    @virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

    @virginmedia So someone fraudulently set up an account in my name. Because I don’t know the password to something I didn’t set up I’ve now spent 5 hours on the phone to 5 different @virginmedia reps and a debt recovery letter. Never use @virginmedia #badcustomerservice #stress

    @virginmedia No the chat ended and I couldn’t get back into it obviously finished work. I got nothing he was trying. He found the account in question but couldn’t get in with security. And again I’ll add I never set up account so I don’t know password. I’m left hanging again

    @virginmedia The next slot was 28th April which I would not be in and so have taken 5th May. A loyal customer of about 12 years this a complete let down after arranging today from a previous cancellation on your company's part.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

    @virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

    @virginmedia It happens every month at the moment. My housemate spoke to someone on Wednesday (as it is his account) and they said it would be active by Thursday and it's still down.

    @virginmedia your customer service, even at this difficult time is a joke! On hold for 40 mins twice and the agent cuts me off before I can say anything, this is after trying to live chat only to be told I can’t be helped online and that I must call.

    @virginmedia I understand that, people who receive UC have their own package, yet people who receive other benefits are treated differently. My question was - if every customer will face price rise or not? The fact that price has not been raised for 18 months isn't ethical reason to do it now

    @virginmedia Yes and I was told it would be checked and never heard a thing back. I have had to purchase 2 WiFi boosters at £35 so the signal reaches my kids rooms. I live in a normal 3 bedroom house and the signal is appalling yet you’re putting my bill up??

    Hey @virginmedia why cant i get in touch using any method?, im trying to change my broadband package to be better suited & cost efficient so i can remain a loyal customer. Having the website ONLY offer vastly more expensive packages & nothing for editing or downgrading is shady.
