    @O2 just went into one of your stores to upgrade my phone and experienced the worst customer service. Was told to recycle my phone with another shop in the shopping centre and be without a phone for 3 days cause they’d “give me a better offer” and told I could shop online instead

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

    Second day in Europe with no mobile data. @o2 say you can download 25gb a day. Ha! I can’t even download 25kb. Phone shows very good 3G signal but all apps say “Not connected to a network “. 😡

    @O2 how do I go about making a complaint. I can’t speak to an agent online and when being on hold to speak to someone on the phone for over 40 minutes I was cut off. Not good enough.

    1/2 Just had a letter from @O2 @GarethTurpin mobile bill up by 13.4 % PLUS 3.9 % I only signed 2 months ago!! There is no option to downgrade my account with less data. What a disgusting rip off of a company I will cancel this at the earliest opp’y. @MartinSLewis

    @O2 shocking customer service. Over 7 days of trying to get a new sim card transferred. Phoned every day for 2 hours every day. Each person says they will action. NO ACTION taken. 7 days, 15 hours of calls. Nothing.
