They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
