So the Ticketmaster site / app pops up, but there is no option to purchase. I fear this issue is because I do not have an O2 account, only Virgin Media for this.

I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

If you are using mobile at home you can link to your router for a better service. All the best with it 👌
