@bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

@bt_uk why does your "report a scam" call page required an answer about software the scammer used to connect, when you've already answered that they didn't. Same happens with the "did they take money" question. You say no, but are forced to fill in the "how" question. Poor ux.

If you’re in a broadband contract with @bt_uk want to get out of it just find some random address in Hull, ring up saying you’re moving their and they’ll cancel with no charge as they cant provide service there You’re welcome 👍

@bt_uk it's now been 2 years you've been sending me texts about someone else's services, engineer visits and service disruptions. I've called to tell you, twice. I can't imagine how pissed off the other person is, for not getting any messages. Sort it out please.
