Obviously @SkyUK ‘s slogan of “believe in better” doesn’t extend to their customer service: after asking to move the date of my installation next week, I expected maybe a couple of weeks’ wait, not October! Oh and I’ll still be charged for it as if it was installed this month?!!

@SkyHelpTeam so I spoke to someone at broadband who can only tell me there’s an outage in my area 5 days of not being able to work from home is not good they advised to contact Openreach they say speak to u, possible to get any answers on this issue! frustration is setting in.

Never had a problem with @SkyUK but when I’m out of contract and @virginmedia could give me a better deal, of course I am going to switch. What I don’t like is how unprofessional the sky agent was about the fact I was switching to Virgin ... NOT NEEDED 🤬

F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

@SkyUK Thank you for the appalling customer service. Placed an order for a mobile on the 28th of May. No updates on the delivery whatsoever. Tried to contact Sky, but the only option to communicate is a dumb chatbot and a call centre that puts you on hold.

@SkyHelpTeam A polite customer communication telling someone their piggyback is about to expire would be a good customer service tactic. Most of my piggybank was built from your failings as a provider in the first place. Can’t wait for my contract to end

@SkyHelpTeam Incredibly disappointed with the service. VIP customers 20+ years. Ported a number from another provider 27/5 and still have no network. Told it was sky tech issue, then told it was a phone issue. Purchased an new 16 pro max and now still have the same issues.
