Tried to upsell to more expensive contract to solve "issue" despite my speed already halving due to move. Got the Hybrid Connect device today and it's crap. Can't find a 4G signal

Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

First you send me the wrong kit multiple times over 5 weeks(!) and then send me a message telling me if I don’t return the most recent one, I’ll be charged £50 - eventhough its STILL the wrong kit!
