@bt_uk hi. My broadband is very very slow and hs been for a couple of days. Contacted customer services yesterday and they told me it was fixed. It isn’t. Last week I was getting speeds of 27mbps today it is 6.6mbps.

So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

@bt_uk what is the best number to call to cancel my package. Iv had on off broadband all over xmas, waited 2 weeks for an engineer for the appointment to be cancelled. I have your "halo" package and even when I asked for a mini hub I was told thisncant be done. Unacceptable.

@bt_uk Hi thanks I will just keep it. Can I ask is it normal for you to cut my wifi off at 1am in morning when installer isn't due to 1pm and will take a few hours. I am pretty hacked off with that. I have multiple things connected to it that needed signal.
