    @SkyHelpTeam @LBHF really disappointed 5 months attempting to arrange access to the communal dish and no one in council or sky can help. £80 in phone calls. Today will be cancelling contract and asking for service charge to be amended as can’t use dish.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been trying to go through your trouble shooting prompts. Why am I being told it’s my setup when your fully aware there’s a problem at my local telephone exchange. You can inform your customers there’s a problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and it says service is operational however the internet has been dropping in and out all morning and a quick check of Twitter makes it pretty clear that many other people in Islington are having the same issue

    @SkyHelpTeam I see a number of people are reporting an outage in north London again. I am one of them. Instead of telling us all to check your service checker website, could you get someone to fix it? It was 7 hours last Tues. It would be great to be slightly quicker this time.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply Julian. The link doesn't actually help as it doesn't give the option to actually cancel. It only gives suggests on how to contact you to cancel, of which are no use. I will just goto a different supplier and get them to do it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Crashing apps is “fine”… stuff happens… but it should at least tell me why it crashed… especially if it repeatedly did it (clearly there was some issue; and I accept it might even have been a driver issue… but nothing told me).

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Emma, I rang immediately to report the problem on 12/04/22 but was told to contact BT as they manage the telegraph pole which had been knocked over!! Sky are only offering compensation from 04/05/22 even though I tried to report it on 12th April but this wasn’t recorded!😡

    1/2 @SkyHelpTeam so watching the other one series 2 episode 2 and the sky box suddenly said to re-insert my card.(nobody has been near it) took the card and cleaned it. Kept having the same issue. Works on all channels apart from that on demand. Deleted the programme....
