@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk @xboxuk I had a preexisting sub to XBGPU that was to last to 2023/2024 and redeeming your code has taken over my existing sub before the renewal date. You won't have to pay for it until 12 Nov 2022. After that, it'll be £10.00 a month (unless you cancel). You'll see this on your bill

@bt_uk It was supposed to be a business account but the service was terrible. We never even had an engineer turn up. Even though you gave us 5 appointments not even an email saying you were not coming. You have taken £72.50 out of our account and asked for a further £972 for cancelling
