    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

    @bt_uk In fact my tech engineer who visited to address my issue after 5 days of calls restarting and relocation and rebooting etc - said and I quote “im not sure this job is for me; im a electrician by trade - sick of the hours already” left not fixing and closing the case ! 🤡 🤡 🤪

    @bt_uk Guilt tripping parents is bad enough. But from the company that gave me the worst broadband service I've ever had it's particularly annoying. Never did get the speeds or the £100 I was promised.

    Idiot of the week ...goes to my Husband! He sat and watched 66 mins of the #ManUtd match....I said “Allan it’s 0-0” he’s said “no it’s not it’s 3-0 Utd”....the idiot had only clicked on the wrong link on @btsport online and was watching back last weeks game in Turin!! No words!🙄
