    @SkyUK dont look after your existing customers daylight robbery, bunch of thieves. Customer for 17 years and still have an original box but wont come out to look at a box unless they get £125 so no tv

    @SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

    I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

    @SkyHelpTeam absolutely disgusting service sky engineer phoned me today saying she would be here between 12pm and 3pm no one has turned up. It's my nans account her boxes are working just emails from sky saying incomplete setup. Gd bye sky

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. No internet at all today. On the basis there’s a Facebook post on a local group with 68 comments about people with no internet all over the reigate and Banstead area, it’s clearly not just one person affected. Any ideas of what the issue is/when it will be fixed?

    @SkyHelpTeam No, not happy with this. Can you recommend what I should advise my employer that I can't work half of next week. Also why can't you take ownership of this and check with Openreach if there is an issue? Surely after over 6 hours there must be some clearer communication...

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, but it's no coincidence there are multiple people advising of the same issue in same area. Plus what use is an appointment for Wednesday next week? I'm sure my employer will be happy to give me 3 days off work because SKY cba to sort there own issues out.

    Trust @SkyUK to increase my bill by over 50% and now be impossible to get through to on the phone. Absolute no warning of bill increase. Was debating cancelling due to poor internet but this had my decision clearer.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have done. It says no know issues. But on the app it says there is a known issue in the area so which is it? It seems from Twitter the whole of B68/9 are having issues
