    @bt_uk My housing officer told me me that this is a poor aerial for aerials free council guys out and I come fix it I also told me me that you know this is a satellite area where you live majority of the people in your streets has got dishes so I went back to my housing officer

    @bt_uk Thanks for the help. I spoke to freeview, tried a few things which didn't work but i contacted your TV help and after doing a few basic things somehow it appears to be working now! Very Strange. Tks

    @bt_uk There's nothing you can do it's not BT problem and it's not my problem also I'm in the contracts I have to look at other options I spoke to my neighbours in My Block and I did not know that majority of them have got Freesat an to neighbours have got and two of neighbours have sky

    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

    Hi @bt_uk another neighbour in the building has also reported identical issues. Sending me a replacement router clearly isn't the solution

    @bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

    @bt_uk That's if I can get into my now TV package so I can turn on or off what I want I can't do that on the now my BT app keeps coming up that is got network problems on the app

    @UFCEurope #UFC249 tonight is gonna be a payed one and I already know it’s gonna be a struggle to watch it! Kind of praying they figure it out the service by now. I have the @btsport deal but whenever is one of these more special cards you still have to pay on some ppv deal.

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

    @bt_uk My houseing officer will not let me have an aerial on the roof but she did offer me a satellite dish I can have because this is a bad reception for aerials in my street and the majority of people here I've got satellite dishes or communal dishes that's what I'm trying to say

    @bt_uk I got a problem it's not my fault and it's not BT issue I lost a lot of Freeview channels in my flat I went to no cancel and said you can have a dish because aerials are very bad in your area where you live we've had a lot of people coming to us about the same problem

    @BTCare hi. I have received a letter informing me of the switch to digital voice which I’m happy with. When I upgraded my broadband there was an option to get a handset but I couldn’t as the service wasn’t active. Could I get the free handset now?

    @bt_uk It's really funny in UK. Another thing I want to know is if my BT broadband broken one month and hasn’t been fixed. How to solve this problem? I called BT at least 50 times. I don’t know why they cannot fix for me or why it need so many times.#dogsatpollingstations

    @btsport @EE I have the BT ultimate add-on with my EE phone contract which allows me to view on the big screen (as you guys put it) but when I try to log in on the PlayStation it doesn't work. Can you help at all?

    I've upgraded to Ultrafast - using @WeAreOpenreach FTTP - from Superfast - FTTC - I now get download speeds between 5mbps & 45mbps. Not happy. Reported to @bt_uk a few weeks ago, still waiting for service to improve to the speeds that I am paying for.

    Sadly the incompetence at @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp is shining through. Been lied to constantly, still no resolution, & apparently BT cannot call openreach to get an answer. I was under the impression they're a telecoms company bur maybe I'm mistaken. #Unbelievable #complaint
