@bt_uk why does your "report a scam" call page required an answer about software the scammer used to connect, when you've already answered that they didn't. Same happens with the "did they take money" question. You say no, but are forced to fill in the "how" question. Poor ux.

@bt_uk it's now been 2 years you've been sending me texts about someone else's services, engineer visits and service disruptions. I've called to tell you, twice. I can't imagine how pissed off the other person is, for not getting any messages. Sort it out please.
