Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

@bt_uk the WORST broadband service out there. Avoid at all costs. We’re paying £100+ a month for the broadband to drop out every 4-6 minutes, and having 2 engineers no showing on us. Awful service.

@bt_uk What's the best way to get help for Digital Voice? It's a week past activation date, and it's still not working. I've run through the web checker a couple of times, it says activated but detects a fault. Tried SMS version, rebooted multiple times etc. 1/2
