    @bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

    Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

    @bt_uk so for the second time in 3 week we have no land line. Unable to talk to some one as first cut off and now just ringing . How long is it going to take to fix it this time and how long until it happens again. It's totally your fault and you have hung up again 3 times

    @bt_uk Very dodgy claim. I have been waiting for a month now on an update on my broadband line being put in despite promises that someone will be out several times. You may answer the calls but actually providing an “answer” to what the customer was asking ? That’s a different story.

    @bt_uk @Gemlovers Hi, we have been assured that this ongoing issue has been fixed, however still having major issues. The hub works briefly every now and again but is still mostly on the flashing purple light. Its been about 10 days now.

    @btsport I know you need a second subscription if you have a second sky box in the household, but if we don’t watch sport on the main box, is there anyway to cancel it on there and set it up on the 2nd box only? Casting from app isn’t great.

    @bt_uk Ash, I have still yet to get a call back on this complaint. I have not had my contract reverted & the 14 day cooling off period will soon expire. I’ve filled out a webform to cancel as well #210202-000714. Having been a customer of BTs over last 10 yrs I’m pretty disappointed. V
