If I try using My EE, it advises me that the phone isn't linked to my phone number. It asks me to call in, but cust service desk just redirect to the website.

New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

Andy Whent (@andywhent) reported from Enfield Lock, England@EE Wifi router. I have been sent a brand new router in case that was the issue and had a technician come out. It was fine and then recently has been so slow but when I check the status there is a known problem in my area.

Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

About three #OpenReach engineers have visited my property in the last two months & all point to the Exchange being setup incorrectly or a poor #router. @EE still don’t want to sort this out! Jenny Drew (@JennyDrew29) reported@EE Since a tree took out phone lines in our area during Storm Claudia, our broadband service keeps dropping down to barely anything. Are there still issues in the CW12 area that someone needs to look at? We have never had any issues before.

It would be great if you’d work with me to do so, if you genuinely care about stopping others falling foul of this scam.
