    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @bt_uk Yes @bt_uk still requiring clarification from the DM I sent + cancellation of broadband service because I had enough! Overcharged and need refund.

    @bt_uk Can you please help? I was told my first order for fibre had been cancelled and to place a new order. I've done that, but the 'MyBT' is only showing the first order; and there's nothing about being refused the £9.99 I paid for the Smart Hub on the first order.

    @bt_uk Don't bother I used 1572 on the phone instead. I will mention these new Website problems to the Customer Resolution Team the next time I talk to them. They are already dealing with problems caused by the MY BT Website not working correctly back in Janurary.

    @bt_uk BT is hilarious in its utter uselessness. I received today my fifth or sixth text telling me that I would be rung during a particular time slot (about an ongoing problem, one of many) and - guess what: I’ve never received a single call in any of those slots. 🤡🤡🤡

    @bt_uk My query is generic, regarding your fault-reporting process. For example, what happens if a person does not have a mobile, and landline and broadband are both down? Is there a number one can call to speak with a real person?
