I was on hold for 18 mins (at a charge of 7p per min) to speak to @virginmedia. Then, guess what? My WiFi cut out (again). #terribleservice Can. Not. Wait. For my contract to expire. 6 months and counting.

Virgin media. I'm still waiting to cancel my contract due to another price rise, on Whatsapp. Thursday, waited 8 hour. Friday, from 1pm til now4.54 Saturday morning. Still no-one dealing with me. Very bad service. The letter says no cancellation fees. BAD.
