I thought it would be a simple case of "oh no problem, our bad!" but instead you have dug your heals in.

Jobbie King🏴 (@Jobbie1874) reported@bt_uk Hi BT. I am still experiencing terrible connection issues with my BT broadband. I gave the new Halo router but it drops the signal several times a day every day. It's just cut off and wiped out an entire job application that took me hours. I am raging!!!! 😡
