    Very slow on the uptake, or @btsport have failed miserably on publicising it, but the fact they've attained some @NHL live game rights is potentially huge. They've done a great job with MotoGP and increasing baseball coverage, so hopefully they step it up with hockey too.

    @bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

    @bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

    @bt_uk fair play. Not a seamless switch (5 days without broadband) but friendly customer service when you had a wobble, text from engineer to say it’s sorted and a dollop of credit volunteered at the end. Not bad. Thank you to the nice people who look after your customers.

    @bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

    @bt_uk Yes I'm aware of how networks work and the difference between wifi and an ethernet cable, what I'm saying is that your latency issues weren't a thing a month ago with identical everything except name on the contract. Stop dodging responsibility and fix your issues.

    @bt_uk your customer service rocked. Fault reported on broadband Saturday. Engineer here Monday. Copper replaced and broadband back up. Thanks to the CS and engineering teams. Much appreciated.

    @bt_uk lost my broadband again, only ten minutes this time (assuming it stays up). Tired of these unannounced loss of service, smarthub 2 lights go orange and status page says there is no service, same as its done on the previous occasion. Would be nice to get comp'd with halo!

    @bt_uk need help! You are my phone and internet provider. I get the max speed u offer for my area but it is still not good enough, in fact its actually poor. I've asked to leave but I refuse to pay u £300 to end my contract. What other options do I have. Dave 👎

    Weird when out of contract & I report a fault that was repeating for weeks to @bt_uk it can only be fixed by signing a new contract & getting new equipment with engineer visit. Visit & equipment happens next week but look! Suddenly no fault. Does a new contract fix hardware?🤔🙄
