-
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, EnglandEssentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

PG (@PaulGrayburn) reported from City of London, England@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.
-
Jody Randall Esq. (@jodyrandall) reported from Walthamstow, England@O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.
-
Raf🇵🇱🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️🌈 (@Mr_Rafal) reported from Hackney, EnglandI may be crazy @O2 but all of a sudden my phone’s battery discharge like crazy. Same as my wife’s. Is this because your signal in E5/E8 area is weaker than usual maybe?

Hannah Lomax-Browne (@DrHannahLB) reported from Walthamstow, England@O2 I don’t know what I’m paying for? Unless I’m somewhere with WiFi I have the worst internet, anywhere I go! I’ve tried all the steps to fix and still terrible internet. Unacceptable!
-
Λυδια-Έλενα (@LydiaElenaxo) reported from Tottenham, EnglandAfter 11 years with @O2 they are really trying my patience today.. I’ve been a loyal customer and honestly upgrading has been horrendous with you.. I think @EE might be my new home from today
-
MJ Palmer - Mr Gay England 2020 Finalist (@MJPalmer84) reported from Islington, EnglandThe amount of time I have spent on the phone to them trying to sort it, I can’t find wait to tell them my hourly fee that I want compensating for; how basic is getting a phone that rings! NEVER GO WITH @o2
-
𝖆𝖒𝖓𝖆-𝖏𝖆𝖓𝖎𝖓𝖊 👼🏻🕊 (@amnajanine) reported from Poplar, EnglandKeep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

-
Liz (@ejp72) reported from Poplar, England@O2 It’s always like it. I’ve never had a decent signal here. Could be the buildings maybe. But always like it.
O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.
-
SB (@simonbrown001) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Networks share infrastructure the networks are under invested. Buy a new phone from the network pay 70-80 a month even after phones paid off. They were minted not anymore. Most people I know including me buy a phone & pay 10-15-20 quid a month no contract
-
Scottt Kirkwoodd (@2gurlys1kupp) reported@jokewapo @O2 @virginmedia Mate how bad is the 02 signal up our way now! Phoned them to see if there was an issue and it's something to do with the mast
-
Michael Phillips (@MichaelPhi82389) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I'm in wales couldn't use my phone for 6 months due to o2 having issues so went to vadafone
-
Mario Behrendt | AI Founder (@behrendtio) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.
-
P.c (@Bolton1214C) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Left them this week went to EE 02 is the worst ever now
-
G E O R G E (@georgieboyg) reportedIf anyone lost a camcorder Friday at #TruckFestival during the Maccabees then I found it and handed it to lost property at the festival. I know memories are important so hope you get it back. Maccabees you were incredible 🙏🏻 @themaccabees @TruckFestival & @O2 network was awful
-
Minnie (@xxxxminniex) reported@Christo44671940 @O2 Thank you, O2 did they put a £5 cap on but it still continued to charge lots over this. Not sure how or why but it’s bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didn’t tell her it’s a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so I’m almost positive the call handlers knew it wasn’t my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!
-
helen 🍒🪩 (@doyoujive) reported@kokeshimum @O2 i’m with ee and mine is the same sometimes. i went to iceland a few years back and had better signal in the peninsulas and at the top of a mountain than i do in the uk. people don’t believe me but its true
-
Eggrolls (@EggrollsByam) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I’m with EE and around where I live there are many large areas where I get zero signal. In my house I get one bar of 4G on a good day.
