    @O2 Hi my phone signal is absolutely shocking. I get 5G but still struggle to load web pages. Also no one can ever hear me on the phone? Yes i’ve tried turning my phone off & on again

    @O2 saying that they will be posting my new phone to me because my local store is closed but haven’t sent me a single email or even a tracking number? Trying to speak to someone but all 202 do is hang up on you and nobody replies to dm’s😕

    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    @O2 I went on holiday the resort I was staying had all free internet, when returned home only find I had a bill for the internet from o2 , rang was told you have let them no when you go on holiday, I never used any data and still got a bill crap customer service

    @O2 absolute JOKE of a service today. Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. The phone and deal I want is sat in my basket. Help.

    @O2 Cant it just be fixed? For the first time ever yesterday I lost a dog and had to ring people. Not registered on network isn't good enough for 40 minutes. Luckily for me, the dog went to my van after being spooked by thunder. Ive had to be two way radios for my colleagues.

    @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄

    @O2 @O2 - absolute disgrace of a company and don’t expect any help from their customer services team. Manger refusing to refund or give their names to be held to account having made a total mess of our order and then expect to spend days on the phone trying to sort. Buyer beware

    @O2 Sick of trying that and being pawned off and having excuses I pay loads for weak connection .. sure someone else can do it better I bet you do it on purpose to rinse people for O2 satellite coverage .. forcing it Just fix your network

    @nftholbein @csljohnkirby @O2 Yea I switched to EE after nearly 20 years with O2. They seem to have taken every awful part of Virgin Media since the merger. Would never trust them again.

    @O2 Jumping from My O2 to web browser to email and back to My O2. That is an annoying experience and a stupid design just to top up. It should be all in the app, not 3 apps.
