@SkyUK we spent an hour trying to cancel my Nona who is 81 who is in serious pain who has had her house knocked down & she is moving into a flat . The customer services are absolutely terrible , why can't you make an easy process rather than have all these delaying tactics

@SkyHelpTeam Having problems with my sky q again the recordings are either saying failed software issue or with on demand it’s downloading but only plays for about 5 mins then stops fed up turning the box on and off. Just reset the box at the weekend!
