    @stringfellow @Itsjimbosaki @BritishGas @SSE @AffinityWater @SkyUK @MORETHAN @ecotricity @octopus_energy @triodosuk @monzo I’ve got Monzo and Starling that I use for spending and subscriptions (in that order). Did a quick check and @ecotricity is about £20 a month more than the average - which isn’t bad for renewable power, good customer service and no early exit fee

    @SkyHelpTeam - ok, so Sky Q just does not work. Completely had enough - can guarantee the support I get will be a) check the website (waste of time) b) private dm you (waste of time) c) I might then get to an engineer coming out (who will never show up because they never do).

    Sky customer support is literally broken down. Every call to them takes on an average 30-60 min. You are bundled off to India where they know NOTHING. only I’m sorry. Escalating it. Arranging a call back. The engineers don’t bother to attend on a appointment @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

    @SkyHelpTeam It wasn't just today. I tried multiple times at different times of day over the past few weeks and it was never available. Today I called instead but was on the phone for an hour and still have not received the promised call back.

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    Ordered the boxing and made to pay £29 plus £2 booking fee because it’s half an hour before showing. Just watching the football and you are advertising the boxing at £24.95. Really poor Sky! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I've had no phone or internet since Friday. Your service checker tells me there's an outage locally, but after that shows there are no outages for Sky currently, and I can't get any further info. How can I find out when this will be fixed? Thanks

    @SkyUK It’s crap, it’s to big. Doesent record, it streams. If you miss a show on BBC/ITV you have to wait till the next day before they render it. Many news channels disappeared. Clumsy menu system, the picture quality is poor and you can’t stream fro your external device. Sent it back!

    @SeanElstob @SkyUK I really have now problems with it I used to have the old like little now box but have the app on my tv and it never crashes or lags but I have virgin cable WiFi not bt so maybe that's the difference

    @SkyUK Will you be adding more channels? Because most of the channels I watched and apps I used on Sky Q aren’t available on Sky Glass. Unfortunately I found this out too late to cancel it!

    @SkyHelpTeam 48 hours with no internet. Tried calling sky the automated bot hangs up. I’ve tried using the website that doesn’t work. It claims my broadbands both fine and not working. The only reason I pay your ridiculous prices is for the service. Apparently that’s **** too.
