    @EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @EE My signal keeps dropping in and out. Within the last month I’ve probably had a “call failed” at least 10 times. Tried the “British” have you turned it off and back on again.

    @EE My wife has the IPhone X. We’ve both been having the “Call failed” happening a lot recently. Both got 2 out of 4 bars signal. Both on EE

    @EE As a local resident it means my @EE service is awful, which I'm reminded of every time I walk past the stadium and see EE plastered all over it. It took 20 minutes for my first tweet to send. Absolutely terrible. Kieran (not Keiran)

    @EE even though you said you checked and there is apparently nothing wrong in my area yet again today I had a call drop midway as my signal dropped off completely mid-call.

    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    Is there any cash incentive from @EE to terminate contract with @O2 in the interest of them getting a new customer with a phone that actually works in an area when there is 100 people. Blackpool last night with the kids and can’t even make a phone call.

    @EE I was just wondering how long it can take for a bill to mobile payment can take when it is refunded (Google Play Store), I know Three can take up to 2 months but unsure if this is the same for all refunds regardless of the Network you are on?

    @EE Fibre optic broadband was meant to be installed on the 13th October. Almost 2 weeks later we are still waiting for it to be fully installed. One problem after another.

    I have never in my life experienced a more useless app than My EE @EE . Log-in is convoluted, the forms don't take advantage of form-field types, you are bounced from app to web to app to web, asked to log in multiple times per visit and still can't see any info. #facepalm

    @SMTHFC1 @EE I had similar problems when I was going to cancel my contract. I ended going sim only as I really didn’t the latest wiz bang smartphone. I’m quite happy with my XS.
