  @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

  @bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

  @leonburton @btbusinesscare BT are an abomination. I will never use them again. Horrible company using sharp practice in every area. There are plenty of decent local telecoms specialists that are small and user friendly.
