@EE So.... @EE say they’re working on the prob. (Pretty much what they told me 10 yrs ago) I told them that it was BS. Not heard a peep from them — over 24hrs later! Appalling phone service matched w/ appalling customer service. Well, I suppose they’re consistent... @ThanetCouncil

@EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

@EE I am an EE customer. I am receiving cold calls from uk mobile number daily. A voice speaks in Chinese language. I want this number traced and block all calls from such companies. I block the number but they call from new number. Number today was 07744 310431.

@JakeOKane @EE @Virgin Communication companies are by far the worst communicators when things go wrong. I think every CEO of every tech company should be made to do a day on their own help desk and visit a customer who feels let down face to face at least once an month.

Why does @EE make everything so difficult? I put my @VodafoneUK SIM in my new 5G phone and everything just works (except the speeds are terrible) with @EE I have to change my plan to a 5G-ready plan but then I can't upgrade my plan for another month! 5G shouldn't be an add-on!
