F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

@SkyHelpTeam Dear help team. Was booked for tv and broadband install on 17/9/20 but neither service installed. Date for tv install now 21st October! No date given yet for broadband install. Please advise if I am under contract with you so I can consider options.

Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

July 31st: order new Sky package 2 months later: Sky installed 2 days later: Sky wipe the signal while trying to fix a catch-up TV issue then tell me I have to wait until 7 more days to get it fixed, oh and pay for it. “Believe in better?” Can’t really do any worse @SkyHelpTeam

@SkySports The laddie hit who? What about the scum players goading the home fans? Their fans sang bigoted songs for the duration and coppers did nothing, it took about 5 or 6 coppers to move him 3 rows down, then about 3 or 4 to get his details! Disgusting by our Police!

@SkyHelpTeam This isn't my first time using @SkyUK. If a program/show doesn't appear with an "S" in the top right under details/guide, it means no subtitles for THAT program / showing. No matter how many times you check another channel, they won't appear at all. Your "help" isn't helping here

@SkyHelpTeam It states theres nothing wrong w/ my connection, same as last time when the engineer came out & said I had a slow connection despite the apps claims. So how about we skip straight to the part where I have an engineer come fix the issue again? Or shall I just change providers..
