Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!

But the Chat Bot ignores everything you type in and just asks unrelated questions before saying it can't help.
