The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this? Dropping out constantly & buffering when I didn’t take em up on it. Almost as if they’ve slowed it down deliberately to make me upgrade to get more money out of me.
