The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.
