    @EE can you please explain why when you try and load the page for upgrades there is always a problem saying it can't be found. I'm due for an upgrade and at the moment I can't see what deal I may want

    @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

    @ee EE 5G is useless. I wish I could turn it off and use their 4G network. It's slow and intermittent anywhere in the country.

    @EE disgusting customer service after 20 years of paying for a service . Go with @SkyUK for mobile phone needs as my husband got great customer service . I will be leaving EE after 20+ years

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are THE worst company I have ever, ever had to deal with. The customer service online, on the phone, everything is just diabolical. Thank god I left and went to @EE who’s customer service are impeccable.

    @EE I’m with EE and want to upgrade, but wow the price plans have gone crazy expensive, I can get the same phone and same plan on a different network for £30 less per month than what EE want to charge me for upgrading, guess I’m saying bye bye to EE.

    @EE I was given false information, the lady that signed my new contract assured me it was cheaper than the previous year, that turned out not to be true and now there's a £4 rise. Time for a change, the huge increase in the cost of living benefits EE but not the customer

    @CaraLisette @EE Speak of the devil, I got the yearly increase from my HA. +£130 from April. Rent is capped at 7% by the government but they seem to have clawed the rest in "service charge". Of course, we have no service.

    Very poor customer service instore from @EE in Telford. Stock isn't up to date, can't cancel order without faffing about and scanning my ID which I'm not happy about. Do not try ordering #ipads at the moment, nobody has stock and they'll tell u anything for a sale.

    @EE When with Vodafone previously I never had a problem travelling. With you it’s pretty constant and I am having to do manual connections all the time. I’m going to switch back to Vodafone with next contract as this is just hopeless.
