Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 I have never had such a farce buying a phone. Terrible service and now to top it off I’m sent 4 letters in one day saying I owe money (I don’t, I’ve triple checked and it’s you that owes me!) and now I’m sent bullying letters saying it’s been passed to the debt collectors!

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

Maybe if O2 could jump in and explain why I've spent over 9 hours over the last month on trying to call, unsuccessfully I might add. So @O2 could you please explain why me paying off my device plan has caused my tariff to increase by almost 50% which basically covers your loss from my device payments? Paying off my device should save me money not mean I’m paying more for the service you were already providing
