  @harwood_steve @O2 @EE EE service is shit around Chingford guys I work with never get a service I'm o2 never had a problem. Probably the country you're in. Plus we always get upgraded at the o2 by the o2 Angel's.

  People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

Nobody wants to take responsibility for YOUR mistake and I’m being passed around to 3-4 different colleagues who don’t have a clue about what’s going on I got put on hold for long periods multiple times.
