@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam my broadband keeps dropping off. I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

@WestminsterWAG @SkyUK Move to BT - if the broadband goes down you get a mini hub with free unlimited data until its sorted. The latest hubs have the mini hub incorporated in the router with auto switch over (I don't work for BT!)
