Today, Jeremy Vine on BBCR2 had Vodafone as one of the topics of discussion today, where bereaved people were unable to cancel the contracts of their beloved ones who passed away. @VodafoneUK I feel that the world should know that when you have an issue terminating your contract NO-ONE at Vodafone wants to speak to you, but they do put a black mark on your credit report, when they haven t even issued a final bill. Strange?

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK In the 22+ years I’ve been with Vodafone I’ve never had an issue. Now @TalkTalk , there’s a company I would never touch with a 10ft sh***y stick! Had to email the CEO directly to terminate a contract that the incompetent staff wouldn’t do for over six months!

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for 10 years. I’ve been on hold an hour trying to change broadband from one address to another. It’s never straightforward dealing with you. I’m about to change providers as pretty tired of the service. Please give me one reason to stay?
