    @SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that. So again…is there no way to access my Sky channels without paying double to get Now TV for a month? I was even told I can’t get a “break in service” refund as I don’t need an engineer call-out! I seem to be stuck forced to pay with on options at all to stream?

    @SkyHelpTeam I have another question… I was told on demand, catch up & recordings will continue to work while there is no satellite signal. Now I read people saying those services also stop after a couple of days. Which is correct? I have broadband so no reason those should stop? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I have called to no avail. That's why I am trying this route. Seems like a dead end both routes of communication which for two companies in the communications industry is very poor @OpenreachHelp

    @SkyHelpTeam spoke to support earlier as scaffolding has temporarily stopped my satellite signal. They suggested that I cast Sky Go to my TV but, whether by casting or HDMI, I get a message that “playback is not allowed on external displays” when I try to play anything. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks, what can I do? You don’t allow me to cast Sky Go. Although I have broadband, the box stops after a few days? And you won’t give me a rebate for loss of service? So unless I pay for someone to move my dish, I have to pay you for nothing for a month & you have no solution?

    @SkyHelpTeam Lots of static and scrambled picture and then switches off saying satellite signal is not working.

    @SkyUK your service is crap! All I wanna do is put my programme on and sleep! But I can’t! The sky box’s have no signal! My iPad and phone have no internet!! How hard can it be?? 😔

    @SkyHelpTeam an update (although I’ve had no response from you)… the 3rd person I spoke to yesterday, later on, resolved it, easily! Which is a very satisfactory result, of course, but still worrying why 2 people earlier (one in retentions) told me they could offer no solution!

    @SkyUK Why would any1 choose to opt/Choose this ur paying more for less! Ur loosing the record function! Being able to watch when u want & fast forward/skip all the adverts! + if ur internet goes down u cant watch anything because its streamed over the internet sky is late 2 the party!

    @SkyUK Every1 should stick with sky q until something better comes out right now sky are offering up dated and old technology and saying its new its not stick to sky q its got the built in storage/hard drive the record function & 4K uhd resolution don’t pay more for less!sky r thieves!

    @SkyHelpTeam just like to let you know your support teams are rubbish and seems SLA's don't exist for you lot! Had Internet performance issues for 2/3 months, called several times and was told last Friday technical support would contact me by Monday, which they haven't.....
