    @bt_uk hey got a text saying my broadband should be activated by now but it's still not working and hub is flashing purple. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    Used to have best internet with @bt_uk - but in past week, our neighbours and us are having huge problems. Fibre speed still showing fast, but constant drops and buffering on streaming services. Feels like the days of dial up Wonder if the issue is outside the property?

    had an IP bleed between us and our neighbours for 3 weeks. Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Drop outs on zoom.

    @SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

    IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

    @btsport hi. I cannot get the live channels on the BT Sport app on my Samsung TV - I get error code VC549. I’ve tried rebooting router, TV off and on, reinstalling the app / nothing works. Yet it works fine on my mobile or laptop. Please, any solution?

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk I have never received such poor service. Failed to place orders, sending equipment to wrong addresses, failing to send equipment and now an engineer causing damage to a neighbouring property! Tried to report and was cut off by your advisor! Brilliant!

    Genuine question. @Plusnet are **** at broadband, right? It’s a resounding yes. Unreliable, dropping out etc. Managed by @bt_uk so that’s a given and BT terrify old people with random sales calls. So who’s better. @WhichUK fawn over Pussnet, Sky are a nono, so what’s better?

    @OpenreachHelp I’m having a nightmare at ST6 4SB - Gigabit fibre should have gone live 3 weeks ago - @bt_uk don’t know their backside from an elbow and I have had a red LOS light for weeks. I have been passed from pillar to post and FTTC broadband is extremely poor. #pleasehelp

    @bt_uk Hey BT, why is my partners internet continuously bad? The WiFi signal is notoriously bad (It barely uploads a .png file sometimes, and take an hour to download a Gb).
