Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

Don't waste your time with BT they will only apologise as they have no control over Kelly's and you can't contact Kelly's. I reported them to OFCOM they then had to contact me.

Been the same on and off for months, BT come & Openreach come & say no problem, it works for a while & then goes belly up. Given up on it ever being consistent, like promised, to be honest.
