    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    @bt_uk I contacted OpenReach and they have told me to inform my service provider about this. This needs looking at urgently.

    @bt_uk I am still waiting to my response in regards to my request for an engineer appointment to look at a communal box, which looks in urgent need of replacement and is impacting an entire block’s service.

    @bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

    @bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

    Another @btsport Champion League night unwatchable on BT TV UHD despite consistent 60 Mbps speed and router reboots. Could do with a complimentary Sky feed again as that never failed unless the pigeon stood between my dish and LNB.

    @bt_uk awful service last couple of days. No broadband for over a day now, i work from home and yes they sent me a 4g hub, which pumps out shocking signal and im actually better of connected to my phone. Also, no fault resolution date and openreach are now on strike. Shocking!

    @bt_uk I got a quote from yourselves to receive. Superfast Broadband in rural Scotland The quote, I was informed later, was in excess of £100000. Ironically I'm a network engineer without a network to connect to. I informed my MSP, Jenni Minto. You lot are as bad as the Tories. 🤡s

    @AILAHT0909 @bt_uk Add to that I'm stuck with the order until it goes Live on November 1st. Unbreakable broadband signal has barely 1 bar. And that 28 quid people pay for their broadband is costing me 40. Sound. @bt_uk please escalate to a higher love.

    @bt_uk my nan has problems with her landline. She has tried calling and waited on the 151 line and then it keeps cutting out. We texted 61998 and had no response. I don't live near her and she doesn't use the internet. How can I get her some help?
