    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

    Unbelievably bad customer service from @O2 . I was found no service when I live in London is expected and I would not be a booster and that a booster didn’t even exist. A quick google found the booster. Also pretty rude to me. Not happy after 9 years with them to get that.

    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @O2 just phoned your team@to@inform them the network in my area is poor. Your network team confirmed that i am in Black Spot area. Your CS team that told me that theres nothing they can do with my contract and to get on with it!

    @virginmedia @O2 just renewed my old virgin contract yesterday, virgin have provided the incorrect email address phoned O2 who said not there problem, phone virgin again, virgin transfer me to O2 again to be hung up on, get this sorted between yourselves if not I am cancelling!

    @NorseSon @O2 Complete joke. They just told me the other day the price of my contract is going up, haven’t had signal for 2 days & for about 3 months I phone other o2 numbers and it cuts off.
