Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, I’m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if it’s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldn’t get hold of them for love nor money! 🤔

My internet is still flakey but @bt_uk are fixing it now (there's been a number of complex faults & bad luck). I recommend messaging them on social media. They got me in touch with the right people in the company & it seems to be a good & decent social media team running it.

Now as a Sikh, my religion has issues with such pronouns - so you could say, either I am directing hate, or that is hate directed at me and my faith.
