    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    @O2 I don’t know what I’m paying for? Unless I’m somewhere with WiFi I have the worst internet, anywhere I go! I’ve tried all the steps to fix and still terrible internet. Unacceptable!

    @O2 the answer to that question is primarily no. I would have to leave Virgin as a HOME customer and then sign up as a business customer? What about my TV package?

    @mjh_wales @o2cando @O2 Over the weekend I can't do shitt.... usually it's the same uploads and download speed... aroundish 40 Mbps.... and they marketed this product as 100 Mbps.... I can barely message, or post here and there... but Customer Service isn't available over the weekend in Germany... 🤬🚫

    @O2 Day 110 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @daveandrews205 @stephenblevins9 @O2 Correct Dave. Contacted o2 and apparently aside from the fact they say the network is fine in the area, the t & c's are prominent. They make it sound like they advertised the rpi % increase more than anything else...

    Since you 2 have merged it's the worst to have happened in business. @O2 were very reliable before this but it seems having merged with @virginmedia it's damaged the network coverage and the broadband started off well but is extremely disruptive & drops off constantly.

    @O2 and @virginmedia have been beyond appalling with the services this week. I've missed multiple important calls for my mother's medical issues & multiple disrupted teams meeting for work. How are you going to compensate for this? Unbelievably crap broadband and network
