A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

@O2 hello. Two priority problems this morning… the @Pret in glasgow wouldn’t accept the QR code and the @GreggsOfficial offer didn’t show a QR. Just numbers. Any chance getting them reset as I couldn’t redeem them?
