    @SkyHelpTeam It's been resolved. I had been without internet for the entire evening last night re Norbury. But there are often outages with the broadband so nothing new. When theres another problem I'll be in touch.

    @rebeccadlloyd @SkyHelpTeam I got through! Apparently it is an BT exchange in the area that is a problem and not an individual issue. Also that they are working on finding the problem, have been asked to allow 48hours for them to resolve the issue. 😳😡

    @SkyHelpTeam SW16 area and no #internet I followed troubleshooting advice and now trying to call sky, on the phone 17 mins so far still waiting for some one to answer!! HELP!

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    @BrantonSpencer @FA @SkySportsPL @SkySports dont really help the situation. Said it 100 times... slow everything down and it all looks like a red or a foul. It's not real use of VAR. But us grassroots refs are not getting help, players have no respect but this issue runs deeper than just football...

    @mac1882thfc @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Been with @virginmedia in the past & had loads of issues with them in my area unfortunately & the hiking up on charges was not helpful despite being a loyal customer of 16 years & poor customer services attitude.

    Great start to my @SkyUK contract. Engineer hasn’t turned up and now have a hour wait on the phone to find out why! Left Virgin because I thought they were bad 🙄

    Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm really not happy with the customer service I've been receiving. I have downsized my package no longer having multi-room Sky Q and was told I would be sent packaging to return that box. It has never been sent to me and this morning I receive this text (1/2)
