I've just checked my account and my bill is due to go up to £66 in Nov and Dec. Why is there such a huge increase? Please could you look into this.

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! The decline started with engine revs being capped and then constant money saving measures that made the larger teams entrenched into their current positions. Jordan 1997 would never happen today

All year the gray overlay thing has been an issue and it has still not been fixed, the commentating and pre-race is unwatchable... I have watched one race this season and it was on @SkySports via the AppleTV app, but they don't show the Sky rebroadcast on demand. I missed the race this morning and have no way to watch it. This also impacts my buying decisions going forward with Apple. As if Tim Cook and his merry band of undesirables hasn't already driven the company to a shameful place, this is just another reminder of why my trust in them is gone. There is no reason for any of this. It is a matter of twisted priorities and a lack of basic reasoning skills on their end. It won't change, people will still buy this garbage so why would they care. But for me, I am done.
