  Intermittent @bt_uk Broadband fault being going on for 6 weeks. Broadband now down. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.

  @bt_uk I got a call from Chris just after 8pm,basically everyone I spoke with at BT said it wasn’t their problem and that you outsource all your work to open reach,so take it up with them! I pay BT for a service and youre happy to leave vulnerable people without a phone line.Disgusting

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
