@lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

@ItsJamesPowers @SkyHelpTeam It makes it worse when retentions mumble ‘Thankyou for being a diamond customer’ (read from a script - I’ve been a customer since 1989.) There was no sincerity behind it. I reduced my sub to be told I had to do another 18 mth contract. I don’t think so. They really are crap now.

Said it before and I’ll say it again… make football affordable to watch, more people are likely to pay… also scrap the Saturday 3pm black out rule. @SkySports @btsport etc would rather spend millions cracking down on streams rather than making their packages more affordable.

@SkyHelpTeam You know you could solve a lot of problems for people by just giving regular updates. You’re keeping a lot of people who rely on your service in the dark right now, which is a poorer service than the actual outage itself.

@Theaveragedevil @SkyHelpTeam Yes I know all this! But sky haven’t sorted anything. I lost service on 19th nov and wasn’t fixed till 5th Dec! Nothing on my bills to show a refund of any sort. Supposed to be automatic and I shouldn’t have to chase it but I am.
