  • LebbyE
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, England

Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

  • Mr_Rafal
Raf🇵🇱🇪🇺🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@Mr_Rafal) reported from Hackney, England

@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

  • LebbyE
Lebby Eyres (@LebbyE) reported from Islington, England

I would just like to say I had three back to back chats starting at 12pm today and at that precise moment @O2 went down. WhatsApp coming to the rescue for some but not all. Aargh.

  • ElizabethWaight
Elizabeth Waight (@ElizabethWaight) reported from Poplar, England

After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

  • DavidZachary_
David Zachary (@DavidZachary_) reported from Stratford, England

Absolutely fantastic Customer service today from @TMLewin #londonbridgebranch makes all the difference!!!! Not like in @O2 Westfield where the guy barely had a second spare and was very rude

  • Zenwork21
Zenwork (@Zenwork21) reported from Poplar, England

@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

  • raru1980
Raru (@raru1980) reported from Poplar, England

  • MissWhyOh
    Yeo (@MissWhyOh) reported

@O2 after 20+ years I’m waiting for my number to port to another network. It’s been one thing after the other over the years - poor signal, poor service, the issue with the iPhone XR that you dragged out for months, and the very sneaky price increase

  • NWIWC01

@O2 @davehpayne ANOTHER awful response O2, really is this how I get treated as a customer for must be 20 years now

  • dataeatworld
    DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported

@maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.

  • omer_ygnbrc

    @debra_w_hughes @O2 Same issue; @ThomXTech on X resolved it.

  • Superflymarco
    Mr M (@Superflymarco) reported

@O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.

Does anyone know the rules of @O2’s 4G/5G game? I can see the signal, but apparently that’s not enough to unlock internet access…

  • MrsReidteaches

@virginmedia @O2 I just want to speak to a real person about my locked account but can't get past the first part of automated phone service 🤬 not impressed. Who can help please?
