I am Robin (@robinhamilton77) reported from Esher, England@EE Having these problems ever since we moved over to this side of Thames Ditton. Despite it showing full signal on the coverage map. The reality is that we are on WiFi calling or one bar of signal (no 3G, 4G) as there are no masts here.

My local @EE rural mast has very basic 4G (band 3 only) & has had no physical upgrades. So it’s odd that it now gives me a solid 5G signal. Speed tests are no different to 4G ones.
