@SkyHelpTeam I am a Sky customer. I don't think the call was from Sky! The caller only mentioned Call Guardian and couldn't answer who my provider is. Thanks anyway. I await an answer to confirm. I have telephone preference service.

So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

@SkyHelpTeam @cjmefmer The outages are showing on here but I was told by sky tech team there’s an exchange fault logged at 12:55 today for Holywell & Mostyn but it’s also impacting Flint. Our streets had no service since 1pm!

@SkyUK sky internet has been off in CH8 area since 12.30pm and no updates on the service checker since 12.40pm. It just says we know there are issues - is there any time estimation on how much longer the issue will take to fix? Will we be getting partial refund on our bill?
