    Hello @EE - why is roaming abroad blocked on one of my numbers? You’ve only recently changed it, and I can’t change it via my user account on your website or app! I have checked the device and all settings are right and it’s connected to your network.

    @EE I have no 5G signal in the TW9 area when two weeks ago it was on full I was told there are no issue in that area but clearly there is. Not had a single second of 5G in same Area. Did all steps on my phone to see so I assume it’s a transmitter issue your end. Barnaby

    @EE still waiting for my 5G SIM card which I ordered on Wednesday morning. Allowing for Covid delays, would have expected it here by now via first class post. If you weren’t the only decent 5G signal round here, would be thinking about cancelling! 😳

    @EE Hi, you just cancelled my Visual VM after new sim.I have deleted the text but I got a message to contact my voicemail at this number right afterwards 0982 652 3214.A recorded message said this will cost you £6, I hung up. can I cancel the charges? Can’t get thru on phone/chat

    @EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

    @briavelsjon @EE Yes, I quickly established this. However, more of a concern is the appearance of seemingly legit replies from EE Customer Relations and EE Claims Desk that appear after you have contacted the official EE X account.

    @EE Thanks. The problem is that when you contact you via X there are replies seemingly from EE Claim Desk and EE Customer Relations that appear asking to contact via WhatsApp. You need to investigate this and get this closed down.

    @bt_uk why the hell did you push your broadband customers to be managed by disaster that is @EE??? Calling their complaint policy stupid is understatement. They will close your complaint automatically if I don't answer their phone call during my work hours. Ever heard of email?

    @EE By the way your email change option is completely broken. One minute it doesn't allow me to change my email, then next day I manage to change it, then several days later I no longer can log in with new email, while old one logs me in, yet my contact detail shows new email address

    @EE This is more of the complaint about your complaint policy, which is 3 phone call attempts on 3 days and after that close the complaint. On 1st call I was on the Tube, second day, same. 3rd day I was at work in the meeting. Email exists, you know?

    @EE I received a reply from EE customer relations and somebody rang me via WhatsApp to initiate a claim. He wanted me to download an app to receive payment which I refused to do, this is a scam right @EE ?
