Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

@O2 I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but your service recently has been shocking. I upgraded & ordered 2 phones on 12th & 13th Sept. On 22nd Sept, your loyalty team cancelled my orders without my consent, promised next-day delivery, and never called back. Now I’m told it’ll take another 4 weeks — I needed the phone for my holiday on Tuesday. Weeks of misinformation & broken promises. @O2 Is there any reason that you offer gifts (Samsung earbuds for a heavy discount) and then fail to send the code. Go to a store told they cant help and to call customer services, call customer services but their English isn't good enough and 'they dont know what im on about'
