    @VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @VodafoneUK my friends couldn’t make it work either… if it doesn’t appear as a potential WiFi connection then it’s not working. Other times I can connect to it and have full connection but it doesn’t load anything, again that’s your wifi problem

    Hi @VodafoneUK thanks for making me pay for international calls I never made. Fraud team came back in an hour and said no fraud has been committed. Been with you 15+ years, no activity of this kind at any point and this is how you treat it.

    @VodafoneUK since when did your process on Vodafone Advantages scheme change to “online” only? I’ve taken contracts out with you in store for years and never had an issue applying a discount online the next day to now be told that’s an obsolete process now! Scandalous
