    @SkyUK We’ve been on the phone with you for an hour and you still can’t send an engineer until 20th!!! Can you improve the phone call service if I PM you as this is disgraceful. No TV for a month if we have to wait till then!

    @TalkTalk that could help me but hurrah for @SkyUK while I was waiting over an hour to sort it out. Sky contacted TT and now sorted. @TalkTalk nothing but issues recommend to steer clear!

    @prickettboy3 @premierleague The market determines what consumers are willing to pay to watch live football. If the @SkySports price was too high for fewer matches, then presumably customers can cancel.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m aware of this but I didn’t actually go through with the deal, I just had a couple of deals in my basket deciding which was the best one. I closed the tap and never agreed to proceed with anything

    @SkyHelpTeam bloody ridiculas I've spent litterally hours on your FB trying to sort out a constant problem that's even effecting the movie channels now... You sent engineer to me Friday but problem isn't solved yet you expect me to pay for engineer and for my sky ..

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - just wasted another hour of my life on the phone. Sky do not want to help. Sky do not want to fix my problem. Sky do not care about me, or my 12 years of loyalty. I have been treated appallingly. All I want is for my faulty Sky Q silver box to be replaced..

    @SkyUK I can't be doing with sky anymore.. had satellite issues for past month.. and just ended up with a rude person at end of phn who refused to think it was box or dish.. and paid for a movie and dvd over a month ago and still no dvd yet I got charged for it.. going elsewhere I think

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done this. I was on the phone to resolve this 2 days ago with someone from your office and I was told to reset my router. The problem started again.

    @TalkTalk so frustrated lack of support and service. Customer in cooling of period. Now moving to @SkyUK but @talktalk talking rubbish. Even engineer told me they don’t know what they are going!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam It's quite simple really. I have sent a message to you on your mysky app and if Sky is not working by COB Monday, you can collect your boxes on my pavement. Skyq makes Lotus notes look good!

Odd good individuals here and there but largely a team who wouldn't look out of place in the championship, if you took those 4 or 5 players out... Small team also, not much room to rotate or bring in off the bench. And I think the sides position shows that.

    @DanielF75319927 @SkySports Subjective. In theory, he can meet that one objective. You would then get another or expect to improve performance without a PIP. Continued poor performance would only result in one outcome

    @SkyUK The lack of compatibility with other sky products shows how little Sky think about the environment. To tie everything up in a new box in a mega thick tv is just so beyond belief. It shows how out of touch they are. People want everything in one box, not a closed system. #fail
