    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    @virginmedia very poor customer service asked to down grade service as no longer in contract after spending 30 mins. All done. Get an email nothing changed back in contract called back 40 mins on hold then agent hung up. Called back again office closed Very bad service.

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    If you have virginmedia email, it’s quite likely that if you no longer use them as a sp, they will deactivate your email without any warning. I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    I know that complaining about @virginmedia is tiresome but right now it's all I've got. A month of crap service. Told the issue would be solved by yesterday. Still crap. Just called. On hold for 15 minutes. Finally get through to someone and after two minutes get cut off.

    @virginmedia I have sent the email. You have until close of business today to contact me otherwise I am taking it to the ombudsman for failure to attempt any resolution of a serious grievance raised. Esp where physical threats were made.

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia The customer service is unbelievable. Nobody knows what they’re doing. I’ve spent 6.5 hours in the last month on the phone to them. I have made zero progress. Engineers not turning up, ‘notes not being on file’, to a phantom network. Horrible company to deal with.

    @virginmedia Yet again the internet has gone down!! No it is not a WIFI issue, there is no signal coming into the house. For the last 4 months or so the service has been absolutely dreadful with constant outages daily.
