The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

Then an engineer comes and checks a cable outside. (Bare in mind its to do with our cables in our home) and says everything is fine. Itโs a joke.
