@O2 hello. I have just moved over to O2 and am considering buying a phone from the company Oneplus. I have read that Oneplus phones don't work with the O2 5g network, is this correct? I don't want to buy the phone then realise I can't receive 5g. Thanks in advance

@O2 don’t use this company they are a rip off I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all there own data free, never turned my mobile data the whole, got a bill when I got. Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

@O2 Network reset? Not sure what that is... Not in London often and last two times when I try to connect to wifi extra it requires login info, multiple locations across the tube network. I've searched for a solution and doesn't seem to be any options.

@O2 Correct, SIM shows no signal. Local area coverage is fine and I have tried different handsets. Account is up to date. I went to a store but was told I was on the O2 360 system and they couldn’t help me, so am trying here.

@O2 HI, seem to be having issues disabling o2 marketing texts. The contact preferences page in my account on the website "strangely" doesn't work and the 2220 number has a technical issue. I tried 2220 like 6 months ago and it also had a technical issue then.

@O2 any danger of any help? Had a new phone yesterday, did a sim swap and now neither phone has any service, meaning I’m unable to make or receive calls and your 202 telephone service is less than useless!!
