@SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

@SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

Had a @SkySports offer. Come through which I took. Didn't read the small print that said it was SD only. Honestly I can't believe they actually charge money for this, the quality is awful, so blurred! It's even worse than the dodgy streaming sites!

@Nmxx1734 @SkyUK The company they use for playout, Red Bee, suffered a fire incident on Saturday night, many of their servers out of action. BBC, C4 and C5 are on back up systems which can replicate the usual schedule. But Box Plus don’t have the same, so as The Box is working, it is the back up.
