    @EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

    @EE Why am I still receiving letters threatening someone who doesn’t exist at my address with debt collectors? I have contacted EE five times about this and today your customer service advisor couldn’t explain and then cut me off. Appalling customer service!

    @EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

    @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

    @oppo my oppo x5 lite, fast charging was intermittent and had to unplug and reconnect to get it to work, @ee are saying I need to pay for it- not had the phone long about 30 or just over days I think, the phone seems warped/cracked from heat when left one time #help

    @EE hi, since yesterday morning, I'm being disconnected from the network, I'm getting an Android alert asking me to connect the same as if I'm connecting to WiFi. I've restarted my phone but it's either disconnected or H+ EE website says no issues in our area?

    @EE can I ask you not use to @DPDgroup_news for phone delivery. They are awful customer service, their driver doesn't even come to door. Takes pic from kerb and goes away. Try the other delivery companies. Were still waiting for upgrade :(
