Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. On their comms its in the small print.

Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).
