    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @O2 HAHA Explain please? Nearly all of the nation who are your customers have been trying to get on the app and website & it’s been down ALL day bit late for maintenance isn’t it? Made it relatively easy for ppl that weren’t even priority customers to bypass a code utter BULLSHIT

    @O2 not all customers were successful.... is a god damn joke. So many couldn't even log on before the tickets went on sale right through until you took the servers down for maintenance an hour or so ago.

    @O2 Maybe next time don't choose a site to sell on that requires NO validation your actually a o2 priority customer, people were publicly sharing the priority redirect url links which meant these have been abused and genuine priority customers have missed out, shocking management!

    @O2 Disgusting that a company with a revenue stream of £10,000 million last year couldn’t use some of this to sort out their website for high traffic. App still not working, logged me out at 9:30am - despite being logged in before this - to then not let me back in via O2 or Virgin

    @O2 How anyone has managed to get tickets is beyond me! I tried to log on at 9.30am ish to be ready. Never managed to get on all day and gave up! I hope people are not daft enough to pay the now greedy prices by 2nd hand ticket sellers. I hope they are stuck with them!
