Just moving into a gorgeous cottage on the edge of London. Phoned up @SkyUK to move over broadband/sky TV ASAP as there's barely any 4g signal. The earliest they can do is 23rd December! Got NO idea how I'm going to work till then! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Yes several times. Also have had no signal since yday afternoon I’ve tried all steps and would actually like to speak to a human on phone but all I get is automated questions etc

@SkyHelpTeam But you charge for roaming whereas Virgin Mobile don't which pretty sucks as I'm looking to change providers because of roaming and Sky would have been an option if you didn't charge for roaming!

@SkyHelpTeam hope your well are there any known issues with Sound on Sky Glass at the moment keep having to reset sound settings to default or it’s silent 🔇 can’t see a obvious reason as I use the built in speakers with no changes.

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried to download Manifest on my tablet but it's telling me I've reached the maximum limit for downloads - I haven't downloaded it anywhere..... not even on my TV and when I did I've deleted it! Help!

@steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam Sky say I should speak to value team about (sales pitch followed) their packages ignoring the problem but sky on twitter have told me. 18 month contracts is their business model and provided no other alternative for someone of 12 years and moving, other than increasing my DD.
