The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Kat (@Kat06075689) reported@bt_uk down and we have a medical device that requires WiFi to measure a baby heart rate. Device won’t alarm if heart rate drops so essentially we can’t act right away should that happen. Fed up with BT now! Can I leave without a fee for this?
