@SkyUK @XyliaMilsom I've recently transferred over from i.d to sky mobile. The 4g is terribly slow (if I'm lucky to get it). My work mobile uses the O2 network and is lightning fast in comparison.

@SkyUK provides such dreadful net service. WiFi drops out every 20 minutes, all day every day. Big problem as they are the only provider available in our building, so stuck with near-zero connectivity, no choice of provider & have to deal with the entire lack of customer service.

@SkyUK Not happy with your customer service. Spoke to them regarding a potential upgrade to sky glass. Rude, telling me what I want when I don’t really know myself. Out the phone down on them as the customer I don’t expect that level of service.
