    @plusnethelp and we have no Internet again. Anyone thinking of getting Plusnet don't . Eratic service . Blame.everyone except them selves. Admit it's their fault and the after 4 days still not fixed.

    Plusnet is crap. Don’t go there. Switched to them monday, no internet. Now told nothing until 28 Feb! Unbelievable. Come back Virgin Media all is forgiven

    Nice to know that I’m still waiting for my WiFi from @Plusnet. Was supposed to be sorted on the 19th, then 23rd now moves to 25th. Unreliable, unsatisfactory service

    @Plusnet How is it seamless when my perfectly working line doesn’t have any signal now. Plus net was supposed to take over yesterday and now my line is dead with no dial tone let alone any internet.

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst I’ve ever experienced.

    Never thought I’d say this but terrible service from @Plusnet this week. Online chat / help is constantly down, order not delivered and no update. Usually so good.

    Went with @sky (now broadband) cos it's cheap. Works ok, after some problems getting connected. Not as fast as @Plusnet.

    @sunny_hundal Plusnet good for me here in E9. Very reliable, good customer service. Probably not the cheapest but I’m pretty happy overall.

    @plusnethelp My broadband was supposed to be set up yesterday but it hasn't been. No e-mail, no SMS, nothing. I'm an IT engineer trying to work from home and now I have no Internet thanks to Plusnet. Great way to treat a new customer. How long am I going to be kept waiting?

    @icklenellierose If you're using their wifi hub - I'd recommend getting the latest BT Home Hub. I had real trouble with my Plusnet when I upgraded to their faster speed Fibre. But once I replaced their router with the BT Home Hub it sorted out all the issues.

    Hi @Plusnet @plusnethelp Been with you for years and recently renewed the contract. Connection slower than ever and the old router keeps conking out... Maybe a new upto date one for a loyal customer?

    @icklenellierose Have a Plusnet router and used to get constant WiFi disconnections, turned off the 5Ghz broadcasting and I stopped having problems. Also if I connect my kindle to the WiFi I get frequent disconnections. The router is seriously messed up. No problems on ethernet.

    @icklenellierose I have plusnet with hub one and have used it all day on WiFi since working from home in March. No major issue. I have given the 2 WiFi frequency different names so I know which in attached. After about 2 weeks the 5 drops speed until a restart of router

    @icklenellierose I'm no longer with Plusnet, but largely because of what you describe, and terrible customer service. These days I reject 'free' routers and buy my own. It's one more thing to research before buying but also one of the most important pieces of hardware in our connected households.

    Terrible service from Plusnet. No internet since we switched last Friday and I have been unable to work since. As I want compensating they tell me they have to send 3 engineers to try to fix the problem. Engineer Tuesday said it’s the router. 2nd router doesn’t work @Plusnet
