    So how does @SkyUK treat a customer of nearly 30 years lied to at 18 month renewal that SkyGo will still work in Portugal save as to downloads when they find out it doesn’t? @SkyUK **** on them that’s how offering just £25 compo! Obviously they simply don’t care about reputation.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m having issues connecting my phone to Sky Q box using Sky Go. Re installed the app but don’t have the recordings button anymore so can’t watch recordings on my phones. Other phones in house are working.
