@O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

Not sure why I’m paying over £40 a month for a phone network that constantly loses internet connection, so I can’t do a thing on it. @O2 🙄

@O2 Your own website says there’s a mast down. We had a problem quite a few weeks ago. Zero coverage makes o2 useless.

Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

Hi @O2. I'm sure this is as boring for you as it is hugely frustrating for me but your service continues to be appalling in my area. Now been going on for 7 months. Fed up of line constantly cutting out

@O2 Wasn’t a problem, as such. ‘Kit breaks’ is an ever present rule. Was mainly to let others know,, if they had problems and wondered what was going on.

@O2 Well after 3 phone calls and the staff in your Wandsworth store trying I was told I couldn’t cancel and had to wait.

@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

@MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

What’s going on with the @O2 signal around London/Kent lately. Absolutely awful, every call I make or receive cuts out or off etc. Anyone else had this problem. Even cost me a chance of winning The Who tickets with @absoluteradio the other day. @daveberry_tweet

@Johnny_Slack I’ve been with @O2 for 20+ years but once contract expires in August will be moving suppliers as they don’t look after their customers - no loyalty perks nothing - poor coverage where I live and work so it’s bye bye

@dawesy2801 @O2 I had issues on iPhone with it a while back I had to turn it off, from what I can recall it was affecting other features on my phone so if people rang me it was just as if my phone was switched off
-
the cartoon gooner
(@mycartoonself) reported
@dawesy2801 @O2 I left it off for a while and all my normal calls returned (after restarting phone) but did turn it back on a few months ago and it’s been fine since ideally I need it for work as zero signal

@O2 please can you update regards service status in Brancaster north Norfolk. From 4G now only 3G for last 2 weeks?
-
T2MardyBum
(@T2Mardybum) reported
@O2 We’ll not really no. How does that help after 3 months? If you had told me I wouldn’t be able to get a 4G signal at home within the first 14 days of me joining then clearly I would of cancelled within those 14 days. So if you never fix it, I just have to accept it for 18 months?
-
T2MardyBum
(@T2Mardybum) reported
@O2 Well as I’m not actually receiving the service I’m paying for, I think I should be allowed to leave without paying the remaining contract. At the very least I should not have to pay anything until it’s sorted. No?
-

@O2 hi I want to get Apple Watch I’m a new customer but says I must purchased iPhone as an existing customer but I’m o2 on my daughter contract but I don’t it in her name
-
T2MardyBum
(@T2Mardybum) reported
@O2 It’s been 3 months since I joined. It’s been an issue since I joined. There is no sign of the issue being resolved. I don’t expect a ‘fault free service’, but I do expect faults to be resolved within 3 months. It’s a 4G network, not a manned flight to Pluto 🙄

@O2 can anyone explain why the O2 signal in the S44 area has deteriorated so much over the last year? Grateful for WiFi calling, otherwise my phone would be useless at home. 6 months to contract change and decisions to be made! Same issue on work iPhone so definitely the network.

.@O2 signal in Balloch is ok, but the connection on the signal is unusable. Calls and data very patchy. Even with 3/4G….
