am no totally fed up with @SkyUK beginning to think I should cancel the idea of moving & stay with VM. Having set up my Sky id at the end of Jan, I have never received a verification email & of all the sky agents I have asked, not one can tell me how to set up an e mail address!

@beeurd @SkyUK Sky broadband for me was diabolical. It lasted not even a month before I went back to BT Broadband. Sky were determined that I should pay for the rest of the contract - I told Sky that I'd take it all the way to court for the **** service I got. Or service I didn't get... 🤔
