    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. I haven't had to access Sky Sports for the last few days. I get a message saying I don't subscribe (I do). I tried calling but your system says I'm not allowed to unless I'm vulnerable. Nothing on the website helps with my issue. Can you please help? Thanks.

    @SkyUK I had Sky broadband big problem since April. 4 engineers after still the same !Engineers come along and Sky doesn’t give notes of what was done previously. So they do the basic again. Sky is sooo unprofessional!Ask for money and no service !No compensation!#skybroadband

    @skyuk my wife is a key worker yet we have not been able to use our broadband for days as it keeps going down. Call the number & you just say department is closed. Awful service & we are paying for something we can't even use. So much for your adverts doing you guarantee speed

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tried all that and it doesnt give a telephone number. It says the weather is making it slow but it's not slow it keeps dropping completely every 2 mins and is impossible to use! Pls help

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure what the point in having a full year warranty then ! Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. I moved all phones over to you in good faith over the last year

    @SkyHelpTeam Fully understand the issues we are all facing but the service we’re receiving is awful at best, sorry to lower the tone, but we have patiently waited to get nothing back and it’s not like @SkyHelpTeam have stopped taking their direct debit

    @SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

    @SkySports if you're going to have that nonsense-spewing ****** as a pundit, then at least get someone with a backbone, and perhaps from the other clubs standpoint, to tell him he's being stupid. There are good pundits around, but you seem unable to find them, unlike @btsport

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says line is slower than normal. But as I said it drops every 2 mins. Been bad for months but never like this. Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

    @SkyHelpTeam No but the repair needed Cos screen is green . U won’t repair cos their is a small crack incorner phone which has NOTHING to do with fault itself .. that’s the issue

    3 months with signal issues, unable to watch channels, engineers who turn up and are unable to fix the issue but advice to join another provider. What service are you providing then. @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @MoneyTelegraph @CISASUK

    @BellaCHO72 Ive updated my package coming out to upgrade wifi plus new uhd box etc adding all skysports as new contract was on offer , no pub option kinda forced the issue 😂

    Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

Celtic play hearts 45 mins before rangers play at ibrox, Celtic win and We (Celtic) meet in the town to celebrate and rangers fans are now leaving ibrox annoyed and heading to city centre for drink or t get home, I think this could be dangerous

    @boromart @SkySports Maybe so, but it's not the playoff finals, so the stakes are not that high. People are getting very heated over this. I do agree that there need to be work on refereeing as it's not just a problem here. And VAR isn't a fix, it would only bring more controversy
