    Why do I always have signal problems with @EE takes me ages to get on the internet and don't get me started with phone calls it's not really worth me making one.

    @EE is not that @EE anymore, which is I used get full on everytime now call drops, mobile deta speed down. Overall I'm sure they are messed up. Hope they will be back on track again. 🤞

    @mrcjmartin And according to @ee no. Single sim only which doesn’t help if one wants to run a work Sim and personal sim on the same phone. 🤯

    @vamosvamos @EE I’m livid. They owe me £200. And i’ve been without a phone for 9 DAYS because a commission hungry salesman screwed up leading them to cancel my line (it’s been my number since i was 14) Still waiting on a sim as its’physically impossible to post faster than 2nd class royalmail’

    @EE Really disappointed now. Your network is fast becoming very poor. It's gone down again. You are supposed to have upgraded the network for visitors to the stadium and yet all residents etc suffer. #NotGoodEnough

    @EE 3 days of no service and cannot even call 150!!! Told to use WhatsApp! Yep! That’s really useful for business!! What an absolute joke! If I can’t earn, you don’t get paid! Simple! I have 3 lines with all contracts coming to an end soon! Bye Felicia! 🤬

    Hi @EE I bought some Apple AirPods on an add to plan with my contract last summer. And to be honest I’m fed up with them, nothing but connectivity issues. What are my rights to returning them, as they are not fit for purpose!!

    @EE Ok, I’ll humour you and give it a go, though I am fairly positive that it’s a network infrastructure issue on your part - I.e not enough bandwidth but am happy to be proven wrong

    @EE These places are bad every day. Turning of and back on again does not resolve. They are black spots. Should be sorting out 4G before worrying about 5G.

    @O2 I have been with o2 for almost five yrs and have my whole family is with o2 and I pay £100 n more bill every month.There is no internet on my phone for more than month n nothing is done.Called many times no resolution disgusting service can I change my network to @EE ?

    @EE Peter, truth be told, I have neither the energy nor desire to go over & over my complaint with you. Nothing will come of it, because EE is a global company, & for all the posturing & lip service, cares only for its bottom line. To even contemplate otherwise is a fool's paradise.

    @EE Firstly just got off phone with ur support team about your network being down for the past week only for them to say they will credit my bill next month instead of putting on this months bill which I pay tomorrow and I’m sorry but I’m refusing to pay

    @EE which has yet to arrive. I'm still stuck with a faulty handset & no way to return it. I can't belive as a customer for over 10 years you are unwilling to replace my handset which is still within the 14 day period? What type of service is this?
