Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! 😖

@SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

@SkyHelpTeam abysmal service. My partner started working with Sky months ago, yet since we switched our (already crap) package to your apparent super best, it’s been worse than ever. Can’t stream anything without interruptions. And yes, been through usual steps. Not good enough

@Nuc_Waster_ @SkyHelpTeam on a mobile connection you are just choosing not to and instead use that connection to moan on Twitter. Lastly its a domestic service so it gives you no rights to WFH as there is no SLA for that. Therefore if its down you need to either get into the office or stop moaning

@SkyHelpTeam I have internet through wired connection, and though a wired, non Sky extender. The problem is the WiFi through the Sky equipment. It’s there, some devices cannot connect and regularly there is no internet thought the signal!!

Why are @SkyUK subtitles so bad? The words are fine but they’re big on screen and always laggy. Why haven’t we got options on how to change their appearance, e.g like Amazon Prime or Disney+?
