Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. Though im not surprised, its virgin media, they're always ******* going down. @O2 though, no ******* signal in my own home FORCING ME to buy an eSim. Pathetic.
