    Our @bt_uk broadband is down. They’ll fix it by Monday apparently. Kids spent the first 24 hours going through grief cycle (shock, disbelief, anger etc), then a resigned slump, and have now become manically busy and exuberant and I am desperate for them to get YouTube back.

If anything i wish raw and sd could be on the wwe network quicker (but again tv license issues prevent this)

    .@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

You asked if they were still cheating & to receive any further fines. And I said no. They have been fined and points deducted. It ends there.

    @bt_uk Yes I have an open fault. Got through after 40 minutes on second attempt. No Broadband until next week. Not eligible for compensation because under BT terms and conditions this is acceptable service Unbelievable

    Hey @bt_uk our smart hub stopped working on Friday. Since then I've called you Friday, Saturday & today. We were initially told we were priority & an engineer would be round within 24 hrs. They are yet to do so or get in touch. We have received a mini hub which doesn't work. 1/2

    @bt_uk Tried that, Google Store indicates that app is no longer available. Also, the call centre agent stated that movies are never 'bought', they are merely 'licensed' for as long as one is a BT TV subscriber. Pretty sure the options were 'Rent' or 'Buy'. Don't remember 'License'.

    @Strippin @btbusinesscare @WeAreOpenreach Internet I'm the UK is shockingly awful. It took Virgin Media 6 months to install a cable to my house after repeatedly stating it would only take 1-2 months. 🙈

    @bt_uk My name is Paula and I get angry every time i see that patronising advert! I used to have BT and it was really expensive. I moved to Talk Talk at a third of the price and have been working at home since last March with no broadband issues.

    @firefly233 @bt_uk I had 0.3 mb DL until 2 years ago. Now I have around 30 but I still can't watch anything higher than 720p as it loses connection every 15 seconds. They told me they won't fix it until 2025 when they add fibre. I'd be embarrassed to work for them. Disgusting service in 2021. FY BT

    @OneTakeJack @bt_uk Ouch! For years I had 1.5mb down stream. 30mb down is very border line. As you need 25mb for a 4k stream. So yup your resolution would be hurt. But for it to be dropping out as well is totally unacceptable. That is a totally different issue. And for them to just leave it 😡

    To add more insult to injury @bt_uk your tracking services says Wednesday but I'm getting texts saying I have an engineer Tuesday and Wednesday now. Can't even speak to anyone as the fault service says to text that absolutely daft text service that caused this.
