Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

My partner had severe problems with them about 10 years ago, which lasted weeks of being passed from department to department, never getting the promised calls returned. We have never used them since. Worst customer service.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I've had one experience with Vodafone and it was utterly horrible: along the lines you have experienced. No way of leaving and lots of threats. Just look through the window of any high-street store and spend 30 seconds watching the staff; this will tell you all you need to know.

Their call service agents are bullies, ignorant and rude! Their complaint process is a joke! The sooner they are out of business the better!
