@BTCare No phone or broadband line for several days due to car wiping out an exchange. Rang BT. Unwilling to send 4G router as i dont pay enough!! Unwilling to pass me on to a supervisor. Really poor customer service from the "helpline". Joke.
@BTCare All blue on wireless. Internet not so much the issue as the TV. Paying for HD, near full package and channels constantly glitchy or simply dont work. Terrible #CustomerExperience tied into a horrible contract
@BTCare Happens across all channels every day and night. Router is connected to the box via the plug bridge and even the download speeds are abnormally slow. Please have someone contact me to cancel today.
@BTCare We now have a guy called Joseph dealing with it Emmett. I have emailed him a minute ago to follow things up. I am appalled at how bad your service is - perhaps if you supply me an email address I will forward you the details
@BTCare don’t really give you much for loyalty, been with them for 4 or 5 years I think, moved house last year and had to sign up for 18 months because i was moving, have to cancel my contract again as moving and they are charging me £124, won’t be back again. #thanks #bt @bt
@btsport has to be said @chris_sutton73 is an absolutely awful commentator as well as a pundit. How this guy knicks a wage is beyond me. His football knowledge is shocking. He makes @RobbieSavage8 look clever
@BTCare I now have accept terms for BT Plus AGAIN!!!! and I have not had the benefit of BT Plus for weeks the service I signed on for was cancelled NOTWITHSTANDING there being a direction to fix a problem. I still don’t have the service I signed on for and i have to call back next week!
No thanks go to @BTCare for calling me early and waking me on a Sunday morning to talk about my faulty broadband service. They were then insulting on the phone while setting up a THIRD engineer visit to my home
I am told by @BTCare that what is “best for me” is to wait for a call back tomorrow after an engineer’s visit this morning has made my already intermittent broadband service even worse. I’ll tell you what is “best for me” - to actually have the service I pay for!
It's one of the most iconic football shirts of all time. The #7 shirt for #ManUtd. #GeorgeBest #BryanRobson #DavidBeckham #CristianoRonaldo #EricCantona ..etc..etc but #AlexSanchez must be the worst of the lot. #MUNVAL #CHAMPIONSLEAGUE #BTSport
It’s now 2 weeks to the day our wi-fi went down and we still only have intermittent wi-fi. Even when it’s on only max speed of 34. Very poor, waiting on a filter to arrive , just hope this fixes it #BT @BTCare
@pw_thunder @DannyJohnJules @BTCare Exactly. They are disgusting. They’ve failed to provide me with a service and now have the cheek to penalise me for no longer wanting to pay for a service they are not providing for me. You couldn’t make this shit up
@Jacquistewart8 @BTCare Nope. I’ve successfully canceled my contract and switched back to @SkyUK. Their broadband might be slower but it’s reliable. In all the years I’ve been with them I’ve never had a problem.
Well we were thrilled to get our wi-fi up and running on Friday but alas it just will not connect to our Samsung tv. Despite all the resolutions given by @BTCare the issue seems unsolvable. BT forums suggest Samsung TVs do not connect to hub 6
@BTCare I tried but after a 15 minutes nothing was happening.
Your shit service has been more than shocking.
If you treat a new customer like this who is still within the 14-day cooling off period I dread to think how you treat those who are stuck in a contract.
.@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days.
I was originally told 24 hours.
Advisors clearly make things up.
I think when I joked we would be lucky to have internet by Christmas, it was not such a joke after all. They say they will try to fix by this Friday. Why do I have no confidence this will actually happen? @BTCare
@BTCare They’ve confirmed receipt of it so that’s down to them. There’s not really much point asking have they/have I. The request had been made and BT have not adhered to the timeframes set by the ICO.
@BTCare I renewed my broadband contract on 02.11 & was told smart hub was on its way. Called again on 12.11 to be told it hasn’t been sent & they would send that day...it still hasn’t arrived. Can you help! Disappointed that I am having to chase this up again! 😒
