Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 big shout out to the service received in your sittingbourne branch today @ 5pm for a sim change and address update. Top notch quick service! We are quick to moan for bad service but for a change nice feedback on great at service. Please feedback to store - area manager!
