@EE I've just been cut off from my second customer service call of the day (after 21 and 14 mins respectively) I'm requesting an e-sim. New dual sim phone arrived today but apparently I need an e-sim. Please help as even with data calling I don't get good coverage at home.Thanks

I have two phones - one on @EE and one on @VodafoneUK - and I can barely get any signal from either at my home in south east London, which is GREAT when I have to do basically all my meetings by phone right now.

@EE Broadband & phone line is currently down & there's no way to contact you to try rectify the issue because you are apparently closed. I'm disabled and need it to be working in case of emergency. Demand for services doesn't stop at a certain time of day, help should be 24/7

@virginmedia Hi, I swapped over from @EE on broadband with the promise of faster download and up load speed as I stream a lot of live tv. It’s been an awful move. Ignoring the £35 set up you charged me it’s none stop buffering and a fuzzy screen. I’d like to finish my contract.
