Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

A few of your messages have said that you're going to charge me and refund me on receipt of the equipment. At a cost of living crisis this is poor CS.
