@SkyHelpTeam hey guys. TV service hasn't worked for all of lockdown. Cant call and to be honest wanted to cancel as it's a cost I can live without right now. No way to cancel however (no call centres open and no self serve). Advise me on how to cancel this (I'm out of contract)

@SkyHelpTeam broadband service recently has been terrible, but really stepped it up today. Connection lasting no longer than 10 minutes meaning I can't work, or do much else with your services. I try to run the tests, but predictably they don't work either. Utterly useless.

@SkyHelpTeam I've had multiple error messages on multiple screens. Some times when performing the test, sometimes when the test fails and it tries to re-direct me to the help page. Thus my frustration at being pointed to the tests and the help page.

I've received 5 calls this morning from "Sky" telling me there's a problem with the internet in my area & it's prone to hackers 😑 One even argued with me when I asked them to name the account holder. Is there anything that can be done to stop these coming through @SkyHelpTeam ?
