    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @O2 Your own website says there’s a mast down. We had a problem quite a few weeks ago. Zero coverage makes o2 useless.

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    Good ti find out today (thanks Dad) that following the @O2 merger with Virgin years ago, that O2 was supposed to send me a new sim card, so for years my "5G" signal on my phone, hasnt been, and in what is now 3? 4? years O2 Still havent actually gotten around to saying anything

    @O2 It would be a great summer abroad if the data I paid for was provided to me! Customer service is poor, the app merged with Virgin is slow and unreliable and there is no breakdown of data usage. My data due disappeared on the renewal date and customer service can’t explain it!
