@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

I may be crazy @O2 but all of a sudden my phone’s battery discharge like crazy. Same as my wife’s. Is this because your signal in E5/E8 area is weaker than usual maybe?

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

@O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

@O2 Maybe next time don't choose a site to sell on that requires NO validation your actually a o2 priority customer, people were publicly sharing the priority redirect url links which meant these have been abused and genuine priority customers have missed out, shocking management!

Strongly suggest staying away from @O2 especially if there's ever a chance you need any help from them! Asked to reduce my tariff as like many I'm needing to cut back but instead of any help or advice I was #LAUGHED at by a #customerservice rep!!! No reply to any emails either 😣

@O2 considering how crap your signal is and how you have ignored my two requests for info today along with the whole Priority issue today I'm glad I'm not bound by a contract with you. My husband and I will definitely be looking for another provider now.
