    @sammydrogba @SkySports Moments before Christensen was chasing down, Kepa was some distance away from his line and I wasn’t sure why he needed to be that far up when at that point before Henderson’s long ball?

    Why does your downloadable content change availability on a daily basis @Virgin. Really is poor service and one of the many reasons I won’t move form @SkyUK

    Come on @SkyUK impossible to speak to an actual person & when you do they assure they will help and say I’m just transferring you to confirm & you hold for 27 minutes 4th attempt to sort out my bill since May .. #notgoodenough

    @SkyUK can’t call you, because you’ve reduced your call centre can’t message you, because you don’t have live chat, DPD have returned new Sky Q Box because they tried to deliver, I was at work? How can I contact someone and not get stuck in a loop of FAQ’s and automated help?

    Once again @SkyHelpTeam has screwed me over. When I cancelled BT sport in March cos of pandemic they said when I put it back it will be same price. Liars! Trying to charge extra £25 a month iso original £12. 45mins to be told by they dont give a **** @WhichUK @Ofcom

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes...when I test the connection it tells me that there is an issue in the local area? But no word what it is or when it will be fixed?

    @SkyUK Been on the phone for 2 hours today. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cut my internet off because of an error that no one can explain, today is day 4 without and no sign of being reconnected as someone need to approve it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi! My Sky Q mini box keeps losing signal. It’s been doing it ever since we’ve had it, and it’s resolved by pulling the power cable out. I’ve tried all sorts of trouble shooting, but I might need a Sky Q Booster?

    @SkyHelpTeam We can't have either of our mobile phones connected to the internet when he's working as it kills the connection. Same with the TV, I'm not working atm and I can't wait h TV because it affects the connection also (catch up/on demand)

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, the service team are saying they can’t help. The issue is being ignored by all concerned. Meantime I still have no connection and can’t work. Can you speak with someone today who can take ownership and make it happen?

    @SkyUK Wish I’d never bought it ….. constant problems ….. no internet connection when there is …. Tiles missing off the display …. Trying to forward or rewind anything is awful …. Wasted £1000 😡

    @SkyUK After 14yrs as a customer,bound by contract til October.The constant price increases you throw at us & we have to accept yet I can't leave my contract early due to not being able to afford said increases anymore. Roll on October 22

    @SkyHelpTeam He's left and we still don't have an internet connection, I'm assuming he could be on his lunch break, hoping the issue is resolved soon as my partner has had to take the rest of the day off work as he can't work without the internet. 😩
