    @CantSwingACat @bt_uk You should try Virgin Media! Don't forget you're entitled to Ofcom compensation if the has been a total loss of service for over 24 hrs I.e If their Infrastructure is at fault #poorcustomerservice

    So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

    @bt_uk you are, without doubt, the most antiquated company there is. I would challenge anyone to come up with a company that is less customer centric than you.

    @bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

    @bt_uk my broadband has been down for nearly 2 days with not a single update on status. When I try to check the site for my phone number, the system crashes me out. Very frustrating.

    I really dislike @bt_uk it has to be one of the worst customer service experiences out there. It takes so long to just get your call answered. The classic case of a company that’s so big, no one knows what they’re doing 😔

    BT WiFi is absolutely horrific. After having issues previously we were advised to get a new BT hub. We did so and now the connection is worse than ever. Abysmal @btbusinesscare

    I know were in a pandemic but the @bt_uk customer service line is awful, spoke yesterday to the online help who said I need to call in and speak to someone, over 45 minutes yesterday on hold and never got through, today got told 10 minute wait, that was 25 minutes ago!

    @bt_uk my phone line & broadband are down & the only suggestion from one of your managers, Mo (faults team), is to break lockdown rules. Shocked at this, so I put a complaint in. Just got a an e-mail saying you've closed the complaint!

    @bt_uk Tried it. it says faster fibre is already available with speeds up to 80M down and 20M up but that's not what we get ,16down 1up. I'm told it won't go any faster due to distance from exchange.

    @bt_uk I’ve been trying for days to get through for a new account which was cancelled the day after I set it up. Capacity issue apparently, but I can’t sort it out as I simply can’t get through to you. Now I have 2 kids I can’t homeschool and I’ve just moved house. Pretty stressful

    @bt_uk never go with bt broadband. One of the worse things I’ve ever done. Terrible service and constant faults with the internet. Worst thing about it is the compensation is a joke too.
