    @EE why doe EE never call a customer when promised it’s not that it’s going to cost them anything anyway I find it so hard to believe, I have e mailed EE ll day yesterday with no reply Iam happy for EE to reverse charge me so frustrating, EE stress me out

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam I called on Saturday to advise I'm moving house on the 23rd. I got home yesterday to find my broadband prematurely disconnected by you! And as I made the mistake of my phone network being @EE I have no data either! Egregious mistake by you guys

    @EE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. EE DOES NOT DESERVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. DO NOT USE. AFTER 15 YEARS CANNOT WAIT TO END THIS OVER PRICED CONTRACT. BEWARE OF HIDDEN EXTRAS. IF ANYTHING BREAKS DO NOT EXPECT A REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. ARROGANT STAFF ON THE TELEPHONE AND IN STORES

    @NovemberHoney1 @Apple @SamsungMobile @EE @SkyUK @VodafoneGroup I try not to be in fairness depends how much time I’ve got on my hands lol and I have more than one phone so work phone tends to get used during the day mostly but if I’m somewhere with low signal battery dies well quick.

    @EE Tommorow will be calling Cisas or Ombadsman services communications I have waited 3 days for a manager to call me as promised but no phone call my complaint is for miss selling a phone contract That’s EE for you never keep there word.

    @EE hi, I ordered a new phone on Thursday, it said next day delivery but as far as I'm aware it hasn't been dispatched and my order number doesn't work in the tracker

    @EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

    Spoke to @ee yesterday . Problem due to mast in Hampton court area- they’ve been unable to get access from the landowner. I had an SMS yesterday to say that work has commenced.

    @EE why does it take a customer to go onto twitter to finally call a customer, why can’t they just call the customer when he has been promised that some would call you no loyalty to customer anymore

    I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

    @EE White Rose, Leeds. Jaclyn - what an absolute genuine star. >20 yrs with Vodafone & after a chat (was just herself & no pressure to sell), I am joining @EE because of a better deal, incredible customer service & because she was her genuine self. A diamond in the rough. Kev 5*

    @EE is there an issue with the network? I'm having to use WiFi calling as I have no signal. Not had issues before yesterday/today, so it's not the fone, area, etc

    @EE To be fair it wouldn’t be difficult. My Three signal doesn’t work inside most buildings here. It’s shocking. I should never have left EE 😭
