    @EE Yes but you have increased it TWICE for me then insult us by saying you are introducing free Apple Music etc for NEW customers. I was with @VodafoneUK for many years and wanted to try you out but the network is a mare to be honest. Constantly something.

    @EE completely dismayed by your service. Having switched from @SkyUK I was assured it would be a seamless swap over with no need to wait in for engineers. I now have no internet and no hope to see an engineer before the 4th... 1/3

    Am I the only prick that gets a phone call once a month from @EE trying to sell me shit I honestly don’t need and tell them that every time they call, although I do tell them to stop calling but they clearly don’t listen to that either.

    .@EE given that I a) often work from home b) need broadband in order to camera monitor a very sick pet when I am not there, this is completely unacceptable. Essentially, I've given up a perfectly adequate service and am now left to wait 4 days without any access at all. 2/3

    @EE been with you just over a year and had two price hikes. At what point can I leave your network as I didn’t sign up to such a big hike in just over a year. I guess we are paying for your 5G

    Thanks to the guys and girls of the @ee customer support team. Thanks for all your help this evening unlocking my old phone. Not back customer service for a customer who left 18 months ago. But I'll be back soon.

    @EE don't show no loyalty or appreciation to its customers, been with you guys for how many years now no issues with DD yet you can't honour a price for a Galaxy Watch, shocking. When I upgrade I'll be drastically reducing my price plan, cheers smh

    @EE the issue is not with me, it is @ee unreasonably short notice of network coverage being 'turned off' for 4 days. will my telephone be able to call a wheelchair/mobility-scooter recovery company should I have a failure or injury whilst out and about in community?

    @EE "Make sure you're aware.." your company give 2days notice 'network services will be unavailable for 4days': What "more details" do you need from me? Am I required to purchase a 2nd 'cellphone' from a different company to access community without risk of being stranded?

    @EE Having a lovely day off thanks. I was on the phone to upgrade this morning and unfortunately they couldn't bring your prices down to the same offers that three and O2 where offering for the Samsung s21.. 😭x

    @joolsmc @EE I had this from them yesterday, it's been going on for a good few days now. Network update: Our engineers are still fixing the problem at PA34 5PU. It should be back to normal within 2 days.

    @BTCRobbo @EE My advise would be don't order wnything with ee they are terrible I cancelled yesterday after the worst customer service I have ever received from there Bilston store wouldn't ever go to ee
