@SkyHelpTeam The line is fine it’s the broadband sky box that is faulty, I’ve sent pictures, diagnostics, spoke to two advisors, had an engineer appointment booked which then wasn’t booked then tried to get charged for another app, finally resulted in a complaint. First reported on 9th jan

@SkyHelpTeam Sky q box. Msg says ‘there is a technical issue with this channel’ the screen goes blue and then after a few mins it comes back…. Happens constantly and im loosing parts of recordings. The sky mini box also keeps loosing connection to the main box
