@bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

So I called @bt_uk noon today asked about cancellation of my contract, i was told i can do it anytime, i started a contact with @Hyperoptic and called bt to cancel, i was then told to pay a £200+ fine!! I was never told that in the first phonecall!! #liedtobybt #btlies

@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

@bt_uk Been on hold for 30 minutes now. I would cancel broadband and mobile but it's a new-build and only moved in last week with BT one of the few. Appalling customer service although once you finally get through, at least we can understand the lovely northern Irish people.

@bt_uk My flatmates and I have been stuck since 30 August without Wifi despite contacting your staff to carry out exchange work. We have repeatedly been told that an engineer will visit to complete this and that it is being escalated but nothing actually happens! Help please ?

@btbusinesscare we pay for Critical care on our business landline so that faults are repaired within 6 hours not the 8 days we’ve been quoted!! When you have no mobile signal and are reliant on your landline this is shocking service.
