    @O2 O2 kings road refused to help with my iPhone problem. They sold it to me and still paying for it. Anyone else had a problem with faulty phones from them?

    Did @O2 iphone recycle thing (diff login to normal O2... would help if they told you 🙄), was quoted £132. Then get message they’ve revised value to £28. 79% reduction. Zero explanation as to why. I’ll have that phone back then #o2recycle All a bit #GreedierO2 than #GreenerO2

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 I went on hoilday to resort never turned on my data , only to come home to a bill for data, contacted O2 tobe told I should let them no if you I go on holiday I need to let no , what crap really unhappy do use O2 please people don’t use this company

    @O2 don’t use this company I went on hoilday never used my phone it was free data in the resort, got a bill when I got back , saying I had used data, rang customer service tobe told you need let O2 no if you leave the country what crap got nowhere rip off never used my phone

    @O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

    @O2 Hi, yes I’ve done both. Apps are so slow loading when wireless is switched off and service isn’t great on 3G or 4G. Used to be excellent

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    The service in Richmond is so crap I can’t work out whether it’s the area or @O2. I cant even send iMessage using data inside my house it’s ridiculous. What network provider has better coverage pls. I’m cancelling this contract today

    @O2 You have connected me today and I haven’t even got my SIM card yet so I am now left with no mobile network, I also can’t sign into anything as it’s on a loop asking for a passkey, as a new customer I am regretting switching to you already
