@O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

Upgrade or cancel with @O2? 2/2 …then sent link to finish/pay = same web error. Spent another 40 mins on call with agent. Same again. Told to wait 24hrs. Tried this time on mobile. Different error. What does it take to upgrade and hand over money?
