    @bt_uk Hi. When it drops it goes red to green to blue. It looks like the speed is slowly handshaking its way down to zero. Every drop restarts and lowers the speed

    @btbusinesscare Appreciate that Alan, but I fear BT have done all they can. All I’ve been given is a sorry, and we can give you a 4g hub for the time being. Which is useless if the building doesn’t have good 3G/4g coverage. I’m floored that BT cannot service customers

    @bt_uk what the hell is going on? Wi-Fi not working, have blue light on hub, but no Internet, hub manager states everything is fine. Mobile data barely working and LAN connection is just about viable. This has been getting considerably worse last few days. Sort it out!
