EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

The refund was initiated on May 9, 2026, and I was informed that the funds would arrive within 3-5 business days. As of today, the money has still not been returned to my account. My experience with your customer service channels thus far has been incredibly frustrating. The primary reason I chose to migrate to another carrier was due to poor service, and this current delay only confirms that I made the right decision. Given the lack of flexibility and the difficulties I have faced, I can no longer recommend your services to others. If you feel that you have it in your heart to give me back my refund, please reach out. If not, have a meal at Wagamamas on me!
