When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

Horrific customer care by @SkyUK regarding broadband contract renewal. They claim their virtual assistant can be super useful but it's dumb as f***. Then I called them, waited 30 minutes, then got transferred multiple times and waited more before they said they can't help me.

@JuliePounder1 @SkyHelpTeam Looking at #EmergencyAlert seems to be a lot of people suffering network outages from this alert. People still also getting the emergency alert think it’s fair to say it’s ******. So I’ll wait until they un **** it up. As at least it’s not me stupidly messing it up.
