    @JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    If ur was wondering @O2 is an awful company with a phone system that tells you it’s closed but lists opening times that mean its open. That point u to the app which is a bad UX chatbot with no understanding of ur auth state or ability to answer anything but most basic questions.
