Really not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.

@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

@bt_uk She’s called that many times. Has been told colleagues will call back they never do. Now you’ve closed the tickets. I’d like you to get a colleague to call them tonight. This is simply not good enough.

@bt_uk though our interns has been too slow for a few weeks now, I don’t know if there’s a problem with our broadband signal in our area or this might be the normal thing with BT.

@bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

@bt_uk I’m actually so fed up of your shocking service ! You ask me to DM to discuss and then just fob me off with non answers. This is over 10 weeks of incompetence and various members of staff lying constantly

@bt_uk is there works going on in B23 you haven't warned us about? 3 Kelly vans outside and my WiFI has just gone down mid-video call with a potential client. Still not back on. Some info on the service I pay you for would be lovely.

@bt_uk by the way we signed up on 14 January yet you just keep making excuses and staff pretending they have tried to phone. You are an absolute joke and painfully incompetent,6 times you have cancelled something by mistake or wrongly said problem is resolved @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

@bt_uk Once again truly awful service - Charging me £62 per month for broadband when new customers can have it way cheaper. Charging me for cloud -didn't know i had it or being charged for it - been holding for 45 mins while someone trys to remove it. This is robbery !

@bt_uk Complaint has been closed although it hasn’t been resolved. Agent mis-sold broadband—said I wouldn’t be subject to CPI this year due to Mar installation date. Told to go in store to open another? Farcical. Can somebody reach out and solve this with me once and for all?

@bt_uk Right... A lady from @BT_Openreach knocked my door about half an hour ago, wanted to look at my socket. Said she needed to check the signal and would be back in about 20 minutes. I now have a socket for broadband/landline hanging off my wall and no sign of her coming back.
-
Adam Baker
(@CoolPasty) reported
@bt_uk moving your speed test to app only is ridiculous. I am a pc user mainly and want to test my connection on pc. Your advice also used to say use a wired connection as it eliminates potential problems with wifi. I don’t get your logic.

(@aicodingharis) reported
@bt_uk Can you please ask your customer support head to call BT Business support and book a socket shift as a customer? I feel that mostly he will resign by himself.
