    @bt_uk Hi! It has been sorted for us now thanks. We managed to get through to someone by phone. We are having internet issues with you on a near weekly basis so I'm sure it wont be long before we have to get back in touch with you unfortunately! @LuckyWaster

    @bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

    @bt_uk She’s called that many times. Has been told colleagues will call back they never do. Now you’ve closed the tickets. I’d like you to get a colleague to call them tonight. This is simply not good enough.

    @bt_uk I would like to cancel my contract as I've been with BT for more than 18 months now and I'm moving abroad. Everytime I call, I'm waiting in a que and you can't cancel online... I don't want to be forced onto another 18 month contract. Thanks

    @bt_uk your email service was poor to begin with. Since the update it's almost non-functioning. I pay you handsomely for monthly broadband and you charge me extra for 'premium' mail which barely works. Why?

    Really not happy with @bt_uk or @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach at the moment. Terrible service, communication and ridiculous systems/no joined up thinking! What am I paying you for? Awful.

    So this happened today. Broadband went down and we contacted BT. We were told there was a problem and they are going to fix it... BY THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER!!! Contacted them to ask if they could provide a dongle till the problem is fixed via twitter, phone and... 1/2 @bt_uk

    @S777AYO @bt_uk We're new customers but it's already way better than VM. Much stronger WiFi, reaches rooms VM never did.

    @noodles_nood If you're with @bt_uk you can try to log into a hot-spot if one of your neighbours also has BT broadband. Just use the same login details as when you log in to view your bill 👍

    2 months and still no broadband, or communication from @bt_uk. On calling you I find out it will be another two weeks, really poor service I wasn’t expecting!

    @bt_uk It didn’t give me a department to call. I finally got through after an hour of waiting and the problem has been resolved. I’d also called on Tuesday evening and in total had been waiting well over 2 hours. All for a password reset!
