@o0rich0o @SkyHelpTeam Problem now is all customers are “VIP”. Only way I got good deals was by cancelling and they came back to me. Horrendous thing with Glass is to have that multiroom, you have to buy the extra box for £50. Lots of people had to pay for the Minis too.. even though they’re not yours.

@steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam All I know is that I’m paying way too much for my current Sky Q service. No Rush to jump at getting Sky Glass. Black Friday soon…so perhaps I’ll look at a new TV and Atmos Soundbar then. In the meantime I’ll be reviewing (possibly cancelling) my Sky Q subscription.
