@bt_uk I understand it’s in the whole area so that’s not much use is it? A fault of a few hours is one thing… this will be 10 days of outage in central London.

@emerald1910 @bt_uk @Ofcom I feel the same on & off I have been a loyal BT customer since the 90's when I lived with my parents and have paid them a lot of money for their services. Hey, ho, you live and learn don't know if I have it in me to challenge their derisory and laughable offer of £0.39 per day.

I dont think me my landlord or letting agent are at fault & have to say totally peed off that @bt_uk think it's acceptable to leave a customer with out broadband for 253 days. Perhaps I am just stupid thinking that's unacceptable and very poor customer service #btcustomerservice

Newcastle’s forward players are good honest workers but you cannot help thinking that if they had a top class striker on the end of their good moves, it might have been a different outcome at Etihad last weekend. Man City would have been relieved to get those 3 points. #btsport

@bt_uk I've been on the phone with your consultant for nearly an hour trying to submit a complaint. I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

Unbelievably shocking service from @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach. Broadband order placed on 3 Dec for a 14 December installation. Just spoke to a lovely person at BT who had to break the news that the "update" I was due to get today was "ring back on Feb 20 for an update"

@btsport I am tired of signing in every time I switch on my TV. Every time. Just once I’d like to sit down, point my remote and watch the sport instead of QR codes, passwords, IDs and six digit numbers in associated devices.

To @bt_uk - I received a ‘Final Warning’ today. How many times do you need to be told that YOU haven’t sent the bag? “Hello, BT here. A final reminder to return your kit to avoid a charge. It's owned by BT and was loaned as part of your service to us.” @BTCare

Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

@BBCchrismclaug @mstewart_23 @btsport Pandering to the very worst elements of there fanbase, security risk??Because of Celtic/Catholic connection, disgraceful... The fans who can't be trusted not to abuse these 2 are the same fans who wrecked George Sq twice & sang famine song, & still they are accommodated by RFC..

@SoProudScottish @BBCchrismclaug @btsport No I don't remember the Boyd stuff, but I bet it wasn't because they thought he was a 'security issue'.

@davcar11 @BBCchrismclaug @btsport Celtic not involved in this any any way whatsoever. 0% involvement. I think it is your own prejudice that made you bring Celtic into it. Why are you so angry, why do you fall into the false equivalence trap so easily? Rangers are the issue and BTW the OF stopped in 2012.

@bt_uk Hiya. Who do I need to report a payphones email issue with? I actually tried to use one yesterday in the village I live in. It was card only, did everything the sign said entered details then it ended the call? It debited my card for £31 and I'd actually like it back. Thanks

-

@BBCchrismclaug @mstewart_23 @btsport That is a helluva condemnation of their own fans. There is a poison that the club needs to address as an element of their support is nasty and out of control.

@glasgowcathcart @BBCchrismclaug @btsport Think Rangers might have made the right call because some of their support cannot be trusted. Just shows the type of person the club attracts these days

I am so gutted I can’t watch @WestHam all thanks to @btsport and @EE when I pay £15 a month for a service and now I can not log in because my BT ID no longer works and get told I have to wait 72 hours for it to be sorted. Absolute Joke. 😡😡😡😡
