Send them the email u have. I used 2 get stressed on the underground and was told "don't stress over things u can't control" it dont work with Arsenal thou 🥺

It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. Disconnected the hybrid hub from the smart hub. I got a funny feeling because that was the only change in the last few weeks to my network.
