  @ee #5G #mobile Poor 5G speed from EE. Even after tech support refreshed the network only getting speed 45meg down 2meg up. 4G was so much better. Wasted money changing to a “faster” 5G as it’s shite. Ongoing now for 4 months.

  @EE 5G EE is a rip off. No one helps if things aren’t “running as expected” total waste of money. Been contacting customer service for 4 months and they never call back or even sort out any issues. EE is hardly 5G No1 it’s a poor unrealible service.

I go straight on the website and always find a new plan that gives me more data for less than I'm currently paying.   @EE If you work for ee then my issues has gone to complaints and no manager had attempted to call me like advisor have said. I spoke to on the web chat who clearly was reading from a script saying he’s a manager. But wasn’t even in this country.

  @EE To be quite honest it's never been that great (<5mbps). Usually I can stream music while in the park. Yesterday it was just horrendous. Feels like Clapham/Brixton/Stockwell never gets the lightning fast speeds of central London (160mbps in Covent Garden), don't see it wfh though.

  @EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.

  @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.
