Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

@bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

@bt_uk I have today complained to @ASA_UK that the word "unbreakable" is misleading for 2 reasons. 1. The addition of a 4G router makes no difference to the working of the Wi-Fi. 2. Unbreakable says it will never stop. You cannot guarantee that. Robust, resilient yes. Unbreakable no.

@SkySports Pub closed for 7 months and you haven't switched us back on in time for re-opening and tonight's football. Could have done what @btsport did and switch us on a few days early to prevent this. Really poor effort!

@bt_uk Well no, this is the speed you've offered us for years and quite frankly it's criminal that you're charging us £43 for it. AirBand are offering us 250mbps down and 50mbps up, given that OfCom set the minimum service requirement to 10mbps down and 1mbps last year, this isn't good.
