  @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.

  @bt_uk The line itself is working-which those who I've spoken to can't understand-it's the phones ringtones, as a result of their line upgrades, which are now not working. Parents are pensioners. I bought their phones 4-5 yrs ago. We're not made of money to replace them again due to BT!

  @bt_uk I can't phone any bt number because the automated service doesn't put me through to an actual person, it just says that my service has been restricted and I need to pay. I will not be paying because it was supposed to have been. Cancelled on the 8th of June!
