    Was just about to leave @SkyUK as the broadband was too slow. They upgraded me to superfast broadband which should have been done by today and they have now advised that it will be another week. Great way to treat your customers #angry #skybroadband

    @SkyUK Hi been waiting all day for an engineer but no one has turned up or been in contact. Call customer services after a 20 minute wait was told to wait 20 mins still nothing that was 2 hours ago

    @SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

    After initially offering me it for £6 per month, @SkyUK are now charging £16 a month for Sky Cinema. They’ll knock it down to £8 a month if I RENEW my TV contract for a further 18-months. Wow.

    @A320_gamer @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the info, but it's still showing "no known issues" for me until I go through the broadband health checker when it does acknowledge a "temporary service issue in your local area".

    @harispurs82 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Hence my point initially being Brandon owns a fraction of VM I don’t see them doing what Sky have done for for their customers. @skytv are far better for customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusted by the service, due an engineer today to fit the tv package and now just been told can’t do today and re-scheduled for 25.02, not good enough in my opinion as this will mean over a month with no tv, want to cancel all subscriptions with you now

    @SkyUK what rubbish. Attempting to cancel my subscription after years of poor TV signal and get the recorded message ‘we’re closed. Please call back between 8:30am and 8:00pm’... note that the time for this was at 7:50pm.

    @SkyUK This is not helpful. The outage periods are increasing and your phone lines (like all other times) are going unanswered. More than ever, people require contact with the outside world - sort it out!

    @SkyUK I’m a bit disappointed, I was waiting for a call back the other day and it never happened. Arranged an engineer as a last resort when I really want to leave completely, but got taught into it. Was promised they would look into a better date/shorter time, didn’t hear back.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Xhaka should be sold in January. There is no reason this guy should be playing for Arsenal anymore. Very limited in Skill and tactics but extremely hot headed in action.     @SkyHelpTeam Yes & as expected shows all fine. If you’d read my orig msg you’d see that last week I spent 90mins on tel with one of your guys (who I can’t fault for customer svc) but today the download speeds we get are shocking. I’m a supposed Sky VIP customer. Close to leaving Sky.

    @SkySportsPL @SkySports Why did the referee need to watch it on the monitor? He was further from the monitor than he was the incident! If he can’t see that from where he was he shouldn’t be refereeing

    @SkyHelpTeam Netflix won’t work on my Sky Q and Sky Cinema is saying limited service due to an issue? Any ideas? Spotify etc will still stream so it’s not an internet issue.
