    @EE I can’t give you a specific post code as this is happening during my commute to & from London every day. I’ve done the same train journey for years and places where the signal used to be ok are now rubbish. You must be aware of this

    Shocking few days of service from @EE this past week. But fantastic customer service earlier on hooked up another wifi connection on the broadband which has speeded everythingback up. Normal life can now resume.

    . @EE it’s 14 days since I ordered a sim only plan from you guys. Nearly two weeks later, 10 calls to customer service, 2 visits to a store, still no working sim. Your staff are always polite and helpful, but your systems are utterly inept...1 of 2

    @EE can you tell me, why my signal is really, really bad in the IG2 6px area, all my friends think am talking underwater, and this is from a iPhone X, not good bring back one2one, had no problems then 😢😢👎🏾

    Hi @EE following up with a known outage issue in the NW3 area. Apparently your engineers know about this and have been working on it for a few weeks now. Voice calls and data services affected. Looking forward to your response. Tnx

    @EE 😂 ffs, I’ve done the same journey for 11 years using your network & using the same trains as Southeastern are cheap and don’t replace them. It’s your reception that’s gone to 💩 over the past few weeks so please don’t insult my intelligence with this rubbish!

    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    @EE I've been waiting 6days to get my old PAYG number transferred to a new SIM only monthly contract with you. The advisors I've spoken to have lied to me stating it will be done within 24 hrs. If this issue isn't sorted today I'm cancelling the contract. Really disappointed.

    @EE No service at all since 10pm last night. I work from home and have a series of important meetings in the next few days, including an academic assessment. I just can’t be without coverage. It is frightening this is happening within three days of an upgrade.

    14 hours of sorting BT **** ups - including broadband and mobile Awful service on renewals - like seriously wrong! If you are considering their renewal process - maybe choose another provider first! EE have equally been terrible at resolutions Shame on you! @bt_uk @EE

    @EE Worst customer service & signal I've ever dealt with, you can't even speak in a message, I am NOT ringing you, you claim to be a premium network, where's the proof, you're the most expensive but don't seem to be dealing what your real problems are, shocking!

    @EE Broadband and land line go down. Check out your response. 1. Send an engineer a week later 2. Engineer unplugs a few cables and back in. Says it's sorted. Drops again instantly. Says he'll arrange Open reach but doesn't. 3. Open reach engineer says it's the router

    @EE Hi EE the other day i had a strop on with Broadband/Telephone service what was crap but Thanks to David Engineer for BT/Kelly coms who fixed the problem old school way up the telegraph pole now back working normal.
