@SkyHelpTeam - beginning to lose patience with Sky Q. Problem after problem. The latest issue is that the boxes cannot retain internet connection which means I am constantly (every few minutes) having to reset. Broadband has NO issues with any other device. Fed up.

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@SkyHelpTeam Literally 30+ people in 4 or 5 villages being told it isn't a network, exchange or cabinet issue. All being told the problem is in their home and you will be sending them a new router or an engineer will call... What utter rubbish...#badservice #badcustomerservice
