@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

@kaye09 @SkyHelpTeam It has not corrected since the clocks changed on the weekend. I have an older Sky box… I guess they want us to upgrade 🙄🙄 shame to confuse people especially any elderly . They need to address the issue

@SkySports Everyone needs to get over it being in Saudi, this is massive, the fact the fights even been made... If it even still happens. The UK couldn't guarantee full capacity so I think it's not so bad as long as get to watch it
