  @emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services.   @bt_uk I have been checking the speed thru BT app, it says I have no issues, I am getting 62mbs, but everytime I check with independent speed Checker (SpeedTest), they have continually been coming in at around 30mbs. Sorry but you will check speed into property but not from router!
