JorG (@spanishgeo) reported from Merton, England@SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.
-
Craig McRae (@craig_mcrae) reported from Lambeth, England@bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.
-
Rebecca (@RebeccaMc) reported from London, England@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

Jack Teh (@JackTeh96) reported from Hammersmith, England@jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk
-
Jack Teh (@JackTeh96) reported from Hammersmith, England@Rossifer @bt_uk @MartinSLewis Seems like @bt_uk only prioritise response to certain twitter accounts with a large following - Guess all of us have to wait till they can actually respond to our queries!! #poor #customerservice despite being a regular @bt_uk service user for the past 3 years...,
-
JorG (@spanishgeo) reported from Merton, England@haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!
-
Colin McFarlane (@colinmcfarlane) reported from Hackney, England@btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽
-

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ian Winter (@BealeTheBull) reported@Colchesterviews @btsport Cooper won the ball and the momentum has caught Jesus’ leg. No intent to injure, never a red card
-
Andrew Moutrie (@AndrewMoutrie) reported@btsport another game spoilt by VaR looking at slow motion which the game is not played at. Yellow yes red no.
-
Paul (@bigmoneygump) reported@_TC1980 @btsport Was a terrible tackle
-
For my fans (@St_Jizzy) reported@btsport @btsportfootball why didn't VAR review Stirling on Rapha? Why haven't you reviewed it? Really poor analysis, a poor version of sky!
-
Jon Sweeney (@JonSwee_Baller) reported**** I hate watching football on @btsport @btsportfootball .and the wankers on it ..
-
🏴🇬🇧 (@ewan_mcmahon) reportedThese slow motion replays really exaggerate the contact in a tackle. Really tough on Cooper to be sent off for that. #BTSport #MCILEE
-
mark hunter (@epicreble) reported from Slough, England@btsport why do they show VAR in slow motion. The game isn't played that way. Then it always looks worse.
-
Carson Strain (@CarsyLUFC) reportedFootball isn't a game to be decided on the basis of how something looks in slow motion. Two central defenders on @btsport saying its a red card. Absolute guarantee if either of those players got a red card for that they'd be disgusted at how the game is gone.
-
Dave Freestone (@10DaveF) reportedWhat is Peter Walton talking about, thats a red, normal speed, slow motion, fast forward, above ankle high, yep it’s knee high, the man’s views are completely pointless. @btsport
-
ColchesterViews. (@Colchesterviews) reported@BealeTheBull @btsport If you’re suggesting that the slight touch on the ball, he got, whilst launching himself uncontrollably in Jesus, means that didn’t warrant a red card, then I’ll suggest one broken leg per game minimum.
