  • nicmac_design nicole mcpolin (@nicmac_design) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia paying £26.95 for pay per view and it’s glitching and freezing every couple of seconds. I’ll be expecting money off my next bill, this is not the service I expect to receive for a ‘special event’ #RuizJoshua2 #boxing #virginmedia

  • goldenhornet Nick Foster 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@goldenhornet) reported from Watford, England

@virginmedia All devices, wired and wireless. Status tracker says no known issues, which is contrary to what service desk told me when I called last night. They said there's a "short term network issue".

  • DonnyNo6 Mark Donovan (@DonnyNo6) reported from Burnham, England

@virginmedia absolutely shocking that a supposed valued customer has to now wait six weeks for a sizeable refund. #virginmedia #shocking #poorservice

  • warrenbeckwith Warren Beckwith (@warrenbeckwith) reported from London Colney, England

@virginmedia This is more to the fact that your teams were ill advised about the products I have which then cut off our service, the time it takes to sort issues. With 3 V6 3 HD the big package not be classed as VIP when clients with basic receive that privilege is a joke! #compensation

  • Patrick60425645 Patrick Barrett (@Patrick60425645) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Yes, fix the navigation, have serious look at you chat app, as in the Name chat, is not what your application does, you using AI/ word recognition and you still list the reply as Agent. Having spent 10 min on your site. No thanks Virgin.

  • alisdairrmsmith Alisdair Smith (@alisdairrmsmith) reported from Berkhamsted, England

@adampowley @VirginMediaCorp They don't have any provision for anything that might be described as customer service let alone anything that would allow their customers to communicate with them #VirginMedia

  • alastairmccoll alastair mccoll (@alastairmccoll) reported from Brentford, England

@virginmedia 3 days of slow DLs and no Netflix, you guys need to fix this now or I’m off to a new supplier. Please respond with action and not platitudes, thanks.

  • andreianu Paul Andreianu 🇪🇺🇷🇴🇬🇧 (@andreianu) reported from Windsor, England

@virginmedia I’m afraid I won’t be using your services starting 2020. Average quality, poor customer service, huge prices.

  • artteachjess Jessica Austin Esq. MA MCCT (@artteachjess) reported from London, England

@virginmedia @StigAbell Love the way you reply to someone with large media presence but no reply to my complaint!

  • jamanifin Toby Weston (@jamanifin) reported from St Albans, England

@virginmedia I wouldn’t look forward to my response, it won’t be complimentary. You consistently give poor performance over wired connections and your customer service peps seem to neither care nor be in a position to do anything. I pay £46 per month for the privilege!

  • qshahawan Man of Vision (@qshahawan) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia very disappointed in the service you are providing. I am being billed they bloody amount for the last few months where i have downgraded the bloody service.

  • cllrcharles Charles Kelly (@cllrcharles) reported from Borehamwood, England

Speaking to a human being is impossible. You are taking around the loop and then they hang up on you. You have to listen to this infuriating patronising voice for 10 minutes before being cut off. @virginmedia @BritishTelecom @richardbranson #badcustomerservice #virgin

  • munirawilson Munira Wilson MP (@munirawilson) reported from London Colney, England

I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

@mschakraverty @virginmedia They are shocking. Called them up constantly for a week as speed was great standing 2m away from router. Anything further than that was terrible. They offered me 2 boosters, but I had to pay around 10/month for them.
