@toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

@Plusnet i have managed to fix my issue, reset my router password and restarted access point and restarted router. i’m a bit perplexed that i had to do this any ideas 💡 why Plusnet 😱
