@SkyUK Hi,had an engineer out a few weeks ago,the sky box was not working again a couple of days later,I now have no internet,I pay almost a £100 a month,shocking service after 15 years I will be looking elsewhere for broadband.

I always have an easy experience dealing with @SkyUK, but today I’ve been given the runaround for 45 mins on the customer services line. A billing issue that I was assured was resolved last month is still causing wastage of this much time. Nobody willing to step in & apologise 😞

@SkyHelpTeam Why not? It takes a long time even to get through on the phone. Why don’t you make cancelling as easy as signing up? Of course that assumes you don’t intentionally make cancellation difficult. This is poor service.
