  @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services.   @bt_uk We didn’t receive a bill! Direct debit was set up yet you never took any payments just discounted my services and added a late payment fee! Your error not mine! Yes it’s only £7.50 but it’s £7.50 that shouldn’t have been added to the bill!
