  @bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.

  @KookyKym @bt_uk I’m on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.
