    Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    @ItsAdsolution @O2 All of my calls which I've tried to make the O2 have not been answered I have a 40 phone and they don't seem to care I think if this keeps on we should see them because I've got a really bad disability and I've got a 40 phone so we should sue them

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @O2 I need support with my network, I’ve tried everything that the website says, my calls won’t connect and when they do the sound is cracking and poor. Most of people trying to call me can never get through either. This has been happening for months now

    @O2 @VodafoneUK Still no signal in Braunton EX33, 3 weeks now. Bit of a poor showing. No 2G, 3G, or 4G. Outgoing emergency calls only. It's not as if you aren't aware of it.

    @O2 has to be the worst network in the uk. I’ve had ever worsening service in Swansea in recent months, but I’m now travelling to Nottingham on the train. In 5hrs, I’ve had coverage for at best 40% of the journey. Absolute garbage. Unless I have WiFi, my phone’s useless.

    Hi @O2, Is there a good reason why when I'm in a stadium where, understandably, demand on the network is high, me and other O2 customers around me can't get no Internet and SMS don't send, but those on 3, EE and other providers can access theirs so easily? This is at every game.
