    @btbusinesscare I have been waiting for three weeks for a manager to telephone me to discuss mis-selling that went on on our account. Despite regular chasing, I have still not been contacted. Shocking service.

    @bt_uk we have BT internet. We have reset our router & still we can’t use the internet. Tried to use app on my phone to check the service but that won’t even let me log it

    Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

    Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    Thank you @bt_uk, you're the business. Shaun, one of your agents took the time to help me to get one over on scammers/hackers who tried to get my information and internet details. Just simply turn off your WPS configuration and they can't get in! #CyberSecurity #onlinesafety

    @bt_uk Day 8 of no internet. Engineer booked for this morning and cancelled without so much a message to let us know. New visit booked for 2nd...just got cancelled. Now rebooked. This has taken up so much time without even an attempt at a resolution. The only redeeming factor 1/2

    @bt_uk @Ofcom BT, my parents who are over 70 have been without telephone and Broadband since 21/12/20 due to yourselves turning their line off when you shouldn't and have been promising them for over a week to reconnect them. Please fix ASAP.

    My parents have now waited 5 times for a @bt_uk engineer to turn up to install their phone line. Each time they’ve failed to turn up. No apology. No forewarning. Terrible service.
