    @bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

    @bt_uk @bt_uk you've now sent me a text to say complaint closed with no way of even finding how to reply to the initial complaint YOU raised. I now have a WiFi extender, upgraded fibre broadband with instructions for a Smart Hub 3. Do I have a smart hub 3? Nope.

    @bt_uk your service in the Deal area has been absolutely appalling the last few days. If my wifi goes down again I’d like money off my next bill if not all of it. Why am I paying £83 a month for a shoddy connection?

    @bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.
