  @bt_uk have had my services transferred to another provider without my knowledge on 29/07/2021, been in contact with BT to resume services but as yet no broadband after 28 days! The customer service are shockingly bad..biggest mistake in my life, opting for BT to provide service

  @bt_uk Given me a handset but not an answer machine. I have a perfectly good bt answer machine which now doesn’t work with the new service so that goes in the bin
