@EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

  • elusivemoment Maya Stone (@elusivemoment) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

  • cobartlett Christopher Bartlett-Walford (@cobartlett) reported from London, England

@CliveChenery @EE They tried to upsell me to BB whilst in the conversation about my phone ! Couldn't believe all they were thinking of was extra sale, not how to help their customer with a query they had!

No @EE service in #teddington at the moment. My phone says 'emergency calls only'

  • MAsgharButt2 Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England

@EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

  • kearneykd Kieran (@kearneykd) reported from Brentford, England

@EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

  • MAsgharButt2 Muhammed Butt (@MAsgharButt2) reported from Brentford, England

@EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LunchYak Lunch yak (@LunchYak) reported

@EE will be leaving your network at the first opportunity. Find you raising roaming prices at the first opportunity an opportunist disgrace.

  • EdGarethPoole Ed Gareth Poole (@EdGarethPoole) reported

Beyond disappointed that @EE are reintroducing roaming charges on new contracts. A kick in the teeth after a difficult year, and the excuses for the change (‘reinvesting in the network’ etc) make it worse. Won’t be upgrading again, which is a pity given the good network in Wales.

  • Pondo1664 Pondo - Bunny Hugging AntiFascista #FBPE (@Pondo1664) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK No you ******* weren't. You're, err... not trying to cancel EE, are you?

  • RichWhiting Richard Whiting (@RichWhiting) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK The dam is broken. No mobile network is going to offer more than it needs to and I’d expect every network to follow suit - sometimes the market is about offering the minimum you can get away with.

  • cipnt Ciprian (@cipnt) reported

@davidareader Oh for **** sake! Have you had enough control back yet!? I'm on bloody @EE! Time to compare the market I guess

  • JagM_85 JM (@JagM_85) reported

@StanCollymore @EE Why would they change network? This is what they voted for

  • AdamMeagher Adam Meagher (@AdamMeagher) reported

@EE @WeAre8Official Been a happy EE customer for years, but will now be going elsewhere when my contract is up. You deceitful little thundercunts.

  • ToffeeM05751186 ToffeeMan (@ToffeeM05751186) reported

@EE Didn't take you long to start stuffing your customers with £2 a day surcharge for roaming. I'm not in a contract so will be looking to move away from you asap and this includes your broadband service.

  • hammer_mo Mo (@hammer_mo) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK I was thinking of leaving EU, but now decided it was a ******* stupid idea. Why would I want to give up free roaming in *28 countries* across Europe?

  • ValveRpz RPZ valve testing (@ValveRpz) reported

@EE @DXBGooner I’ve been a customer with EE for many years, but reference your decision to introduce roaming charges in Europe, as soon as my current phone contact ends I will no longer use your services again.
