Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.

Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?
