That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! We never found out until after he died and we saw the bills. This cold calling should stop.
