    @O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    @O2 your network is shocking! I haven’t been able to use my data for two days this is not what I pay £50 a month for😤 o2 guru isn’t even working and can’t get through to a call handler so how am I supposed to get this fixed?????

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @55in2020 @O2 Big companies need to make big profits we get that … big companies usually cut costs by having call centres who are only interested in sales and not customer service, we definitely get that. Great to hear that @TheO2 have an employee who’s took the time to listen.

    I've had the flip 4 weeks now been told by @O2 services that there will be updates in 2 days 3 days ect ect just feed lies after lies.. like I said 4 weeks of nothing problems... It's beyond the joke now especially when I need my one time password for my bank

    @OPPOMobileUK I got an update for the flip. I was hoping it was to fix the issues with @O2 with the constant repeated text messages and not getting the one time password. Can you tell me or give me a date when there's a update due out to fix the problems.
