@ee #5G #mobile. EE 5G is so bad don’t even waste your money on it. Much worse than 4G. Useless and unusable when you make calls, internet in and around Central London. Totally ****!!

@ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

@EE I’m messaging you on behalf of my mum who is paying way too much for her internet. Its slow, always buffing and disconnects at times. She is not happy with what she is receiving for the price she has to pay. Is there something you can do about this as an unsatisfied customer?

@EE Doesn't work. We've been in store. We need an e-sim. Telephone support tell us to go in store, staff in store tell us they can't help and telephone support don't know what they are talking about You need to find someone senior who will actually speak to a customer to fix this

@PKendrickWIG @MarinaPurkiss @EE I worked there for 10 years mate, I have a very good understanding of their processes. Frontline customer staff are limited to £30 refunds, managers are limited to £100. You need to escalate beyond that to get anywhere Hope this helps
