@SkyUK It’s ridiculous, I have an issue with my hub I cannot speak to a person I’ve gone through all the tests online and the link and that’s it brick wall up,as soon as I can leave sky I will do!

@SkyUK house move.... TV engineer 8-5 call out, arrived at 4.30pm with no contact all day to confirm the time, helpful! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

@SkyHelpTeam The last 3 days or so I have had such rubbish connection with Sky broadband. Sky Q loses connection (wired), Xbox doesn’t connect (wired), and phones don’t do anything when using WiFi. Download and upload speeds are all over the place. Help?

@SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

@SkyHelpTeam Poxy Broadband - had engineer round last week to sort speed and to try and sort reliability....engineer sorted the speed, but now losing connection every 5mins and having to re-sign in every time! Going to get sacked at this rate as meant to working from home!
