    @SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

    @SkyHelpTeam hey guys. TV service hasn't worked for all of lockdown. Cant call and to be honest wanted to cancel as it's a cost I can live without right now. No way to cancel however (no call centres open and no self serve). Advise me on how to cancel this (I'm out of contract)

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

    @SkySports Yes absolutely we’ll done for their continued dialogue BUT this should have never been necessary. Yes the club have done the right thing but only after the uproar! What cannot be undone is the original decision and the thought process that led them to make it in the first place!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I assumed that was the issue, just surprises me that the technology isn’t there to update the times for live events. Happened again with the Qualifying Hits m. You’d have thought by then the schedule would have been updated!

    @shelldongodwin @SkySports Wasn't poor officiating though. Decision was 100% spot on and he actually had a good game overall, didn't give most of the cheap fouls we saw last season and let it flow, both teams had a number of people go down easy, yes maybe could have yellow carded a few from both sides

    it’s not AFTV or talksport or skysports fault arsenal are crap on the pitch. they are platforms that you can CHOOSE to watch or listen too. obviously we are an easy target because RESULTS have be terrible for years
