" an option. Clearly for Virgin it's more important to get an equipment worth £40 back than accepting their own mistakes and face the fact that this issue was their own fault.
