    @virginmedia do you know what the issue is in NW6. There are 2 faults one has said “The problem is almost fixed - our engineers are carrying out their final checks” for quite a while now. Area code 21.

    @virginmedia It was for landline and broadband. After hanging on for 25 minutes I gave up and put the phone down. You are currently charging me £59 a month whereas Sky have offered me a package for £26 a month

    @virginmedia You are way too late! You ignored a bunch of us yesterday when we had outage for over 24 hours. Suddenly the mention of @BBCWatchdog & you're interested. Nah. Forget it. After chasing for hours, the eventual information was - as usual - vague & inaccurate.

    @virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

    @virginmedia Hi, had problems with the internet today in SL9, been told by your support team to restart the router, Tay didn’t work so was told it would be resolved by Monday... sorry not good enough! I’m an IT engineer that needs the internet!!

    Can’t believe that getting a home broadband in London is such a pain in the neck! @virginmedia said they don’t offer the service at my building while they didn’t even bother to call me back and inform me, I waited 10 minutes on the line to hear this shit from them!

    @virginmedia is this a breach of your SLA? If this the best you can do then I will NEVER go with Virgin Media again. I have been a customer since 2005 and have tolerated a couple of days of outage here and there but 4 weeks is another thing. £50 on ave a month for 14 years.

    @virginmedia ports feel about room temperature, the hub itself is its usual slightly warm to the touch on top of it. Other than the wired cables, the internet & router appears to be working fine, as is the cable TV coming through the same wall socket. There's no visible damage to either port.
