    @SkyHelpTeam not happy this morn , awaiting a visit to fix a sky q box, between 8-12.30 , had to ring customer services to be informed it will be between 12.30 and 2.30. My partner was supposed to be in work at 1!!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma - no thanks-there is no SLA for business broadband for outages, so not necessarily any better in this situation. So many nearby clearly switched to mobile data that my Sky mobile is running much slower than usual (too slow to be useful for work)

    @SkyHelpTeam I can't run it now due to work, when I have done these in the past it doesn't show any issues, it barely gets 30mgbps upload and the download speed is stupidly slow any time in the day
