Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

I filled in a form for complaints and requested email response but you don't even send a receipt of it with a reference so it may as well be lost
