@Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

@virginmedia Yes, down for two days and when i called yesterday they said it was gonna be fixed today and it is not. I work from home. I have already spent my @EE mobile iNet and I'm buying @bt_uk passes. How can I cancel the service and move to other provider?

Was eagerly awaiting broadband installation/engineer to arrive today. Nobody came. Nobody rang or emailed. I had to call you. Brand new customer. People waited in for you. This is shocking customer service @bt_uk when is the engineer actually coming???

@BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

Wow, @bt_uk your customer service and internal systems are utterly disappointing. First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!

@bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

Honestly had it with @bt_uk. Moved house, they botched moving internet so we were without it. Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

@bt_uk Joke of the day How many engineers does it take to fix a drop in connection. 5 and just had to book another one as it is still not fixed.All engineers have checked internally. I’ve had new wires new router and socket the only thing left a new roof? MY FAULT IS EXTERNAL.

2 weeks after moving in @DavidWilsonHome finally managed to get Openreach to wire us in but @BTCare can't connect us for another 5 days. we have 'always connected', but it doesn't work, (2nd time) and by cancelled sending us a new one for reasons only they know!
