@paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

@bt_uk so was meant to have my bt package activated on the 17th of September, 12 days later ,still nothing, I estimated I’ve spent a total of at least 8 hours on hold until an advisor answers when I call up for an update. as I’ve never been given an updated from BT’s end

Nice of #BT to raise the cost of my broadband/mobile/btsport by 9.3% in the middle of a fixed term contract. Underhand unscrupulous business practices are never winners in the long term, I’m not sure what our regulators are for these days, it’s not customer’s interests. #ofcom

@IsabelOakeshott @gsmith1959 @bt_uk WiFi has very little to do with your ISP (and addition- ALL ISP provided routers are garbage). If you have poor reception just stick a few repeaters around the house. Even better get a Nighthawk or LinkSys 1900AC and use that as a VPN pass through to somone like CyberGhost.

@bt_uk When I became a customer my stay fast was 32mbps. After screenshotting the significant drop in speeds, an engineer came out and told me it was my hardware. New network cable, same awful speeds, and now my stay fast is 26, *just* under what I'm now getting. 2/10 service.
