Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldn’t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before we’ve even started. DO NOT USE

  • cfurneaux Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported from London, England

. @plusnethelp @Plusnet I repeat, what is the escalation process when Tech Support cannot or will not provide support?

  • Errorfied Barbara Broccoli (@Errorfied) reported from Poplar, England

@Hanrahandsy Well I was trying to sign up to Plusnet and our sky broadband is just rinsing us for a crap service, for the amount we're paying we should be getting fibre broadband and have a newer router.

  • lewis_hardwick Lewis Hardwick (@lewis_hardwick) reported from Crayford, England

So I joined @Plusnet @plusnethelp a couple of months ago. Now every evening this week at about 9pm, my internet becomes unstable. But try calling them "sorry we close at 8pm". Time to cancel my Direct Debit? That might get their attention! What a joke.

  • grahamguy Graham Guy 🇪🇺 (@grahamguy) reported from Biggin Hill, England

@MarcAllera Why is @plusnethelp ignoring a very simple problem? Failed number port from EE to @Plusnet - Support are not supporting and no-one on Social is responding. Why?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Krash14006657 Krash (@Krash14006657) reported

@Plusnet This is the least of their failings! They disconnected my line and moved it up north . We did not instruct this and at the time of disconnection my husband was in the process reparation of a family's dead relative. Called pulsenet to get "it's in a manager's call back

  • SpaceMonkey351 Mark (@SpaceMonkey351) reported

@Plusnet why would my Internet go down for no good reason? Its been connected for over a year with no issues. I have a constant orange light and the orange "b" keeps going on and off.

  • WelshLFCWarrior David Richards 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@WelshLFCWarrior) reported

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet I avoided them once based in customer reviews. Once bitten, twice shy

  • SEGASpirit SEGA Spirit (@SEGASpirit) reported

@TheSegaHolic Oh weird. I have 70mb PlusNet and I've used Xbox Cloud Gaming a fair bit. Sometimes get lag. But I've played a fair few games on there now using my phone, laptop & PC and think it's really good. But I don't have a Series S/X - so maybe playing cloud on those is bad?

Anyone on @Plusnet in SW LONDON (#newmalden) having issues? #plusnet

  • CYarwoodMorgan C Yarwood (@CYarwoodMorgan) reported

Anyone else on #plusnet having connectivity issues with their WiFi this last week? I can’t watch anything because my internet drops out every 30 seconds.

  • JohnFerris62 John Ferris (@JohnFerris62) reported

@HelloFromMarcus @Plusnet I had an issue with my landline phone going over to broadband and the guy at BT got it quickly sorted and couldn't have been nicer.

  • slave2gadgets Pete G (@slave2gadgets) reported

@Plusnet Tried that. No good, though webmail is slowly working. Your tech support said outlook was nothing to do with you. It worked before this, now doesn’t. Settings all correct. Can’t work without outlook. I will have to look for a broadband provider that offers decent email support.

  • TeaKayB Tom⇒maths AMIMA (@TeaKayB) reported

@Plusnet That's cool, thanks. It turned out that after changing the password for the account, this change didn't get automatically pushed to the router. Took me a while to figure it out (it wasn't suggested anywhere in your support materials)
