First it said 6:35 yesterday, then it was 10pm, then today 9am, then 5pm, then 9pm. Still down! Service completely down SE18 and looks like there’s nothing concrete.

Awful customer service, was ready to switch from Sky but not going through that again

I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
