@bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

@bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

@BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

@David_Freeburn @btsport @AFL I think I know why. It might be an issue with music rights between Seven and Fox, which distributes the broadcasts internationally. We get the same in the US too. Not an issue with BT, alas. It’s why the int’l broadcasts don’t show the pregame concerts for the GF.

@bt_uk absolutely shocking service. Changed to bt fibre 17days and so far had no Internet for 1/4 of that time and no solution in sight as keep being told its fixed. Should have stayed with with old provider! Customer service is shocking and online chat abysmal

My elderly parents have been left with no phone for a minimum of 18 days. @bt_uk admit they are at fault but can't get their phone working until 10th April. Seriously?! What happens if they fall or need help? Where's the customer care?
