    @_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    @JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

    @O2 I have been a customer of yours for 15 years. I'm very disappointed with your service. 5 working days to get a text problem fixed. Meanwhile my work grinds to a halt as alot of the programmes I use require two way verification which involves text messages. #Waitingforfix
