@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

Then BT text bot tells me that there IS a fault and that engineers will be fixing it. But I find out these aren’t BT engineers but Openreach, even though I pay BT.
