    @EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

    @EE I keep getting black Friday offers from you, but the best broadband speed you can currently do for me (in #London) is an embarrassingly slow 16Mb Will you hold the offer until you can do something decent speedwise?

    @StephenEPotts @EE We have unlimited data atm. Was 500G previously but we never went over it even with lots of YouTube and Netflix streaming (we don’t have cable).

    @O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

    @EE Fair play - my broadband went down yesterday at 2pm and I had a right old whinge at poor 'Dani' down in Plymouth in customer services. A BT Openzone engineer has just come and fixed the issue just over 24 hours later, so credit where it's due, least you fixed it quickly! 👏

    @ch4rrrr_ @EE Spoke with someone on the live chat who said it was a scam, I clicked the link & typed my details in to login (didn’t realise my password was wrong though) & it took me straight to billing to put my bank card details into it 🤔

    @MarcAllera @EE 3 months of bb problems but ‘i have to maintain payments’. Then cancel my service with 2hrs notice. I wouldnt comsider that ‘delivering the best service’
