@JohannaCotter1 @virginmedia I’m having the same issue. Hours on the phone just to have them hang up before speaking to anyone. Their online chat does similar as does their text service. There is a postal address you can use. Every day they waste where we can’t cancel is money in their pocket. It’s theft.

@OffMyNoodles @virginmedia As an ex owner of a telco company, ya need to be on the openreach network guys. It costs a fortune to switch back and virgin know this, hence why they offer a free connection. The only supplier on virgin is virgin...openreach about 150 suppliers so you have an open market.
