@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

@O2 Can you explain why the O2 priority app crashed this morning at 9am when Harry Styles tickets came on sale. So basically the O2 priority service is rubbish. It came back on at 9.15. Strangely all the tickets had gone.

@O2 @HausofCharlie Crap response it was done on purpose. It was up and running at 9.25 when all the tickets had gone. Amazingly tickets available on resale sites. O2 explain maybe a TV or Radio show might get a response.
