    @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    @O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    I have just had a text from scammers pretending to be @O2 telling me there was a problem taking payment. They asked me to click on a link to confirm bank details. I didn’t. I deleted the text. Please RT and help others.

    @naomihall_ @O2 It’s so frustrating! When I checked yesterday it said service was fine in Islington but then when I got home had to data there either 😥 glad it isn’t just me having issues though

    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    Hey @O2 – unbelievable Srvc. Requested eSIM via ur app last Thrsdy. Physical SIM dactvtd, eSIM never works. Chat sent me to phon support, phon sent me to store which says “eSIMs are problematic” and thn sent me away for lack of physical ID (in 2026!) @MartinSLewis

    @O2 @dermothill11 If O2 could leave Virgin that would solve the problem because whatever they touch it doesn’t work, O2 was better before the Partnership or takeover, they sent me a link today for 5g, please tell who thought they wasn’t getting this as part of their deal anyway, beggars belief !!!

    @arokorol @O2 It happened to me as well in 2024 in Jerusalem with my swiss network. Revert to your network , ask to apologize and for a small refund to give back to some Israel Charity Org.

    @O2 can you please explain why O2 coverage is pretty much awful anywhere you go? You claim it’s good, but often there’s no internet access and phone signal is intermittent. Search on here to see so many people saying the same. Been the same for well over a year
