Orders an iPhone 14 pro max upgrade from @EE on the phone after a beyond woeful retail store experience. Told it would be delivered today. Now told it’s not and no idea when. That’s a day off wasted. Thanks EE for reminding me of woeful service.

@EE It will never be sorted. Obviously the nearest EE mast doesn't reach this location inside the M25, so I won't be trying to land any planes anytime soon. When my contract us up, I'm off to my partner's provider. She has no such signal issues. Thanks anyway.

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

When you call @EE you hear a message that they’ve been voted the best for 8 years. WHAT A JOKE! I have had the worst internet service but locked in 2 year contract even though I haven’t received the service I pay for. Now have to pay another provider just to be able to work.

@EE DO NOT get a cellular smart watch plan with EE if u ever had t change ur phone number, it re-routes to old number and then EE refuse to sort it out but still insist on you paying for the non existent cellular service or you will breach your contract that they’ve breached 🤔

@EE I've already given up with your company, deceiving me into taking contracts that don't deliver, deceptive marketing. Recently found out that I never had FIBRE BROADBAND! Last year when I was again assured I would receive F.B, again delays until, end of September and still NOT!

@EE They've done this and gotten an appointment for in a week 🤷 not sure how that length without a service which is paid for is appropriate. They want to switch providers but know they'll be forced to stay due to remaining contract length. Have advised to call-back
