Basically you keep the local mayor on side* and don't let anything escalate to the departement. *May involve 5L of wine a couple of times a year.

  @omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

  @bt_uk are you not contractually supposed to prove a bill? if you won’t let me log in to my account or let me reset passwords etc to get access and still can’t fix this issue after a week surely that’s breach? i will cancel my direct debit until i can access my bills
