@MrKenShabby @virginmedia Dump them. Get @zeninternet FTTC or even FTTP if you are lucky. Much more reliable. On average faster too. Less contention (sharing with other users) of bandwidth advertised. Never looked back...

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

@Joeynoble @virginmedia Trying to get the account transferred into my wife’s name, we’ve been messed around for weeks. Utterly useless, I could move to another provider I would, cannot stand them. @skytv customer service used to be incredible when I was with them, Virgin could learn a lot from them! 😡

@virginmedia Reg is YT17ZTM, it’s one of the few road in the area where permits are not needed every day, only on match days. Would you not help the driver get a permit for his own Rd? What rules do you have for driver vans being left outside of work hours?

@virginmedia Doesn’t that suggest you are not willing to compensate your customers unless they don’t have internet for more than 2 days from the point of complaint? So, it’s ok for your customers working from home to lose earnings because your service fails to deliver.
