It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. Whilst I have had some rubbish service from staff, the problem is @bt_uk itself. How can you sell a service, wth new hardware that is not capable of delivering that service?
