@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

@bt_uk placed order for BT broadband on 3rd Nov 2021. After 4 months of wait, 20 person hours of effort in comms with to your complaint department, email to BT CEO, still no BT connection. BT open reach guys, came for installation, and damaged existing virgin connection instead.

@btbusinesscare Our broadband has been down for over a week. Spoken to numerous people numerous times, all promising results. Still no broadband. We have guests staying in our holiday cottages that have paid for broadband who are not receiving it. I am paying for broadband & not receiving it.

@bt_uk Having been a broadband customer for many years, and BT TV since 2018 I am finally fed up with the signal on quite a few channels leaving picture reception to look like AOL dial up. Moving to Sky when my contract up.

@VodafoneGroup Why are you making the dealing of the bereavement of my parents so difficult? No other companies, including @bt_uk are demanding such details, when the LPA reference code is enough. Your processes and procedures are antiquated and your poor team won't help.
