@O2 Correct, SIM shows no signal. Local area coverage is fine and I have tried different handsets. Account is up to date. I went to a store but was told I was on the O2 360 system and they couldn’t help me, so am trying here.

Great service from @O2. I called to explain I can’t pay my bill until the DWP sorts out my payments. They were very understanding & put my account on hold until then. I ended up chatting with the adviser about his Dad who went through COVID too. It all felt humane & empathetic.

I have to say I used to think @O2 were a decent company, its a shame that the service i am getting get worse by the week, they have had my phone for weeks and it was meant to be 3 day repair, they dont have a clue what they are doing
