  The last time I called @EE to try and sort out being overcharged for my mobile bill, I spent 1hr and 10mins on the phone to 5 different people in 4 different teams in 2 different countries and they eventually cut me off, without sorting the problem and never called back.

  @__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
