  @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

  Due to @EE complete and utter failings I am unable to stream till Friday. This means I have to cancel the TF2 stream that people booked time away from work to be a part of. I am incredibly sorry for this and I hope to be back soon

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!
