The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Spoke to Dermot, in Customer Servcies, arranged for a 4g hub to be sent and an SFI engineer coming around tomorrow. Excellent service, Dermot was really helpful. Thank you.
