It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I think the scale of it can be tracked by how many calls last less that a few seconds (due to dead air) or how many pin numbers are requested but not used. (as they are not supplied in time)
