You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?
