    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    @EE Yes it is HA9 area. I can understand issues and problems now and then. But this is not funny any more. I can only use my data at home using the wifi.

    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @EE I’m trying to add the foam further add on to my plan as I am going to the USA tomorrow but each time I’m getting an error on the website ‘sorry due to a technical problem we’re currently unable to add an add-on’. Is there an issue??

    @EE I went to an EE store yesterday all I wanted was a SIM that I could bring home and activate on a tariff that suited me. I didn’t want to take a seat, have each price written down, get someone in the nhs to email you. I left with nothing. Please just keep it simple.

    @EE … I pay £95 a month!! … I’ve been dealing with this for 2 days now … I only wanted to merge 2 accounts and upgrade to unlimited data … now I have no phone service at all and because I was cut off as it closed … there’s no one to speak to 🙈

    @EE you can get it cheaper elsewhere with ee as a provider because they can obvioulsy sell access to they network cheaper to third parties than they will sell it to you. price gauging much? yes i think so. they are also unhelpful and cant price match till you say you are leaving
