I joined @EE not 4 weeks ago. Check out their record... 1) sent my chip to the wrong address 2) conflated my account with them with some other poor soul. Therefore mixing all and theirs details! 3) then after 3weeks of no phone use, they send me a data only sim... Meanwhile...

@JwhiteRev @EE never get cross with the delivery driver, and appreciate for the company there have been genuine reasons, but just/do ask the questions, (assume/imply nothing) don't be taken fora fool :) ..perhaps...but if there's serious loss due to a broken agreement write a letter!

@EE I'd get it a couple of times ya know teething problems new connection etc when I first called and it happened I was told that it was because I had a new connection and to wait it out so I did but even now it still happens
