    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sorry but who thought that this was practical??? I watch an episode then delete, what you are suggesting is way too much effort when the option was at the side. Log this as a formal complaint pls. SkyQ is so outdated compared to Virgin Media, roll my deal expiry! #sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that. So again…is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

    @virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    wouldn’t it be nice if your sky box just connnected to your sky broadband and didn’t have to reboot or ring every few months to sort it out😡😡😡. never mind the fact calling gives me major anxiety but can’t get it sorted any other way, SO ANNOYED. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkySports 2 genuine questions re Sky Sports+ 1 Does everyone’s coverage buffer and freeze from from time to time? 2 Where do they get the commentators from. They are so bad. Get players names wrong/confused once but not continually throughout?

    @stuartpykesport My mane problem with the coverage of @SuperLeague on @SkySports is that the technology for ss+ is lacking. Fails to load half the time & when it does it quite often will freeze & or lose the sound. The presentation of the none red button games is stale.
