Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 Hi. Not sure about signal on my old SIM, I don't have it with me. At first I entered PAC when placing the order but number didn't swap over. Called customer service on Saturday, gave detail AGAIN and was told number would be ported on Monday. Still nothing has happened.
