Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

@bt_uk Are without a doubt the worst ISP in the UK. I have had no Internet for nearly a week. I was told a engineer would be out today 6 days since it went down and now I'm being told Thursday that over a week. If you are thinking about switching to BT just Don't.

@bt_uk hi. Still issues with Smart Hub 2 and google chromecast/home/nest devices. Seems to be IPv6 related. Constant “there was a glitch” responses and inconsistent cast devices showing in any iOS streaming app. October 2021 firmware update did NOT fix it! Let me disable Ipv6 pls
