@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

@SkyHelpTeam Honestly, NO. That is not the quickest way to deal with Sky Apps because it did not give me any results. Sky is purposefully not streaming HD through SkyGo. And before you comment about my internet speed, I guarantee it is 10x faster than what Sky Broadband does. Fix it!

@SkyHelpTeam It came back on within 30 minutes this time I was able to tear it via my sky box but the only help that gave was that o had no Internet. It gave no options on how to fix it as because I had no internet I couldn’t test it any other way as my gets terrible signal where i live

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks but this isn't a Sky Broadband issue (you guys can only offer 3-4MB where we are) so it's a SkyQ box issue. The broadband is currently fine and running at 106MB but the box won't connect

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - the troubleshooting instructions aren’t working for me. When I sign in and go into the “My Details” page, there is no option to unlink an old account. Can you please advise what I can do instead
