    @O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @O2 Absolutely rubbish, only reason I stick you O2 is for priority tickets, and today, the site crashed with 20 minutes to go and has kicked me out the app, which either says bad gateway or “issue with the site”. I’d call it crap and the best way to lose customers

    @O2 Fail. What’s also a fail is that there’s no @O2 data service in the @TheO2 whatsoever, nor does the O2 Wi-Fi work there. Other than that it’s going really well xxx
