    @EE I am a 20yr+ customer of EE since the days of Orange. Ive never missed a payment, always renewed contracts and have been a fiercely loyal customer. This is the 1st time I have asked for help from a company I trusted to be told 'There is nothing we can do for you'. #leavingEE

    @EE Iโ€™m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for ยฃ30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess Iโ€™m saying bye bye to EE.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE BT have switched my land-line off (against my wishes, I might add). They said I should "keep my mobile charged". But leaving a mobile on permanent charge will knacker the battery. Of course, they're still charging the same, even though they're now providing an inferior service.

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Itโ€™s a joke, especially for vulnerable people living in a rural area with little mobile signal. @bt_uk recent performance has been pathetic with an elderly friend who has no wi-fi, getting on for 2 weeks with still no fix in sight.
