    @bt_uk I’m extremely concerned about my elderly, vulnerable father who has been without his home phone service for 48 hours. I reported the fault yeasterday morning & it’s still not working. I hope you can understand how worried I am, please help!

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    @bt_uk Working broadband on main router or mini hub would be nice for a change. This is nothing short of breach of contract. In this day and age how can it take 50+ days to sort a problem with no proper explanations of what's wrong. I'm cancelling ASAP

    Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

    Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    @bt_uk Hi! It has been sorted for us now thanks. We managed to get through to someone by phone. We are having internet issues with you on a near weekly basis so I'm sure it wont be long before we have to get back in touch with you unfortunately! @LuckyWaster

    @kianwardgk @btsport @SportsRadar No problem with the commentary, the issue was dropouts. We had 5 and you shouldn't get that on a paid subscription service. Also, they could have given more advance info so we weren't all getting frantic when we had no idea if it was working 5 mins before ko.

    @bt_uk We have found a fault in the network and have submitted this to our engineers. We aim to fix this on Saturday 21 Nov between 8am-1pm Keep track of progress using the BT app (Fault Ref: VOL055-5890557560284). Still no sign of an engineer.

    Just got through to @bt_uk to try and renew my internet and sport subscription.. appalling attempt at customer retention. I wonder when these companies will start to look after existing customers. I won’t hold my breath.

    @bt_uk Really disappointed in the customer service received this week. Activation should have been over a week ago but still no 𝗪𝗶𝗳𝗶 and no timescales for sorting this out. Despite many promises that your team would call us we still have no idea what is happening.
