    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    @JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    @AXS_UK unable to attend @DianaRoss @O2 last week due to having an operation on my arm. I had insurance and put in a claim for refund they have declined my claim as my insurance was on the original date and not the COVID rescheduled dates! & I need to speak to you for refund HELP

    @O2 absolutely disgusting customer service. In a rural area with a extremely ill person just released from hospital, no other phone and 02 deactivates my sim twice because of incompetence then replies once every hour. No way to call 999 if needed.

    I'm thinking that @O2 hasn't listened to the hold *music* that callers w problem to sort have to stick their fingers over their ears to tolerate.... five minutes so far and blurgh squeak squeal crash, wooshhhhh is enough to do your head in (or at least to jump contract....)

    @O2 How long does it take for Customer Relations to investigate a complaint? 1st complaint sent 16th June and a second complaint sent 23rd June for the same reason. Where are you O2 Customer Complaints Review Service?
