    @mcginn12 @VodafoneUK Are you on iPhone? I believe there's a browser issue if not set as safari default. Fix is being worked on but that's a temp work around (set default browser as Safari)

    Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

    @VodafoneUK this is where it gets better. Vodafone telling me yes it’s their mistake but the computer system doesn’t allow them to fix it so I just have to pay it. How am I liable for them after I had fulfilled my contract and provided the appropriate notice. It’s insane.

    Finally cancelled my @VodafoneUK broadband and home phone after a year of low speeds and customer service telling me 13-15mbit is fine on a 35mbit contract. They wouldn't let me come out of contract. Today is the day! @Ofcom @Virgin 1Gbit rocks now ⚡

    I have to be brutally honest when I say this! @VodafoneUK have been bloody awesome with me over the last 18 months or so. Minus a sour issue with a repairs, which they more than sweetened up afterwords, they have been great during this pandemic! They've looked after me! Thanks!!

    @VodafoneUK I am SO disappointed & frustrated with your Customer service. Extremely poor. Not only have you delayed my home move broadband installation- but the complimentary wifi dongle I was due 2 receive hasn’t come?! & been on hold for 45mins + (3 times) absolutely horrendous

    @BBCWatchdog I’ve spent over 12 hours on the phone with @VodafoneUK in the past two months. Raised a complaint last month and I end up going round in circles and never get any answers. No ability to escalate. Is this acceptable? #Vodafone #vodafonebroadband #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK We made a formal complaint, you didn't bother to respond, and just passed it to a different collection agency than the one we'd already explained everything to, while adding a fee and a credit record which you have no right to do as you had earlier agreed there was nothing to pay
