    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    Very unhappy with the service from @O2 , phone battery only lasting 4 hours at a time at the moment and very slow running - no upgrade option apart from paying £324 😧😡

    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    Folks. This seems to be a con: @O2 EU roaming only works if you have a 25Gb plan or above despite what is implied on their website. Confimed when I rang them so will be make a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority as quite scandalous and misleading.

    @O2 well thanks O2, I’ve been a customer for over a decade yet here I am at download and o2 have switched off my data for no reason. Can’t speak to them at the damn weekend so I’m screwed. I’ve had to buy an EE SIM card to be able to use my phone properly. Not happy.
