Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I worked in customer service for a mobile phone company & the number of people who has their email, & therefore multiple online accounts, hacked was staggering.

Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage
