Not fair on the advisor, not fair to the customer to be asked in person on the spot!Said they couldn’t remove that fee or the equivalent amount off bill x

@SkyHelpTeam woken up with no satellite signal today. Have tried all the instructions to no avail. Have to wait till Monday 1st for an engineer visit. Why such a long wait? Will I be compensated for this extended downtime?

@LiveseyTheo @SkySports Navy Seal level training makes much more sense! I'm not sure if I truly believe the first part, I cannot see Tiger Woods having bad technique without someone advising him to stop. I've played golf for years and my worst injury was raw hands and aching feet after a game!
