Zenwork (@Zenwork21) reported from Poplar, England@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

-
dr_yugoslavia444 (@jonR1939056) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Because the UK internet infrastructure is old, it's a patchwork of systems from different eras. Less developed countries have a newer total network
-
Ruth Barnes (@hentastic1) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I had the same O2 dreadful signal, and lost it more often than not.
-
Ian Aitch (@mankian4783) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 is awful. Joined 3 network years ago. Miles better
-

-
Rolling with the 757s (@Skinnymanpfc) reported@tescomobile @O2 your general network coverage is terrible. Moved from Vodafone 2 months ago due to reviews about your coverage, but it’s worse than Vodafone’s.
-
Darth Wader (@LordoftheSplash) reported@kokeshimum @O2 02 are ****, we’ve moved to Smarty this week as it happens, just fed up with the terrible service and constant price rises.
-
Russ C 🍻🏴🇪🇸☀️🏝️ (@Russ1908) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Don’t forget here in the UK we pay a lot more as well. In Spain I get 500GB, for €13, I get full 5G, renews after 28 days of usage. Never have no signal loss, I stream whatever I like.
-
P.c (@Bolton1214C) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Left them this week went to EE 02 is the worst ever now
-
Richard Dominy (@DominyRichard) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Deployment of cell site masts is a real problem for the networks. Many councils refuse planning because of local opposition and pressure groups. In addition the forced swap out from Chinese telco equipment massively delayed expansion of the networks. UK is now 5yrs behind.
-
ME10Andy (@Me10Andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I think a lot of the issue is contention ratios in the UK. O2 has the coverage, but far too many people on it....not because O2 is particularly cheap, but the other main networks are now incredibly expensive.
