  @bt_uk The details are in my dads name. Countless phone calls. Sending 2 routers to us, still the same problem. Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. It’s a joke.

I can’t believe I’ve been stupid enough to sign up with you again. All that time and kind telephone help, and still unable to log in. If I still drank I’d be hitting the brandy.

  @btbusinesscare Another week and another attempt to get BT issues sorted. Just absolutely incapable. Everything has to be done Chat. I am sure I wil gte an agent within the next hour who will be absolutely useless and just fob me off again.
