    @EE don't know what are you doing. I am registered with EE for several years, and now i can't make phone calls, it tells me network not registered. And don't tell me to call 150. Because i can't. Time to change network

    In other news I’d just like to say that despite being an @EE customer for 9 years, their service, so far as delivering a new phone is concerned, has been pathetic. #customerservice useless, deliveries attempted to places I never asked for and now told I have to wait even longer.

    @EE what is going on with this broadband?! Since Saturday I’ve been expecting a call back by someone to cancel and no one has called back. I’ve been calling all day to speak to someone to be told by an automated message to call later then hangs up! 😤😤😤

    @pifflevalve @EE i was on that - i made the mistake of switching to a one year plan to match what was a good deal, and that’s very much what I’m regretting. Sadly i imagine they’re all as bad as each other really

    @EE @CollieGoLightly That doesn't work @EE I finally was able to start a message at 3.20pm and was told someone would reply- didn't get anything back and then you shut at 8pm. So something isn't working in your system atm!

    Is there a problem with @ee mobile phone reception. Parents are both having problems where their mobiles ring but they can not hear the caller (me, and others) but the caller can hear them. Texts work perfectly. If they call no one hears anything.

    @EE Hi. Was talking to a Kate or Katie but the call cut off as i'm on the train (she rang me) is it possible to get a message back to her that it was the signal dropping for the call ending and not me being rude. I feel so bad. Many thanks.

    @EE anybody thinking of going to @EE for mobile broadband in the NR29 area DON’T. Nearly 6 weeks of download speeds of 0.47 too 1.47 is taking the P. Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

    @EE I’m in Montenegro and I’ve bought a zone 1 day pass for £6 but calls out are blocked and calls in go to voicemail. All my phone settings are correct. I can’t call support and support can’t call me. I badly need to call and receive calls from the UK. Please help!
