    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @andrewwhyman @O2 Hmm maybe. My point about the network unreliability still stands. Walk to the shop and I have no data unless I airplanes mode a few times. Frustrating

    @BecksBDaniels Oh crap! Iโ€™m a @O2 customer too. Not brilliant. There should be any charges while using WiFi for WhatsApp.

    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my sonโ€™s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to โ€œbusiness customersโ€ immediately

    @O2 hi! Iโ€™m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesnโ€™t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    @o2 your signal on match days around Highbury is non existent. All other carriers are fine. You say youโ€™re the best, do something about this because itโ€™s unacceptable.

    Absolutely fantastic Customer service today from @TMLewin #londonbridgebranch makes all the difference!!!! Not like in @O2 Westfield where the guy barely had a second spare and was very rude

    every single day your service going down ,moved to O2 from 3 , paying more getting less as compare to 3 but your service is kind of same , most of the places it just disappears, call failed, hardly one bar most of the time and no service at certain places.. v disappointing @O2

    @O2 im getting fed up with you keep cutting my mobile phone off the last 3-4 months in a row..My bill is due on 29th every month..but u cut my phone off in 48 hours??..what gives??..usually i get a week to pay my bills before anything gets cut..but you guys cut everything in 48 hours๐Ÿคฌ..when my contract is up next year im done with you lot..unless i get chance to pay the bill up early...customer service is rubbish as well..i will be moving to another operator..after 20+ years with u as well..shame...

    @kokeshimum @O2 Networks share infrastructure the networks are under invested. Buy a new phone from the network pay 70-80 a month even after phones paid off. They were minted not anymore. Most people I know including me buy a phone & pay 10-15-20 quid a month no contract

    @kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. Itโ€™s hilarious when they add another number to the โ€œGโ€ when some places in the U.K. havenโ€™t event got 1G.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.

    @O2 terrible signal in my own home. @virginmedia have let me down (yet again) so no WiFi equals no use of phone. Long-standing client and not really feeling that benefit. Started a DM conversation which went dead. Please help
