@BigBlueDave @bt_uk @btsport @btsportfootball @YouTube Similar speeds, similar problem. Switched router off/on and it's much improved. Albeit, dropping out periodically for a couple of seconds. Only a problem on Smart TV YouTube app. No streaming issues via PC.

@bt_uk I did the fix thing to 61998 and a message said they found a fault and need an engineer but two mins later I got one saying there isn’t a fault and it’s something to do with our home lol which one is it

I have been a customer for a very long time and I am disgusted they can do this rather than wait for the payment a bit longer. Rediculous
