@EE why do you, as a supposed leader in the tech world, send out eSims by Snail Mail? I am still waiting for one. Surely there must be a more efficient way. And don’t suggest I go to a store. Your staff are rude and unhelpful.

@kevinbacon @EE can you please help me get a refund from EE because they have cancelled an Active pay as you go SIM card and advised me to then purchase another one which they are now not activating. It’s not much money but it’s the principle and have technically STOLEN from me
