    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    @bt_uk agreed to @jugglerbry, my queries are not being answered despite being on hold on customer service phone line for 1 hour and get very poor response on cancelling my BT broadband service.

    @btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

    @zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

    @btsport @BTfootball1 so been trying to get through to cancel sport or even pause just like @skytv have done. So time to cancel DD I bet they contact me once I’ve canceled 🤔 one way of getting through!!

    @jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk

    @bt_uk Yes @bt_uk still requiring clarification from the DM I sent + cancellation of broadband service because I had enough! Overcharged and need refund.

    @bt_uk How is it acceptable that you cancel my BT internet with no warning, claiming another provider instructed you to do so and now you won't simply reinstate my Internet. Saying I need to take out another 24 month contract? Complete con artists.

    Event #bt_uk cannot reach you anymore to resolve issues. Please think about your QoS and what you do before answering your customers' query. If you want to have a crash course on how to serve customers, go and speak to #thameswater perhaps? I am sure it's free.
