    @GoodFoodChannel @food_network_ @FoodNetwork_UK @SkyHelpTeam @BDA_Deaf Im still waiting. Xmas is around the corner, it’s bad enough not havin subtitles for Xmas cookery programmes. But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

    Why doesn’t the ref go to the monitor on the side of the pitch while stockley Park are reviewing the incident so he can discuss it with the other refs so he can look at it as well. In the time most decisions are made the ref could see the incident again with them #var #SkySports

    @SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - You seem to have removed my ability to rent things from the Sky Store stating there is “insufficient credit left” - Never had this issue before nor do I rent things often, it’s rare that I do. My bill was paid on the 1st via direct debit and you’ve taken it.

    @leonagraham We were going to move to virgin, but everyone told us customer service is terrible and people had problems with complete cut out. So have stayed with @SkyHelpTeam who have good customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam still no broadband- it has been 10 weeks now and I am no closer to it being fixed or even understanding what the problem is. It is a complete disgrace how badly this has been handled and the (non) service I have received. I have been a customer for over 11 years
