Still waiting for BT to diagnose the problem (although we have!!) social media team amazing but @bt_uk very slow. Anyone else had similar issues? Means slow or no internet, random webpages blocked. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
