@SkyHelpTeam Then service status shows nothing but reminds me that some local outages would not show on the service status page. This is ridiculous, verging on disgraceful, to leave your customers with NO internet for so long when we are working from home.

@SkyHelpTeam I had new WiFi/sky q/router installed today. Now Dyson and Sonos products aren’t reconnecting to the WiFi - the WiFi is otherwise working. Could it be a router problem? Thanks.

Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

@Dixy43 @SkyUK If you're a gamer then maybe. But how much 4k stuff runs higher than 60 fps? Who the hell can tell the difference between 60fps and 120fps? 240hz is smoother, technically yes, but have we got bionic eyes? Maybe 12k 240 ultra slow motion.
