@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 5 weeks since our complaint. No response. Is this how you cater to customers? Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

Customer service as tremendous as always @VodafoneUK . Try to transfer vodafone number to new Vodafone contract as upgrade was worse than what was online. 37 minute phonecall consisting of mostly being on hold culminates in getting hung up on and no return call.🤦
