In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

The guy explained the 30 day notice period (despite being out of contract) and that services would cease on 25th August. Can’t get anything other than a bot on phone or text. I work from home and this is not good enough
