    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    It is now day 15 since I first reported not getting the phone I ordered from @O2 and I still have no phone or update, It is now 23 days since I put the order through - this is not what customer service looks like

    @O2 Because I'm a @virginmedia customer, I'm obliged to use a phone. I'm told I'm not allowed to use my PC. So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    @O2 it is now day 19 since I received a computer mouse instead of the phone upgrade I ordered and 27 days since I put the order through, still no phone, and no update. Since you are now in partnership with @virginmedia now, I'm thinking I will cancel both contracts - shocking

    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    @O2 I have been trying to get priority tix for Maroon 5 all morning, as soon as I link to the axs website I just get the spinning wheel of death. Are you having a problem with axs as I can get Blur priority through ticketmaster with no problem??

    @O2 Hi @O2 your response is too late, I needed help days ago & finally today situation is resolved after numerous phone calls, store visit & having to insist I speak to a manager. Very poor start & now have no confidence in O2 as mobile provider.

    @O2 I have spoken with 4 different colleagues now with absolutely zero resolution. I know from researching online this is a know @O2 fault and you're currently saying I need to pay my full contract to get out of it. I have moved house to a rural area with no phone signal

    @O2 I took out a contract for an iPhone 14 over a week ago and my phone didn't arrive due to potential fraud. I've paid £200 upfront, have an expensive direct debit and no phone. Customer Services aren't helping, the fraud team haven't responded and you're ignoring me on facebook

    @O2 Why are you insisting customers move to DD payments yet provide no way of doing this online so we have to sit in a 15 min phone queue? Also, I'm not paying 2 consecutive device plans for the 3 handsets on my account because your system is crap. Not moving to DD as a result.
