@SkyHelpTeam I've had internet dropouts for the past 3-4 days, up to 4 times per day, plus dropouts often in the last year. It nearly jeopardized my life changing doctors appointment held over zoom today, often times my giffgaff 4g mobile data is faster, I need a solution.

I am trying to get hold of @SkyHelpTeam. As promised on their website they are prioritising key workers (like me, great) HOWEVER there is no number to call and whenever I go on the website I am taken in a never ending loop of testing my connection. #nointernet #nocustomerservice

@OpenreachHelp there is no point in you saying to contact my provider @SkyUK as I have been in touch with them & they need you to install the cable before they can send their engineer to install the broadband service

@SkyHelpTeam No it appears the slow download speeds have resolved themselves overnight for me and my friends in the area. I'm more frustrated about how Sky didn't acknowledge that there was an issue despite lots of reports so I could simply track the issue to check the progress.
