@SkyHelpTeam our sky q box refuses to download anything. It just says queuing then stops then queues. Done everything except factory reset. Any help would be great. Oh and our broadband is fine

@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

@Mattw1nston @sky @SkyHelpTeam we had a similar case once. Write an email to the chairman...his Exe Secr will take up the case...for us it took them 2 months to do nothing, once we sent the email to the top boss, the issue was resolved in 2 days. Worth a try!

@SkyHelpTeam As previously stated, the app kept dropping out at that point. Have now spoken to lovely guy at Sky who has escalated to to BT Openreach as it seems they’ve cut a cable in the village! Others likely to be experiencing similar issues as a result

As usual @SkyUK past from pillar to post, wifi drops in and out, wifi not reaching to all the rooms 2 hours on the phone and guess what...they cant find a fault but if I pay £3 a month they can fix it, what a load or crap!!! #sky #skybroadband
