@SkyHelpTeam I am in London N31QN and both our Sky mobiles have stopped working in the last half hour. I can see a 3G signal but no 4G and cannot make calls, send messages or get online. Wi-Fi calling also does not work. Are you aware of this issue? Thanks.

@SkyUK Internet down, called, sent to your “value team” asked for an engineer. That dept wouldn’t deal with me because I hadn’t reached an agreement with said team. Long story short, you’re impossible to deal with. If you don’t agree the deal an engineer is £65 if you do £9.99.
