@virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK = worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy knew his stuff

We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

@virginmedia my connection keeps randomly dropping all day today and has been for a week or so. Can’t test the connection when it happens (no Internet connection) but your service status says you have no issues. This is very frustrating #virginmediadown

@virginmedia When I agreed my upgrade I agreed £44 & got charged £69 I complained and they decided £49 is what I should pay and I let it go. What a joke! now I got charged £163 for no reason and they won't give it back as well as my credit of £75 has disappeared. Bad service

@virginmedia I am more disgusted now. Another hour and your cabling team have pulled the new cable but found 'another' issue. Now forecast 31st October. Awful service and worse customer service as apparently you knew that last night and I have to ring to find out. Last contract with Virgin.
