The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. I've checked that it's properly connected to the master socket. Any tests you can run to make sure that the service has actually been activated? Cheers

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

Service is due to start on 17/6 but I learn that I can use the app to start before, i.e. today? The order doesn't show in the app & if I search for order + post code it claims they're incorrect.
