Dave McGuane (@DaveMcGuane) reported from Croydon, England@O2 Trying to cancel my O2 Insurance as I'm paying £150 a year and online being quoted less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online then hangs up. Please can someone call me?
-
Ruth Holliday (@RuthHolliday13) reported from Hammersmith, EnglandStill within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

Andrew Carrier 🍸 (@AndrewCarrier) reported from Hammersmith, England@cgledhill @McDonaldsUK @O2 I think the more pressing question is: Why are you using a public wi-fi network?
-
Neil Higley (@NeilHigley) reported from Royal Kensington and Chelsea, England@O2 your 4G is worse than a late 90’s dial up, when it works of course. As you are consistently failing to provide…well any service what so ever, I can break my contract no questions ask and go back to @EE that I wish I’d never left?

-
𝕂𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕖 (@Katie_Lewis_) reported from Kingston upon Thames, EnglandMy contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)
-
Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@Kierbro) reported from Camberwell, England@O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.
-
Daniel Smith (@Scampboi) reported from Croydon, England@O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action
-
Martin 'Snazzy' Cox (@MartinCox0155) reported from Croydon, England@O2 Doing this means EVERY password has to be entered for everything. This is a REAL pain. I don't think you realise this. I did just logout and log back in. No change. Why is Seetickets no problem and Ticketmaster is a problem?
-
Tommy Pickles (@DJTommyPickles) reported from Wandsworth, England@O2 truly the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long while
-
Lucy K-T (@KnellTaylor) reported from Croydon, EnglandSometimes I dread calling utility companies, anticipating long waits & lacklustre customer service BUT today I called @O2 & spoke to Ben Smith who was BRILLIANT - super helpful & found me a much better deal tarrif (effectively halving my bill) 🙏🏼 #BenDeservesARaise 💷

Gavin 🇺🇦 (@Gavlar321) reported from Wandsworth, England@ajbails @EnglandRugby @O2 One issue with the pack I'd say is Stuart he's not an international prop he shouldn't be anywhere near the England team I don't know why Eddie keeps picking him

-
daisy (@daishughes) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England@O2 saying that they will be posting my new phone to me because my local store is closed but haven’t sent me a single email or even a tracking number? Trying to speak to someone but all 202 do is hang up on you and nobody replies to dm’s😕
-
Jason MacKenzie (@jasonmackenzie) reported from Merton, England@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.
-
Lou93x⚒️ (@louwhu16) reported from Worcester Park, England@O2 why is your signal coverage so poor? My friend had full 5G in my house and I’m flickering between one bar of 4G and 3G 😩 we have no wifi because of a landslide in the area and I can’t even make a phone call without it cutting out.
O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Bob (@wonder_bob) reported@O2 @ad_moran4 💯 stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network
-
B. (@Bradleyyy98) reported@O2 I have made countless phone calls. It got referred to the main department to get the issue sorted. This was over a month ago. I’m always told the same thing “We will contact you within 5-7 working days” nothing ever gets done.
-
Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper
-
Steve Nunn (@Proj65) reported@O2 @Propermister89 Hi. When I call your support number I am redirected to top up my account. There are no options to get help with activating a new SIM card. Plus the system does not recognize main debit card number, so I cannot top up the account either. The phone number 202 didn't work Help
-
Matt Bunting (@MattBunting) reported@FranBcnMad @O2 They pulled this bullshit with me ever since my bills have been out of control. Over £150 some months but they couldn’t give me a reason why? Moved to sky. Best thing I’ve ever done. Better newer phone and cheaper. Good customer service too!
-
Nelia@the madhouse (@Nelia23893053) reported@SophiePrestonHa @O2 Try the Telephone Preference Service. It doesn't always work, you can report the callers but the TPS can't always trace the company. As I have found out several times!
-
Jess (@Jessw1303) reported@O2 @ceeveepee That’s a lie, I spoke to your customer service almost a week ago and told them this was happening to me too, I also can’t make any payments towards my daughters bolt ons.
-
Neil (@NRManc) reportedWhat a glorious pleasant surprise dealing with @O2 on here. Helpful. Polite. Pleasant. Understood exactly what my issue was and came up with a couple of solutions. If only all customer service on Twitter was as good
-
Linda Rogers (@tankie76) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 Please look at which provider offers the best coverage, I moved from o2 as their coverage was so poor. EE is much better! I’m now sim only and pay £30 a month with EE for unlimited data, calls and texts etc.
-
CryptoeSIM.io (@cryptoesim) reported@ungodlywheesa @O2 That's a bummer! What phone are you using? Most phones from 2020+ support eSIM now. If yours doesn't, it might be time for an upgrade — and when you do, we've got you covered in 190+ countries
