@zXenx @bt_uk No, I am not, i waited 50min as expected and instead I was treated poorly and the customer helpline person decided to hung up on me saying he cannot hear me despite I can hear everything and the phone reception is very good here! Nothing to do with self centredness my friend 😂

@BTCare i Just spoke to Sean from Newcastle, i have had a great service from BT until my speeds dropped to 20MBps, I was guaranteed 100Mbps as a minimum, I am not one to tweet, but when speaking to him i Got told my options were to leave or to sign a new 24month contract

When @bt_uk sent a letter saying they were digging up the road a few blocks down, they failed to mention they'd get creative and block my driveway with zero notice. In a road where I'm not allowed to get a permit no less. Cheek of it.
