This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

I have just done a couple of speed checks and the mbps keep fluctuating anywhere between 27.5-48mbps, this is under your guaranteed speed of 50mbps. Was never an issue until a few weeks ago - please help.

Losing 2 thirds of anything will have a bigger impact that losing half or less of the same thing.
