Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Gift cards never arrive and you do not want to deal with it even after official complaints are made. The worst customer service!

The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. It's how I flew under the radar when I lived in France in an unapproved residence. Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.

No account access for weeks, BT cannot help and hence I’m now taking my landline, broadband and mobile contracts elsewhere! Loyal customer since 1993!

Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).
