    Hi @BT_uk I’d just like you to know your customer care staff are as useful as a chocolate teapot. Set up broadband over the phone, gave direct debit setup information, they didn’t set up the direct debit and I got cut off a month later. Called you, fixed it, got told direct debit

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

    @bt_uk I am really getting annoyed with your broadband. We sit in the same room as the hub and we lose signal. We have to have Ethernet cables through the house to work and you want an additional £30 a month for ‘complete’ WiFi.

    Is there a worst company to deal with than @BTCare ? Total bandits. I cancelled my subscription for BT Sport, paid it off and transferred to @SkySports because they were cheaper and I'd never have to deal with BT again.

    @bt_uk My vunerable 90 year old relative who lives on her own has been without a landline for two days now. Her emergency connection does not work without a landline. The fault was reported on 25th Jan, we were told that it would be repaired by 27th Jan.
