@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@bt_uk Unfortunately the only customer service updates are from a bot and the estimated service fix day/time has passed. Appalling customer service. Please register this as a complaint as there is nowhere else via your website to actually register one , which goes against regulation.

@bt_uk Sorry Catherine but Im not phoning again. Your team seemed pretty adamant yesterday that they were not going to help other than run a diagnostic test. That test said our internet is strong. After me telling them that my room is a black spot, they passed me around! 1)
