@bt_uk This morning it has been working for 10-30 mins then the router starts flashing orange. Sometimes the fix this option on the landing page works, other times it just says to call the number where it says all the areas with faults.

Has just received the worst customer service ever from @btsport call centre over a Fury box office issue! Queued over 1 hour, then the guy actually huffed at me as I didn’t have my viewing card no available immediately, and was so so rude, I’m pleased we’re with Sky not BT!

@bt_uk There's no "delay" my Internet was working absolutely fine until you cut me off for no reason. And then your staff are rude and unhelpful. I will not be handing over amymore of my hard earned money to such a shockingly run company with such a poor service.
