    @virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

    Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

    I know people are working from home but @virginmedia how can I get through to cancellations.. ?? I am constantly being passed from pillar to post and then cut off!! I just want to cancel a contract for a house I no longer live in

    @virginmedia Advised to pay extra for a booster. Router is in the centre of a two-up-two-down and the signal doesn’t fill the house either.

    I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

    @ant_917 @virginmedia Was it one of the overseas call centres by any chance? They’re awful - I’ve had to get tech support from them recently and I also got moved from pillar to post.

    @virginmedia It’s intermittent and when working has no range. It goes from working at short range, to not working at all. Can someone from cancellations phone me please?

    @virginmedia just spent 20 mins (15 on hold) to be told nothing can be done about my intermittent wi-fi signal. Upon asking to be transferred to Cancellations department, was put on hold and then hung-up upon. HELP @MartinSLewis

    @virginmedia I never lost connection to the router. The status said "Connected, no internet".

    Might be a wee bit salty because @virginmedia WiFi is about as reliable as a partially sighted guide dog leading a blind man through a mine field. Gonna end up losing wages if their internet keeps going down.

    @virginmedia The link doesn't apply to me because I'm talking about a wired connection and already had it plugged in the right socket, and the pinhole reset does nothing. It is not a problem on my end, it is a capacity issue with too many customers using it and it cannot cope.

    @virginmedia The agent said that we will have to wait for the call. Because what the house needs is a recable. Saying sorry, does not fix the situation. What is needed is a technician. #CustomerService #badcustomerservice #badservice

    Apparently not letting customers cancel/even get through to them is quite a trend at @virginmedia. Imagine, a refusal to pay a bill months after months of cancelling and now ruined credit for 6 years! I even have screenshots of my cancellation and they won’t look at them.
