Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother

Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.
