No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

During lockdown u "paused" my sports package then couldn't reinstate the deal so I had to cancel part of that. Now I'm expected to pay an admin fee to get what I already have at an extra £5 a month iso £10.

Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone.
