    Shocking from @bt_uk to hike their sports pack prices whilst 3 months into an 18 month contract. Their customer service is shocking as well. People refusing to speak to me about the issue and others transferring me mid sentence #wouldnotrecommend #poorshow #customerservicefail

    @EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

    @bt_uk Yes but looks like I wonโ€™t have service till next Friday at the earliest which is not ideal then still have to wait for fibre to become available not quite the upgrade I was hoping for when switched from sky

    Funny how now that my @bt_uk services are up and running, Iโ€™m getting calls and texts all the time from them asking if itโ€™s all ok and can they close the complaint. When my services were out (for 4 weeks) I couldnโ€™t get hold of them for love nor money! ๐Ÿค”

    @bt_uk That could be it as I have been into the hub manager before and it worked no problems. So obviously I must have missed the prompt to change the password.

    @bt_uk Day 27 since BT trashed my drive instead of laying cable down flowerbed. No accountability. Loose cable. Open duct. BT incapable of dealing with this.

    @bt_uk Dad was on working 40/10 service. Was missold fibre, has less phones and rubbish wifi but pays 3x more. Frustration does not come close

    @alex123abcd @bt_uk Their app, website & broadband login are all off. Rang 151,left mobile number so could test landline, it rang back within mins, telling me option this, option 1 for update,to tell me they're bloody opening hours!!! @bt_uk are a joke! Still waiting on a refund from last time off!

    @bt_uk Wish you would let us know when you are doing โ€œworkโ€ on the network. Some of us rely on you so we can do our work! Been down for an hour now. I pay ยฃ200 a quarter for this. Connection drops out etc time for a new provider I think!!!

    @bt_uk I'm back! So internet started to lose connection. Rang BT. Were meant to ring back about making an appt with an engineer. Didn't. But connection came back for a good few hrs. Now hub is a solid orange & BT website doesn't recognise my login details. Can u tell me what this means?
