    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia internet's been down all day. The support page page previously said there was an issue and would be fixed by 4pm , but now it says there is no issue. Post code is wd19 7ht. Please tell me when I will have internet / phone again.

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia There is that word sorry again. Would you not feel disappointed if you were paying for 200mbps service and it was dropping to sub 20mbps with massive latency for 12 hours a day? And no one at that ISP could offer any solution other than wait 6 weeks and it should be fixed?

    @virginmedia what is wrong with your service. Since the November lockdown all services have been useless working from home can’t happen due to your terrible service. Online says there’s no fault but when I try to call your on hold that long I’m getting nothing else done #terrible

    @virginmedia Hi there, we have checked and no known issues in our area. The box has been reset and the connection was fine. My partner just tried to book an engineer, to be told after picking a slot there were no slots available.
