I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now Iโve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE

They insisted Iโd get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade. Eventually the call logs were โlostโ and they matched the original offer.

I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.
