    @O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

    @O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

    Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: “Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.” in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

    @O2 Hello - issue was that china cup was denied. We had to drink from a paper one even though we didn’t take away. This at the More London Riverside branch.

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @o2 your service has been shocking nearly 2 weeks and my daughters Apple Watch for Xmas not here. Now by all accounts best to start the order again as will be quicker and wait a week for deposit to be put back in my account 🤬 look at your dm’s I’m in them 2 replies so far 🙄

    Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

    @O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

    @EnglandRugby @O2 Ill disciplined players, regardless of who plays. Always possible for them to lose, as they give endless penalties away. And always likely to be opened up by a quick counter attack, usually from poor handling. Can't say Jones inspires any confidence that things will improve

    @O2 5 days and counting still waiting for you to port my number from Smarty 7 people spoken to at customer services, wasted hours trying to resolve. Breach of ofcom rules. Can't access vital info on NHS and bank without old number. Beyond woeful service
