@O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

@O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

Excellent customer service from Taahir at @O2 who are providing an email confirming my old phone was not stolen by myself but it was in fact my phone. Thanks to the delay in payment caused by @CheckMEND I can’t even afford to buy a coffee.

Day 6 of my old phone number being dead. @O2 doesn’t bother replying on Twitter anymore. Support says “sorry, wait another 24 hours”. Managers have the same stance. Now I am told the port will happen by end Monday. 8 days of a dead number. Can’t cancel. A hostage.
