@BTCare Broadband is so poor ...Pay for infinity , and takes an infinity to download anything . Spent 45 minutes arranging for an engineer and 24 hours later you call my house phone , speak to my daughter , Tell her it’s fixed , cancel engineer #fail it’s not working properly !!!

Abhorrent service from @bt_uk problem with broadband for months, third engineer turned up at 4.30pm today and said he wouldn’t be able to do much as he knocked off at 5.30pm. Disappeared and never came back. To top it off, after 30 minutes on hold Customer service hung up on me!

@bt_uk our contract finished for fibre 100 with halo 3. I can get the same from @SkyUK and save £235 over 24m. I can save £91 as a new customer to BT. Why should I be loyal customer?

@bt_uk Today WifiCalling is experiencing a widespread outage and because BTMobile withdrew it’s 3G Signal Box (at little/no notice) we can’t make/receive any calls or those oh so important text messages for purchases, internet banking etc.. What a great decision to withdraw the 3G Box!
