    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying โ€˜we cannot verify your security infoโ€™ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world itโ€™s great

    People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment canโ€™t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isnโ€™t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

    I would just like to say I had three back to back chats starting at 12pm today and at that precise moment @O2 went down. WhatsApp coming to the rescue for some but not all. Aargh.

    @O2 your priority ticket service has not let me click on continue to buy the tickets (it is greyed out). This is the first time I have used the service and it isn't a good experience.

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.

    @O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank ยฃ160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    @SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 That's why I left them unreservedly, an utter arse to try to interact. One system not talking to the other, no human to help sort. Mid contract hikes. Went to Sky - no regrets, easy xfer & lower bills

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Hi we had issues with O2 which was our Business Mobile supplier. There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we donโ€™t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.
