Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Thomas Yates (@Tom_Yates91) reported@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I think a big issue here is that for Wrexham, perhaps they would profit from this… But the other 23 clubs now have easier access to illegal streams in hard times which would only discourage fans from buying tickets at the gate… Which as we know is their main source of income.

Fault was reported on 17th and landline and broadband totally lost on 25th!
