@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

Embarrassed to have recommended @bt_uk to my father after level of service he has received in last week. Date given for installation then order cancelled without notification, promised a new date which was then pushed back by 5 days and sold a device to give access but can’t! 🤬

@bt_uk No, it’s accepted the pin no & then told me my log details were invalid & then it couldn’t connect to my account. I tried again & it wouldn’t get me beyond the pin no. We are also having stability issues with the internet where speeds really slow down

@bt_uk I want to cancel Britbox. Tried online said I had to contact you. Went via chat and told that as I was a VIP I had to call you … doesn’t sound like very VIP service to me. Free deal runs out 21.6 and I’ve never watched so no need to renew. Can you do without me calling.
