    @VodafoneUK Awful non-service in store today. Waited 20 mins whilst staff tried to help someone with a Spotify login. Didn’t even get a hello or be with you shortly. Was going to going to discuss an upgrade. Now thinking I’ll change networks.

    It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

    I am so fricking done with @VodafoneUK I have 3 contracts with. I have recommended them to people and on one contract I have had issue after issue. This customer service person is the rudest of the lot!

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    As usual shit service from @VodafoneUK Got an upgrade in Jan that is faulty Taking 6 months to change for a like for like Now the phone is no longer available Speak to customer services 4x & nothing This is why you have the worst customer service reputation Sort it out

    @EveryCountry @VodafoneUK “Just leave me the box and I’ll ring your support if I have any probs” would be my response. I recognise I’m an IT guy and not everyone would feel comfortable, so that approach is pretty shoddy. Sorry Vodafone: it just is.

    @admiralhanson @VodafoneUK Good luck. The fairytale "customer resolutions" department have had my complaint for nearly a month. I've heard "wait 48hrs" for a callback so many times that I'm at a complete loss as to where to go next. Utter disgrace.

    @VodafoneUK great instructions for transfering an esim to a new phone.... Delete profile and you'll send a new qr code.... Urm 3hrs later and still no qr code... And now I have no phone so cannot get the security code to login......

    @vodafoneuk looking for some assistance, no calls or data available on my mobile in Germany. Was working fine up until this morning. Phone reset and switching SIM to different network unsuccessful. Full signal 4G/3G etc. Any info? Worked fine until this morning.

    @VodafoneUK I get your viewpoint, but perhaps you should not allow such third parties like @Top_CashBack to advertise offers as they are bad for yourselves as an organisation too, simply because they don't care and I strongly believe that they do give you a bad name too.
