@BTCare Broadband is so poor ...Pay for infinity , and takes an infinity to download anything . Spent 45 minutes arranging for an engineer and 24 hours later you call my house phone , speak to my daughter , Tell her it’s fixed , cancel engineer #fail it’s not working properly !!!

@ryanteck @bt_uk It was actually BT (I did check carefully) and yes I can cancel in cooling off period. But it was the repeated misinformation confirmed 3x over as I kept asking to be sure the price was for everything. 1 item in the cost breakdown was an amount never mentioned at all on the call!

@bt_uk I don't appreciate the tone. It certainly did happen. I sent your colleague my postcode and she gave me an estimated time of 23.45 for the issue to be fixed. You can move this forward by finding out what is affecting hundreds of people in South Cumbria, and giving us an update.

Current estimated clear time for fault BT50461 is 18/05/2022 23:45 (its a fault with a Wholesale Broadband Connect). There were 9 other issues in the Furness region supposedly cleared overnight
