    @O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    @virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

    @O2 @MelMel_96 @o2 I have the same issue chat says to call 2729 to speak to the payment management team however I have en calling since 11am and still not managed to speak to anyone literally been on hold for 2.5hrs then phones cuts off.

    @O2 just received the WORST possible customer service from you. Taken 3 days to get thru-to be told that my call can't be transferred to repair dept as phone lines not working (after a 45 min wait on hold).sent phone to be repaired (it's 11 mths old). Guess what-u wont repair it.
