So they do the basic again. Sky is sooo unprofessional!Ask for money and no service !No compensation!#skybroadband

Call the number & you just say department is closed. Awful service & we are paying for something we can't even use. So much for your adverts doing you guarantee speed

Insurance would not normally be bought until after warranty has finished .. poor form indeed for someone who has been with you over 20 years .. My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable
