@EE After renewing 3 contracts with you at £2500 per year for the last 23 years @EE refusing to extend balance payment of £60 till mid January. Thank you #festivespirit #happynewyear2020 Additionnally, customer service is non existent after upgrade.

@EE That’s a shame, I had Virgin and Sky at the same time before though so I thought I’d check. I think it’s just a rolling contract although it’s the worst, so maybe I’ll cancel soon.

I have had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from @EE . Disgusting treatment of long standing customers. Can not wait to end this overpriced contract. NOT RECOMMENDED

@EE EE have completely messed up my bill again I just can’t believe it’s dressing me out , £129 for 1 month when I have unlimited minutes unlimited txts and unlimited Data I rang customer service she’s confused aswel so I don’t know what to do

@EE I have been with EE know for 14 years I think it time for a change , it’s the miss Serling they do know , and how they seem to lie t the customer and when you ring to complain they say a manager will call no one calls back I waited al day yesterday for a call back

@Beth_Tastic @EE @Ofcom I’m confused they are taking your phone - they want £150 deposit - to do work that is part of a warranty repair - but they hold on to your £150 shouldn’t they give you a like to like replacement in case they lose or damage your phone? Is it covered under their t&c

@EE How do I find out what my home telephone number is? As I don’t use it or have a phone? I’m having problems with my broadband speeds again, and it’s saying it needs my landline number to run a test!!
