@bt_uk BT Failure, we have had no broadband or telephone service for 3 weeks in the RH19 area. Despite numerous calls to BT & Openreach who from my experience do appear able to communicate with another are incapable of providing an engineering fix. This not an isolated case.

@bt_uk Yes the fault was reported yesterday. You promisied to fix it within 24hrs. She is very very vunerable. The landline is her only way to communicate. She needs it for her own safety as she isnt good on her feet. Should anything happen - well !!!!!!?????

@bt_uk More needs to be done to get fibre into certain areas. We have fibre in our village but my house can’t get it as it stops about 500m from us. Yet we are still paying fibre prices. Don’t even get me started on the reliability issues.
