@O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

Mako has been consistently poor. Sinckler was improving so hopefully that was a blip. I think Genge would be wasted off the bench.
