@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service. Ordered Internet in April and it still has not been installed. Phonecalls, every few days to tell us the same news only a different day! This was meant to be installed on the 19th May!! Would not recommend anyone to sign up!!!!

@bt_uk Once again I am getting Failed to record message on my BT Pro box. A few weeks ago a support advisor carried out a factory reset on my box (without telling me!) and it worked for a few weeks now any non free view channel is failing to record.
