@bt_uk please can you do something about the sheer amount of spam callers we’re getting. 3-4 a day to my mother who has dementia. Already called 150 and they can’t/won’t help

  • KyleRiley23 Kyle Douglas Riley (@KyleRiley23) reported from Harpenden, England

@bt_uk paying for a service you are not providing. Can’t call you up to complain. Ironic. I’ve had no service for the best part of 3 hours. It’s been dropping out here and there for a couple weeks now.

  • garageowns Gary Jones (@garageowns) reported from Hackney, England

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to, but your online Black Friday offer goes into ‘technical problem’ every time I try to buy, then pushes me to other offers but won’t complete those either. In fact I’ve had the ‘last chance’ BF email today, but won’t let me progress. Total waste of time

  • jimbo888 jim lee (@jimbo888) reported from East Ham, England

@bt_uk I already block them but unfortunately they’re never ending. Surely these numbers can be traced and the relevant authorities can get them shut down as they’re trying to defraud people, Also they’re claiming to be the person’s internet service provider

  • sparkloaf26 the spark (@sparkloaf26) reported from Barnet, England

  • Team_M_T Lynn MT (@Team_M_T) reported from Tottenham, England

@bt_uk You might be answering calls but sadly not delivering. Grandparents house move in difficult circumstances, booked in October, have been let down every day for the last 2 weeks. Potentially no internet over Christmas in a rural area with poor cellular network cut off from family

  • theatregirl5264 theatregirl (@theatregirl5264) reported from Barnet, England

@bt_uk reported a fault. Got a date and an engineer name. They didn’t attend, pretended they had. Complained, made another appointment. No name this time but still pretended they had arrived. So new “fast “ broadband slower than old. Service? What service.

  • yogidowntown Yogi D (@yogidowntown) reported from Watford, England

@bt_uk Hello, is there currently an outage in the WD19 area?

  • BillGlover Bill / 葛威 (@BillGlover) reported from Camden Town, England

@bt_uk So… “We’ve tested your service and found a problem within our network. We will arrange an Openreach engineer to investigate.” @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk If you know there is a problem, why does your status page report there are no issues? Why do I need to proactively request a fix?

  • radioheadjen Jenny Collins (@radioheadjen) reported from Tottenham, England

@la_riviere @bt_uk Totally. It’s why I will never feel sorry for the royal family - they’ve never had to deal with a telecoms call centre.

  • siancanseeyou Mij➶ (@siancanseeyou) reported from Barnet, England

@bt_uk my internet is running slow once again. Honestly it’s the worst broadband I’ve ever had. Before you tell me I have to split my devises or something, I literally have a tv and phone running off it! Please sort it out!!😡#btbroadbanddown #cricklewood

@norfolkbirdtour @bt_uk Surely Labour is far more expensive than a bit of cable .... so put cheap crap in and when it fails come back and do it again .... senseless

  • davidal123 David Israel (@davidal123) reported from Bushey Heath, England

@virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

  • JamesMorris77 James Morris (@JamesMorris77) reported from Hammersmith, England

@BTSportBoxing @btsport please please please turn off the ridiculous ten second loop of crowd murmur on the boxing. It’s ruining the coverage. It’s not working. Turn it off #DuboisJoyce

@bt_uk ignoring us doesn’t fix the problem. Please provide an update.

  • martijnderoo Martijn de Roo (@martijnderoo) reported

@bt_uk She is on this plan from this week but she can also apply for the low-cost plan retrospectively since you failed to offer this in 2021 and she has been paying far more than needed so you mis-sold the old contract and never mentioned this option, correct? @MartinSLewis @Ofcom

  • EssexDe55 MudBone (@EssexDe55) reported

@bt_uk Strange business model....giving service away free to newcomers. Whilst long term customers are leaving en-mass due to sky high bills subsidising the former..👋👋

  • richardcross191 Richard Cross (@richardcross191) reported

@bt_uk I was to have fibre installed yesterday between 1-6pm . No show . When I rang I was told it’ll now be mid January 🙄. Very poor customer service

  • AILAHT0909 Algar Goredema-Braid (@AILAHT0909) reported

@bt_uk Interesting to see this ad on my timeline. 6 days without internet & no fix date - I for one won’t be renewing my contract. The customer experience has been abysmal. Blocking the advert

  • JimNewcomb7 Jim (@JimNewcomb7) reported

@bt_uk So you no there are problems an offer this - For any Apple device, it's important to not only update your password in the main device settings, but also in the SMTP settings. If you don't do this, you won't be able to send emails - without explain how to? USELESS what are SMTP?

  • mikejjennings Mike Jennings (@mikejjennings) reported

@bt_uk thanks, although annoyingly I've now found out it's an EE issue so I'll ask theM!

  • chrisgorrod Chris Gorrod (@chrisgorrod) reported

@bt_uk I get that they will want to try and give me some form of deal to keep me as a customer. But there are ways to do that which don't involve me sitting listening to the same 5 songs on hold for 45 minutes (and counting).

  • burgesst burgesst (@burgesst) reported

@bt_uk We keep getting automated calls on our business number asking us to confirm a broadband installation but we have not ordered one. Can you help?

  • MikCojocaru Mihail Cojocaru (@MikCojocaru) reported

@btbusinesscare Gillian, I am tired of sending messages, waiting hours on the phone and having to send various emails. There is always something with BT customer service. Which is non existent. I just spent another 40 minutes on the phone. Looks like the charge will be waived.
