@bt_uk I get bad reception problems on BBC 4 and BBC News channels in the evening, both of which I use a lot. I have rebooted box, checked all my leads. Signal quality/strength is fine in mornings but in evening quality is 10% or less and pic and sound cut out.

We still have a fault with @bt_uk broadband. If I log into my account it tells me all is fine, despite being sent an email from them that says they currently can't fix it. On and off all day. Impossible.

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR BROADBAND , DO NOT GO WITH @bt_uk !! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Been waiting at my flat since 8am, only to call up and find out the appointment was not booked correctly !!! Everyone that works at @bt_uk clearly have an IQ of a toddler.

For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

I've experienced terrible customer service from @bt_uk as my fault is now 'resolved' the issue is now closed according to BT. No recognition of the inconvenience to me or what caused the fault at their end🤬

@bt_uk The speed is not below that number, but because it’s so low anyway, it wouldn’t make much difference, I’ve read somewhere that ofcom say that if we can’t get speeds of at least 10mbps then the provider needs to help?

So @bt_uk have failed badly. BB down, engineer unilaterally changed appointment date so we missed it, next engineer (2wks later) failed to turn up. Now told external work needs to be done before we can even make an appointment. After 40min call I've just been cut off. HELP PLEASE
