    1h on the phone to Plusnet trying to connect up a router I kindly got from my neighbour only to find out itโ€™s locked and therefore canโ€™t be used. Off for a lie down and a cry I think... ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

    @Plusnet @plusnethelp No internet for 24 hours. What is going on #plusnet? These problems crop up every now and again with this internet provider and this is going to be the straw that breaks the camels back.

    @toursick @plusnethelp Resorted to dragging a 10m Ethernet cable from plusnet router to PlayStation as you can never guarantee connection/strength over WiFi. Even then streaming can be an issue. Worst Iโ€™ve ever experienced.

    Not a good start to the day when your Internet connection goes bonkers. I hate trying to unravel tech. But @Plusnet support were great. Phew.

    Never thought Iโ€™d say this but terrible service from @Plusnet this week. Online chat / help is constantly down, order not delivered and no update. Usually so good.

    @Hanrahandsy Well I was trying to sign up to Plusnet and our sky broadband is just rinsing us for a crap service, for the amount we're paying we should be getting fibre broadband and have a newer router.

    Appalling service from @Plusnet today. Tried to switch to their service but their engineer couldnโ€™t enter the property to install the box in the correct place of our property. Now they want to charge a full cancellation fee before weโ€™ve even started. DO NOT USE

    @Plusnet for the second time in as many days my router has failed. It just randomly drops connection. I would never recommend you to anyone. In a time where people are working from home they need a reliable service and you are not it!

    If you have a problem with the installation done by OpenReach or their contractor. @Plusnet apparently cannot contact anyone on the installation side! So any problem with a Plusnet installation you are screwed.

    @Benleo Damn those half-Spanish-owned companies, eh? Why not go with a good solid British-owned broadband provider like Zen Internet, Plusnet or Andrews & Arnold or even good old BT! It seems a classic case of โ€œdo as I say, not as I doโ€ โ€” preaching economic nationalism while happily relying on foreign-owned services to **** up your broadband !

    @Plusnet I have been with Plusnet 30 years of wonderful service but the thing keeping me tied to plusnet was my email address, Plusnet are withdrawing their email service, now they are providing less and putting their prices up, with nothing deterring me from moving away!
