I know were in a pandemic but the @bt_uk customer service line is awful, spoke yesterday to the online help who said I need to call in and speak to someone, over 45 minutes yesterday on hold and never got through, today got told 10 minute wait, that was 25 minutes ago!

@bt_uk Hi. It is up but drops out now and then. The app still tells me there's a problem in my area that should be fixed tomorrow but they've been saying that for days and just keep moving the fix time.
