@ontvnow @virginmedia I had webchat w customer service adviser this morning @ontvnow who confirmed my email account was locked - but said the forms he normally uses to unlock accounts were not working so has passed the issue on to next line support....😐

@virginmedia She offered to send an engineer. I could not provide any available dates for next few weeks because of my work commitment so I suggested that I would be in touch when I know I have some time available. She said then she would have to close the complaint log.

@virginmedia No, the installation was fixed. I emailed Kelly's with the pictures and they came to do the job. Was just putting things into context. After all that trouble now there's a near 3-day service blackout for me. Hopefully it will be fixed today by 16:00 as reported on the checker.
