@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyHelpTeam I bought a Google mesh system because my wifi is crap in my house. Google are saying my modem needs to be changed into bridge mode. How does one do that? Can someone help please?

@SkyHelpTeam I connect it straight to the puck with the Ethernet cable and it can’t find a connection. Google support said something in the modem is blocking it and suggested bridge mode or DMZ but you’re saying it won’t support this??

@SkyHelpTeam Everything shows up as fine with that test; the problem is intermittent, it'll just cut out randomly and the internet light will flash orange, then go off, then flash orange, then go solid orange, then turn green and everything's fine again.
