@SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam That was me having fun but the actual frustration here is getting rid of him as a customer after so long, it's sky putting on 'new channels' which show repeats or the same programme on more than 1 channel at a time! I'm thrilled he won't be getting ripped off by sky anymore!

@FOIScotland please note @SkyUK have committed a GDPR breach. They have passed my husband’s details to a debt collection agency despite the fact that he was not a Sky customer, nor paid any Sky bills. I was their customer. They have obtained his details and shared them improperly
