@bt_uk We are a Buddhist community who always pay our bills. Not relatives of deceased, so new account, told switch was 1st September but reassured no loss of service. Everyone working from home. Called BT - told ‘nothing they can do’.

@bt_uk I talked to BT re changing the account holder, who had died. Was told needed new contract, credit check, but no loss of service. Cut off that night told not connected for 10 days! People work from home! Help!

@bt_uk (1) Hi. My dad died in November and my mum died in February. I notified BT and shut down their BT account. I now have their hardware to return. In a Kafkaesque scenario, BT can't send me a return envelope as I am not a BT customer.
