@O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@GorillaoJustice @O2 Hi James. I’m on O2 as well and not a million miles from you (N Wiltshire). I had issues yesterday. Losing signal, slow Internet, 3G. Today has been better. Still slightly flaky but not an issue. Hopefully yours will sort itself out. I’ve been with 02 16 years & won’t change
