I asked to upgrade to Fibre BBand almost 2 weeks ago, the line was upgraded last Weds night, however you only sent the router out that night. It still hasnโt arrived, leaving me without internet.

On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

Options seem limited!!
