@ThreeUK is down no internet from 10 am for all of UK and it has not let its customers know at all, no information on its website either. @VodafoneUK @EE please help @ThreeUK they are going to go bust soon. @BBCBreaking @Ofcom

@EE My wife has received shocking service from @EE. The non existent customer service is abhorrent. Promised call backs that never happen, speaking to customer service representatives who have absolutely no clue. Left on hold for 30 mins at a time over and over again. Shame on U.

Moved from @bt_uk as a long standing broadband customer to @EE. I am absolutely staggered the appalling customer service I have received from @EE. Just had the Spanish Inquisition as to why I needed an additional extender and I'm paying them £90p/m including my 2 mobile SIMS.

@AdamB49386593 @bt_uk @EE I'm thinking of ditching EE completely at this point. I'm still within the 14 days and they've not got a leg to stand on with the service I've had off them so far. Shockingly bad. Spend less money on Kevin ******* Bacon adverts and more on customer service agents who can read.

Thank you @EE just rang your “helpline” it said to speak to Someone press 1, i pressed 1 and it said we’ve sent you a text and then hung up on me. You should rename it no help whatsoever useless line.
