Hey @bt_uk can you look into my my equipment orders are being spread across Kent? I’ve moved home and stayed with BT but it’s looking like a mistake. Called your team this morning who confirmed that my equipment is AWOL. Currently with no signal or Wi-Fi making life difficult 👍🏻

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

@bt_uk Despite being told at 1pm that problem is sorted, broadband goes down again at 8pm. Text service says incoming line is fine so it must be our router, but your online fault checker says there is still a problem. Told to ring back tomorrow at 8am. Not good enuf, sort it out !!!

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

Our broadband has been on/off daily since 16/12 but despite being given a fix date of 06/01 at 1pm this has now passed and the fault checker now says you are unable to give a new date. Can you give update confirm what compensation we are entitled to and how we claim it. @.bt_uk

@bt_uk I've a BT phone with call block and have blocked basically the same call at least 10 times today. Network providers need to have an AI system that automatically blocks calls that get multiple blocks (from multiple customers) otherwise there are simply facilitating crime. @Ofcom

@bt_uk It was sorted out in the sense that it was cancelled and because there could be no installation before I was cut off from Virgin, I had to remain with Virgin. So my account with BT does not exist and I didn’t find out whether the service is an improvement. Ended at 12 calls

@bt_uk I was right, BT could not sort the problems. My parents have cancelled the order. It was simple, change the existing Broadband package to a new broadband contract and you could not even do that. What a load of rubbish. Disgrace!
